Frokost og mat generelt der var ok, rimelig og litt under middels.

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt im Miray Hotel sehr zufrieden. Alles hat uns gut gefallen: das Essen, die Sauberkeit, der Komfort und besonders das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Auch die Lage ist sehr gut – der schöne Strand ist nur wenige Schritte vom Hotel entfernt. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und konnten unseren Urlaub genießen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die schöne Zeit! Wir können das Miray Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen und würden wiederkommen.

За очень приятную цену приятный чистый отель с прекрасным расположением рядом с морем. Номера чистые, персонал приятный и милые тетушки уборщицы предлагали уборку каждый день. Советую брать и завтраки и ужины. Они по выбору достаточно аскетичны но разнообразны и сбалансированы. Ужины меняются каждый день просто выбора большого нет. Но каждый раз очень вкусно все. Отдельное спасибо поварам. Тут писали что вайфай плохой- НЕТ ВАЙФАЙ ОТЛИЧНЫЙ. Скоростной. Ловит хорошо. Вообще всячески рекомендую этот прекрасный уютный отель. Отличное соотношение цены и качества.

Выбирая отель, ориентировалась на отзывы путешественников, и готова подтвердить все положительные отзывы. Очень приветливый персонал, в том числе говорящий по-русски. Охотно ответили на все вопросы и помогли советами. Местоположение очень удобное, все под рукой: до пляжа 5 минут, вплотную к отелю неплохой ресторан, напротив обменник с лучшим курсом валют, в том числе принимает рубли. Прямо в отеле работает Спа-салон. Прибрежный парк начинается здесь и большая улица с магазинами, сувенирами и кафе и ресторанами. До Мигроса 10 минут, и очень простой путь. Приятной неожиданностью была возможность оплатить ужин в отеле. При скромной цене (10 евро) он богат выбором свежих, приготовленных, маринованных овощей и салатов, препдлагают 2-3 горячих блюда с гарнирами, фрукты (арбузы сахарные!) и национальные сладости. Из ресторана отеля прекрасный вид на море.

Хотелось бы лучшей вентиляции в коридорах, где очень душно и влажно. Может быть, в Турции принято в жару не использовать простыни под пикейные одеяла-покрывала, но для нас это было неожиданностью. Впрочем, нам их принесли по первой же просьбе. Конечно, горничная складывала мне из полотенец и покрывал красивых лебедей, но я бы предпочла, чтобы пыль с мебели убирали почаще.

We had an absolute nightmare at this property. Upon arrival late at night, we were told our reserved Double Room had been given away. The alternative room provided was an extreme health hazard: the bed was infested with insects, and the toilet was left uncleaned with waste inside!!! Because the conditions were uninhabitable and the property offered no acceptable solution, we were forced to spend the entire night out on the street searching for accommodation, only finding a decent hotel the following day. When we rejected the room and requested a refund, management stalled us on WhatsApp, flatly refused to take responsibility, and sent hostile messages threatening us with legal action simply for reporting these conditions. Avoid this place at all costs—it poses serious hygiene risks and completely lacks professional ethics.

L’emplacement était très bien situé à 2 minutes de la plage, chambre classique, le bar est top les cocktails sont super bon est prix très abordable.

On est arriver la dame de la réception nous a donner la mauvaise chambre on a dû aller se plaindre pour avoir notre chambre réservé via Booking, elle était vraiment désagréable elle faisait que de nous répéter que ça se choisit avec un bouton heureusement qu’un responsable est venu il nous a donner notre chambre on a dû attendre 45 minutes car c’était pas prêt, le petit déjeuner est vraiment simple y a limiter rien, faut rénover le bâtiment + changement de personnel

L'emplacement de l'hôtel en front de mer, visible depuis le restaurant en terrasse. Le personnel à l'écoute et leur disponibilité. Nous avons pris une formule demi-pension : les repas du soir étaient copieux et variés. Le service de nettoyage impeccable.

Les petits déjeuners n'étaient pas assez variés. Dans la formule demi-pension, l'eau n'est pas inclus dans les repas du soir. La bouteille est payante. Le centre ville est assez loin, il faut prendre les transports en commun si vous n'êtes pas véhiculé. Il n'y avait que 2 chaînes TV.

Очень приятный персонал отеля, доброжелательный, готовый оказать помощь и подарить хорошее настроение. Каждый день был наполнен ощущением, что меня окружают друзья и хорошие знакомые, близкие люди. Кроме того отель расположен вблизи моря , рядом с его самой чудесной локацией- пляжем Клеопатры. Несколько минут ходьбы - и вы гуляете среди исторических памятников, крепостных стен и аутентичных домиков, людей, сохраняющих привычный образ жизни веками. Это незабываемое приключение , позволяющее совершить путешествие в прошлое и при этом возвращаться в соврғменность за считанные минуты. Цена этого удовольствия вполне приятная. Атмосфера отеля не перегружена ненужными услугами в виде надоевших аниматоров, музыки, шума и прочих “прелестей”, при этом вполне обеспечивает все необходимое для приятного времяпровождения.

