San Palace Hotel & Rooftop

The service and staff during our stay was excellent. The staff were so helpful and kind. It was the best service I’ve had whilst travelling abroad. The hotel is walking distance to all the sights but getting a Grab taxi is quick, cheap and convenient too. I loved the 12 noon check out time and the hotel lets you keep your bags in the hotel if you are travelling by late night train to Sapa. We came back to the hotel and were offered use of the showers before we left at 20:30 to get the train. We were given some fresh melon to take away with us on the train.

Отличное расположение, очень вежливый и внимательный персонал. Хороший завтрак и отличное соотношение цены и качества. Знаменитая Train Street всего в 5 минутах ходьбы. Персонал также дает хорошие рекомендации.

Het personeel en de ligging.

The location is perfect, very close to the center around Hoan Kiem & close to the train street. The staff were incredibly helpful with booking my transfers from/to the airport. The rooms with balcony are large and very comfortable but with a view of the main street so if you have a problem with street noise this is not for you. Breakfast was nice.

As my flight was late at night I requested an evening check-out. Even though my room was booked for the evening they managed to find me a small room for the afternoon an early evening to use before my flight. Breakfast was nice and sufficient. All in all I booked the hotel 3 times in 2 weeks and it was perfect

Great pool and lovely rooms

Bardzo miła obsługa. Śniadania skromne ale smaczne i ciekawe. Basen na górze malutki ale przydatny. Lokalizacja super. Dobry punkt wypadowy do wszystkich atrakcji i do Old Quater.

Fuga przy basenie. Fatalnie położona.

Everything was great but the best part was the exceptional staff who were very friendly and helpful.

Je trouve les oreillers tres dures. Sinon matelas parfait. Une amélioration pourrait avoir lieu a l'étage de la.piscine.

Great Location and very walkable to attractions , food and drinks ! Good central pick up point for trips etc The staff were beyond amazing and nothing too much trouble . They were definitely the stars of the show .

The room on 6th floor was a little tired and upon opening the sliding door in the room there was a sheer drop . Separated only by metal railing which is fine as we were all adults but you’d be terrified as a parent with a child . Swimming pool area needs some TLC . Can’t comment on the pool itself as didn’t use it .

The staff were amazing, happy to help at every opportunity of the stay.

Das Hotel ist mega: wir waren mit unseren beiden Jungs für 2 Nächte zum Abschluss unserer Vietnamreise zu Gast. Und wir wurden nirgends so zuvorkommend und freundlich behandelt wie hier. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Das Frühstück ist top. Das Personal war der Hammer: sie haben uns bei Ausflügen unterstützt und sogar bei Besorgungen. Vor unserem Flug konnten wir sogar noch eine Dusche nehmen und die Kids wurden mit frischem Obst versorgt. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen.

Ein sehr schönes kleines Hotel mit unglaublich netten Mitarbeitern. Sie sind so aufmerksam, das ist richtig toll. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist eine feine Sache, wenn man bei 33 grad von der Tour kommt. Ebenfalls sehr gefallen hat uns die Sauberkeit. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Der Kaffee einfach prima. Wir werden es wieder besuchen.

- Zeer goede locatie. Alles van bezienswaardigheden in Hanoi te voet kunnen doen. - Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ze helpen je letterlijk bij alles! - Lekker ontbijt. - Zeer goede bedden. Geslapen als een roosje. - Gezellig boven op de rooftop. Verfrissende plons kunnen nemen in het zwembad, waarvan het water proper en hygiënisch was.

Ons enigste aandachtspunt betreft de bar boven aan de rooftop. Deze ging pas open om 15u. Als je over de middag even aan het zwembad zit, kun je niks drinken. Misschien al openen rond 13u? Op onze laatste avond was er geen bier meer, wat blijkbaar op de dag ervoor al duidelijk werd omdat de voorraad aan het minderen was. Misschien meer aandacht voor een vlot verloop? Ook voldoende cash geld voorzien om de klanten vlot terug te betalen.

