Location. The room has both the fan and the air conditioner.

Didn't get the room I booked. Instead of twin beds we got one queen. The key card didn't work properly. Every time we left the room the card reader stop working and we had to go to the reception to fix it. They didn't clean anythint, except the trash can. There is one kettle but just the kettle, no cups or glasses. And poor lightning.

We arrived late in the evening on my birthday, and the hotel surprised us by upgrading us to a room with a jacuzzi on the balcony for our first night. It was a very thoughtful gesture, and we really appreciated it. On the positive side, the breakfast was delicious. It offered the typical Turkish breakfast selection-nothing extravagant, but everything was fresh, tasty, and enjoyable. The hotel staff were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The location is excellent, with everything within walking distance, and the hotel's design is modern, stylish, and very charming.

The following day, we have had to move to our standard room. Unfortunately, the process was quite confusing. Throughout that process, we spoke to four different receptionists because no one seemed to know how to handle our reservation. Only after one of them made a phone call was the situation finally resolved. In the end, we were moved to a room on the first floor overlooking a construction site. We asked if it would be possible to upgrade to a better room and were willing to pay the difference, especially since there were vacant rooms available, but unfortunately no solution was offered. Another issue was that the room cleaning indicator was broken. It constantly displayed "Do Not Disturb" even though we had never activated it. As a result, our room was not cleaned even once during our four-night stay, despite the amount of sand we brought back from the beach every day. On our last day, one of the housekeepers kindly brought us bottled water, and we are very grateful for her kindness. It is also worth mentioning that the hotel does not have a private beach or provide sunbeds and umbrellas. This was disappointing because previous replies from the hotel on Booking mentioned that these facilities were available. Guests should also be aware that there is no on-site doctor or medical assistance. During our stay, I experienced a severe allergic reaction to the shower gel provided in the room dispenser. The reaction became so serious that it caused swelling of my airways. Fortunately, I was able to manage the situation myself, but I would strongly recommend that guests with allergies bring their own toiletries and necessary medication. One more thing that left us with mixed feelings was the parrots living at the hotel. It was sad to see them in relatively small cages placed in a pretty hot area with loud music nearby. We also noticed that some of them didn't appear to have water available.

Lokalizacja jest znakomita. Hotel jest utrzymany w ciekawym stylu. Super, że jest siłownia!

Śniadania są mega słabe. Niewielki wybór i codziennie to samo. Kawa do śniadania tylko turecka, ale strasznie słaba, nie była dobra. Łazienka miała problemy techniczne: cały czas lała się woda w WC, obok toalety też stała woda na ziemi...

I heard next door's TV sound quite clearly. But fortunately not at night... Curtains are not wide enough to cover the balcony window.

I booked one night at this hotel, and from the moment I checked in, my experience was excellent. Although I had reserved a standard room, the hotel kindly upgraded me to a better room, which I truly appreciated. My sincere thanks to the hotel management, the manager, and all the staff for their warm welcome, outstanding hospitality, and professional service. The hotel is wonderful, the atmosphere is great, and the service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel, and I will definitely stay here again in the future.

The staff is very friendly. We had a problem with our room and they quickly gave us another room. The rooms are quite large and spacious, also very clean and tidy. The breakfast is varied, I think everyone can find something for themselves that they want to eat.

Excellent location – The hotel is situated in a great spot, making it easy to explore the area. Stunning view – I stayed on the 4th floor, and the view from the balcony was absolutely incredible—whether it was morning, evening, or during the day, it was always a joy to look out. Balcony swing – A lovely touch! It made relaxing outside even more enjoyable. Comfortable room temperature – The air conditioner worked well, cooling the room efficiently without blowing directly on us. It was comfortable to leave it on all day, which made the stay even more pleasant. Friendly and attentive staff – The staff were truly wonderful—very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the boy with curly hair and the girl with red hair—they, along with the rest of the team, really did their best to ensure we had a good stay. They deserve a raise for their efforts!

Lack of basic amenities – There was a boiler in the room, but no coffee or tea provided during our stay. Also, only one 800ml bottle of water was provided for three people every three days, which was not enough. Repetitive breakfast – The kitchen served nearly the same types of food every morning. It would be nice to see more variety. Coffee/tea service – You have to ask staff for every single cup of coffee or tea during breakfast, which can be a bit uncomfortable, although the staff were always polite about it. Maintenance issues – On the fourth day, we experienced water dripping from upstairs into both the bathroom and bedroom, which was quite inconvenient. Cleanliness – The floor in our room wasn’t properly mopped during our stay. Despite these issues, the good outweighed the bad for me, mostly thanks to the location, view, and the staff. With a few improvements, this place could be even better.