Hotel à taille humaine comparé à tous les resorts alentours. Personnel très sympa et accueillant. Hotel oropre et bien entretenu. Le buffet du soir est varié et bon. L'hôtel est très bien placé, juste en face de la mer et à proximité de tout. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Dommage que la piscine ferme à 18h30, sinon je recommande si vous cherchez un hotel propre, tranquil , bien équipé et proche de tout.

Отелю требуется уже ремонт. В номерах неприятный запах старости, сан узлы воняют. Мы снимали 3 номера, и везде также. Хорошо хоть постельное было чистое

Egentlig det meste, veldig behjelpelige og koselige personale på hotellet, rent og pent basseng og lett tilgjengelig til restauranter, stranden og det man måtte ønske seg. Vi er super fornøyd

Vaskedamene kunne vært nøyere med vasken av rom og bytte av laken med diverse. Ellers ingenting annet.

Расположение отеля главное его преимущество! Пляж находится через дорогу. Персонал приветливый и отзывчивый.

Ужин на мой взгляд слабоват особенно для тех кто предпочитает белковый ужин. А так же если вы планируете во время ужина воду или напиток, нужно будет доплачивать, например банка колы 100 лир.

Det bedste ophold vi har haft vi har været seks mennesker og to værelse med morgenmad. Vi har fået hvad vi har betalt for. Der er internet på værelserne og ved pool området. Der var rengøring hverdag og rent håndklæder hvert 2 dag,lagerne blev også skiftet hvert 2 dag. Personalet var meget søde og hjælpsomme når vi spurgte dem om noget. Det min anden gangs ophold jeg vil komme her igen bestemt vis jeg skal til Alanya igen. Beliggenhed var super dejligt midt i det hele og meget tæt på stranden og på alt.

Very good hotel with good brakfast not far from the center

Die Lage war sehr zentral und praktisch. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht .. Die Auswahl war sehr mau und am Ende konnte ich kein Hähnchen Fleisch mehr gesehen...! Ich hätte mir mehr 🐟 gewünscht und mehr Früchte Auswahl gewünscht.

Das Miray Hotel vermittelte eine echte familiäre Atmosphäre. Besonders mit meinem Kind habe ich mich dort sehr sicher und wohl gefühlt. Das Essen, das Personal und die Sauberkeit waren hervorragend. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und der Strand ist in nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ich kann das Hotel jedem von Herzen weiterempfehlen.

I highly recommend this hotel. It is very close to the beach and there are many restarants and shops nearby. Our room was big, clear and the airconditioning was working well. Staff is very kind, they fullfilled all our request for example late checking out, extra sheets, warming food etc. We had only breakfast, it was every day the same but delicious. They clean the rooms every day.

I enjoyed the half board that the hotel offered. Breakfast and evening meal were of a good standard and had a nice homemade style and the breakfast juices and hot drink dispenser were excellent. The hotel is located very centrally on the Kleopatra side of the Castle peninsula.

Juice and coffee were not available/included with the evening meal.

Personnel très sympathique et attentionné, toujours disponible, très bonne ambiance familiale. Repas délicieux et copieux!

Staff were approachable and friendly also very helpful. The rooms were comfortable and had good views of the sea. The rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels every two days.

Perfect location, clean rooms, friendly staff and a warm family atmosphere. Just a short walk to the beach and city center. Great value for a relaxing holiday!

В отеле НЕ БЫЛО горячей воды! в отеле НЕ БЫЛО в комнате интернета. в холле - через раз. А самое главное, сотрудники делали вид, что это только в моей комнате нет и того и другого

Ova je bio nas drugi boravak u hotelu. Sobe su izuzetno uredne i ciste. Izbor jela nije preterano veliki, ali je sve lepo spremljeno i zdravo. Lokacija je odlicna, tik uz plazu, a na pesackoj udaljenosti od centra grada. Mislim da necete naci bolji smestaj u Alanji, po ovim cenama.

Neki sitni detalji, koji bi ucinili ovaj hotel puno boljim. Nema interneta u sobi, kante za smece, kuhalo, frizider se dodatno naplacuje. Dobili smo dva odvojena kreveta u sobi, iako smo bracni par.

Jättebra frukost med mycket att välja på och man fick nystekt omelett varje morgon

Sijainti loistava. Lähellä rantaa ja palveluita. Aamiais"ravintola" ylimmässä kerroksessa ja näkymä merelle oli aivan ihana. Aamiainen suppea, mutta riittävä. Omeletin paistaja, oli iloinen yllätys. Pieni, siisti hotelli.