O pequeno almoco é muito bom, fizeram um upgrade para um quarto com vista sem custos adicionais. O staff é muito simpático e a localização é excelente.

A piscina precisa de ser renovada mas está tudo bem.

Personnel au top! Sont aux petits soins avec la clientèle. Un grand merci pour leur sympathie, conseils. La piscine est bien, hôtel super bien placé. Je recommande.

Værelset var stor, med rigtig mange skabe og skuffer, og et lidt lille men rigtigt dejlig badeværelse, alt var pænt, rent og i orden. Vi nød også den lille pool på tagterrassen, det var skønt efter en varm udflugt.

Der var noget støj fra gaden, men ikke så slemt om natten.

Потрясающая локация . Потрясающий персонал. Команда очень дружная между собой, и это искренне чувствуется. Вкусный завтрак, сопровождение по всему пребыванию. Отдельное спасибо за круглосуточный доступ к бассейны - это такое удовольствие после активного дня искупаться и расслабиться . Спасибо за предусмотренную помощь с картой города , доступом по всем вопросам 24/7 в WhatsApp, и помощь с багажем . Однозначно , наше знакомство со Вьетнамом началось с очень приятных впечатлений!

El trato tan profesional de los trabajadores, en especial, a Luna que nos ayudó mucho con dudas que teníamos. El desayuno muy completo y rico.

Super Lage, fussläufig sind es etwa 3 Minuten zur Train Street und 15 zum Hoan Kim See. Das Personal war super freundlich und hat uns direkt nach dem Einchecken eine whats App Liste mit Restauranttipps und den Zugzeiten geschickt. Unbedingt die Bun Chao Empfehlung ausprobieren, auch, wenn es erst mal wenig einladend aussieht. Hier essen die echten Vietnames:innen und nicht unbedingt Tourist:innen. Und der Geschmack wird euch belohnen!

Der Frühstücksraum ist recht klein. Zu Stoßzeiten kann es passieren, dass man keinen Platz bekommt. Also besser eine Uhrzeit an der Rezeption erfragen. Wir wurden aber auch benachrichtigt, sobald ein Platz frei wurde. Das Personal ist hier sehr hilfsbereit.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. They even lent us umbrellas, which was such a thoughtful touch and really made us feel well looked after. The breakfast was delicious, and our room was also wonderful: comfortable, clean, and very pleasant.

If we had to mention one small downside, it would be that the window in our room did not close completely, and since the hotel is located in a fairly busy area, we could hear some traffic noise at night. That said, it did not take away from our overall experience. Everything else was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

Personal muy amable dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. Nos dieron una habitación mejor de la que nos correspondía. Ubicación muy buena. Desayuno excelente con buffet y carta para elegir lo que te apetezca y te lo preparan al momento. ¡Muy recomendable!

Goede bedden, upgrade kamer om op het zelfde verdiep te liggen als onze zonen. Zwembad. Standaard goede wifi. Behulpzaam personeel dat graag helpt om zaken te regelen.

Gezellig, kleinschalig hotel waar je je meteen thuis voelt. We mochten zelfs tussen 2 uitstappen door toen we al niet meer in het hotel verbleven onze bagage daar achterlaten en gebruik maken van de douche. Echt een aanrader

Nous sommes revenus pour cette nouvelle année de visite au Vietnam au San Hotel. Nous sommes toujours autant ravis de l’accueil fait par William et son équipe. L’hôtel est toujours aussi agréable, les chambres sont toujours aussi confortables et propres. Le petit déjeuner offre un large choix c’est appréciable. Nous avons bénéficié de la piscine en rooftop c’est vraiment super après une journée bien chaude. Un grand merci à William pour nous avoir réservé une limousine pour notre départ. Un grand merci pour tout 🙏🏼🙏🏼