Pæne værelser. Fin restaurant. Flot fitness og hamam område. Oplevelser med personalet var meget blandet. Der var nogle stykker der var smilende og høflige og specielt altmuligmanden i den grønne skjorte, var meget smilende, høflig og med på noget sjov. Beliggenheden er super fin. Maden på morgenbuffeten er frisk og lækker, det er meget tyrkisk inspireret morgenmad.

Rengøring på værelserne er næsten ikke eksisterende. Toiletpapir, vand og håndklæder måtte vi flere gange spørge efter. Stranden ligger rigtig langt fra hotellet. Morgenmaden mangler variation - det er stort set det samme hver dag. Kaffen er tynd.

Отель расположен в лучшем месте Алании. Центр, прекрасный пляж рядом, магазин, аптека и рестораны. Вкусный завтрак в отеле, забавный интерьер и чудесное кресло-качель на балконе. Вообщем, отель хороший, я рекомендую. Но! Будьте осторожны с персоналом!

Как только я выехала из отеля, в машине обнаружила, что забыла обручальное кольцо на столике перед зеркалом. Я обращалась в отель 3 раза, чтобы они поискали кольцо и вернули моему сыну, который работает в Алании. Мой запрос был ПРОИГНОРИРОВАН. Т.е. они вообще не сочли нужным ответить мне хоть как-то! Так что впечатление от сервиса и персонала осталось неудовлетворительным.

Этот отель выбрала потому что была уже там, но все изменилось! Ресторан конечно красивые и можно поесть, отдельный пляж, но до него идти! персонал на рецепции только 2 человека работали, остальные не давали четких ответов, но все вопросы решили и спасибо самому отзывчивому и предприимчивому парню на рецепции!

Очень шумно с улицы, двери без шумоизоляции. Режим тишины не соблюдается. Последние две ночи в соседнем номере громко включали телевизор. До 4 утра!!! Пишется, что отель имеет свой собственный пляж N 29, но уже после седьмого пляжа Клеопатры начинаются плиты. Поэтому пришлось покупать место на ближайшем пляже.

My original booking for sea view room was cancelled. The reason - renovation, that wasn't ongoing in fact, and member of staff had confirmed it to us, that there is no renovation works at the hotel. They have offered to book a lower class room with same price as was already on Booking. Poor customer service and management.

Vi havde et rigtig dejligt ophold på Hotel Anjeliq Downtown. Vi rejste som to familier og var meget tilfredse med både værelserne og servicen. Hotellet ligger super centralt, så det er nemt at komme rundt, og personalet var utroligt søde og hjælpsomme gennem hele opholdet. Vi følte os meget velkomne og kan varmt anbefale hotellet til andre, der ønsker et hyggeligt og centralt sted at bo.

Nicht sauber, Insekten sind ständig unterwegs, Klima nur in einem Zimmer und das bei 38 grad, keine Klima im anderen Zimmer. Sehr teuer für sehr schlechte Service

Also fast alles war kaputt. Man musste aufpassen, weil alles unstabil war und fast alles kaputt war. Badezimmer war nicht nicht sehr funktionsfähig. Jaccuzzi war sehr undicht. Das Wasser lief unten raus. Die Lichter im Zimmer haben nur teilweise funktioniert. Die Klima und der Kühlschrank funktionierte nur halbwegs. Das einzige was wirklich super war, ist die Aussicht. Personal war auch in Ordnung. Am Ende wollten die noch irgendwelche Geldbeträge, obwohl wir alles bereits bezahlt hatten.

Ich verstehe die Bewertung auf trivago als hervorragend absolut nicht. Die Zimmer Ausstattung vorallem das Bad waren nucht in Ordnung defekte Duschkopfhalterung defekte Seifenspender, Beleuchtung sehr schwach fürs Bad vorallem und keine bzw abgebrochene Ablage nicht erneuert. Der technische Service des Hotels arbeitet Mangelhaft alles sachen die man instand halten kann die aber leider nicht insatnde waren. Zb die balkonschiebetüre auch sehr schwer zu schieben...usw... Das Frühstück war unterirdisch hat alles fad geschmeckt der Filterkaffee war miserabel sehr wässrig! Wenn ich etwas positives sagen kann, das nur die Betten gemütlich und sauber waren.