Yhdestä työntekijästä. Kielimuuri. Ymmärrän, kun valtaosa asiakkaista ovat saksalaisia, niin sitä kieltä osataan. Kuitenkin Englanti on kansainvälinen kieli 🙂

Hotel near the beach, clean room and bathroom, nice food (although a bit repetitive: breakfast had a vast choice of cheese, although the fruit was always melon (I guess because of the season), swimming pool. Very helpful staff.

No internet in the rooms, but only in the pool/lounge area. Fridge in the room only at extra costs; no water cooker, coffee, tea in room. Be aware that the hotel is on a noisy street and you hear live music at night from the adjacent restaurants, bars. The pool could have had more extended opening hours: was open from 8-18:00 hour.

Ассортимента еды нет.Несколько салатов ,Еда только вегетарианская.Скудная.Мы после ужинали ходили в ресторан ужинать. На другой день, т е 13.09 после завтрака мы имели проблемы с желудком.Я имела диарею. Очень сушило,покупали воду.Олним словом все нехорошо. Мини холодильников нет,интернета нет,туалетных принадлежностей нет. Пляж платный.Все не комфортно и нечестно. Очень пожалели об этом выборе.Не порекомендую никому. Очень жаль.

It would have been nice to have a small fridge included in the price, rather than having to pay extra for a fridge.

Der Strandblick war einfach hervorragend und die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel perfekt. Auch das Pool hat uns sehr gefallen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Mustafa an der Rezeption. er war äußerst hilfsbereit, nett und korrekt. Auch das restliche Hotelpersonal war jederzeit freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Peace and quiet, nice room, almost new furniture everywhere, it looks modern and overall decent. Dinner main course is always different, unlike breakfast, even though the side dishes remain the same.. hotel service everything is fine

Nice staff very helpfull & polite no issues with language all spoke English if not translate on iPhone.. decent hotel right location for cleoppatra beach that’s I choose it. Try get a double bed it’s better.. Pool, bar restaurant is ok but I ate outside as only got B&B Safe & fridge are £1.50 extra daily you’ll need it..I will definitely cone back to this hotel..

The location was good and close to the beach

There wasn’t internet access in the rooms, only in the lobby and even there it was very weak, the pool closes at 18 which is too soon and it could easily be used until 21 or even all through night when we went there in August, non of the staff spoke English and it was basically impossible to communicate or ask information from anyone working in the hotel. There was no conditioner or toothpaste in the bathroom.

We know from booking site that the drinks during meal time need extra money but You should not force me to buy drinks from inside the hotel and prevent me from buying them from outside the hotel because I might simply want to buy a certain brand or buy products that do not contain sugar and other things. I absolutely do not see that as appropriate for the hotel.

Hyvä iso huone ja näköala merelle. Osa haukkunut ruokaa mutta ruoka on aikasamanlaista tällä alueella melkein missä vain. Ruoka ei siis huonompaa kuin yleisesti kadulla ravintolassa syödessäkään Huippu hotelleissa saa parempaa muuten joka paikassa sama taso ruuassa joten en anna siitä miinus pisteitä. Allas alue siisti ja erittäin mukava asiakaspalvelija uimaaltaalla. Toi minulle kahvia eikä ottanut maksua. Ensimmäinen kerta näin vaikka olin suurimman osan ajasta kallimassa hotellissa. Hinta laatu hyvä.

Location, outstanding service; receptionist, beautiful lady Salamat- is an absolute star, charismatic barman Murad creates a great atmosphere. Restaurant on the 5th floor has a fantastic view, and dinner has good variety and changed every day. Cleaning ladies are doing an excellent job. U can buy sunbed and umbrella with discount at the reception desk. 125tl ( £1 - 53 tl) for one piece for beach number 10. However, I preferred to stay on beach 8. It’s exceptional there; service, sunbed costs £3, food is top notch. Tip: cash machines take 8% for any amount u r withdrawing, so better take cash. Exchange office near hotel.

I enjoyed my stay at Miray, hotel staff were friendly and obliging and the room was cleaned every day. The beach was quite close to the hotel and having a discounted sunbed and parasol ticket was a great help for keeping the costs down. The breakfast selection was healthy and well presented. I particularly liked the omelettes. Being a coeliac sufferer, the hotel was able to assist with gluten free meal options. There was a good choice of meals reflecting a 3-star standard. Worth a visit.

Clean hotel, good matreses, sea view. Basic breakfast included with free tea coffee and juice. Nice its open till 10am. Pool area as well as whole hotel very clean and 100m from beach. Pool service with food/drinks. Right next to Kleopatra beach and chairs tickets can be purchased. 24/7 reception but language can be an issue as often in Turkey. Tidy bathrooms. Fridge or safe available for 2e/day. Wifi only at lobby or pool A very good location and hotel at its price range.