Otele girişimizde odanın hazir olmamasından dolayı 40 dk bekledik,yol yorgunu olmamiza rağmen anlayışla karşıladık ancak oda cok yetersizdi. Banyoda sabun,kulak çöpü,dus jeli,şampuan gibi temel ihtiyaç malzemeleri yoktu. Duşa kabinin icinde sac kılı vardı. Bunlar da olabilir dedik ancak jakuzi su akıtıyordu ve yaninda elektrik ile calisan saunadan dolayi güvenlik problemi yasadik,bunu ilettik ama sadece gecistirildik bir çözüm bulmak şöyle dursun gelip bakan bile olmadı. Kahvaltısı ortalama idi,konumu cok iyi cok merkezi ancak bir daha gelmeyiz ve tavsiye etmeyiz.

It's a well-thought-out concept. Clean rooms and a pleasant, thought-provoking space. However, this is a group of young people trying to run the hotel without a manager. Unfortunately, some of them are far from taking the initiative and coming up with solutions. The hotel's beach is quite a distance from the hotel, almost at the entrance to the city. I believe someone needs to find a solution to this issue as soon as possible. For example, there may be bicycles available for free, but they are available for rent in front of the hotel for 400 TL per day. However, I'd say the hotel's best feature is its beachfront cafe.

İki kez misafirleri olduk. Çok sevdik, çok memnun kaldık. Personeli çok güler yüzlü, otel temiz, odaları çok şirin. Özellikle restoranı tavsiye ediyorum, kahvaltısı çok iyi, akşam yemekleri için de başka restoran aramanıza gerek yok.

1 gece konakladık ama çok memnun kaldık, Alanya’ya bir daha gidersem ilk bakacağım otel. Hem yemekler mükemmel, hem konum mükemmel. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü, odalar temiz.

Oda fena değil, temiz ama odada içme suyu yok!

Banyolarda gider kokusu çok yoğun. Kahvaltı güzel, ekmekleri mükemmel. Yataklar tek kişilikten çift kişilik yatağa çevrilmiş. Tek double yatak olabilirdi. Restoran çok keyifli dekore edilmiş, huzur bulabileceğiniz bir ortam. Odalar geliştirilirse 5 yıldızı hak eder.

My stay at the wonderful Angelique was nothing short of Heavenly.. The amazing Sinai.. Hotel Manager was polite kind and a consumate progesional. Her kindness and attentiveness made me feel like a prince amongst men and her glow was like the rising sun greeting me each morning with a beautiful smile whatever the weather. Thank you Sinai, Daniel and all the amazing staff at Angeliq💕💯😇 for making my holiday one to remember. Seldomly do you find a place abroad that feels like home 🏠. And I will be back as soon as I can. High ly recommended as one, if not THE best place to stay in Alanya. Sipping Champagne 😁🥂🍸🍾in the Jacquzzi on the balcony with my free room upgrade, looking out at the sunset across the Mediterranean Ocean 🌊had to be one of the greatest privileges Junaid.. Rezervasyon yaptığım aile odası yerine farklı oda verdiler ve Ocak ayında beni camla kapanmış balkonda yatmak zorunda bıraktılar. Soğuktan korunmak için istediğimiz yorganda kılıf dahi yoktu. Yüksek ihtimalle bizim reservasyon yaptığımız aile odasını başkasına verdiler. Bahane olarak odanın iki klimasınında bozuk olduğunu söylediler ama balkonda yatırdıkları oda için elektrik sobası verdiler. Sonuç olarak dondurucu bir gece ve hastalık. We had to leave the room around 7pm,because they was making somekind of snow/Christmas show. They did not clean the «fake» snow after them.

Perfect location. Don't bother with their own beach which is kinda far from the hotel, just go to the nearest one - two sunbeds and umbrella go for just 6 dollars a day. Great cafe downstairs which you can order from (pizza with roasted beef is beyond reproach).

The furniture in the rooms could be updated, everything is very basic. There are ventilation problems in the bathroom. The entire time we were there (almost 2 weeks) the elevator was out of service almost daily - some repair work was being done.

Dejligt hotel, gode værelser, venligt personale, fred og ro og skøn morgenmads buffet. Lige ned til Aladdin Beach👌fantastisk god mad i deres a la carte restaurant.
