_ اتساخ فرش الارضيات _ رائحة غير محببة في الغرف و الممرات . _الانارة ضعيفة و المصابيح العلوية نصفها لا يعمل _لا يوجد مصعد ، حيث لا يمكن اخذ عربات الاطفال مثلا الى الغرف.

La struttura si trova lontano rispetto ad altre strutture ricettive (circa 15-20 Min di macchina) quindi bisogna tenerlo presente

The swimming pool isn’t like in the photos. Also, we had an issue with payment at the end. If it’s communicated that cash is preferred, then we must be notified as guests.

Reviewed Mar 2, 2026A clean and efficient hotel with rooms a bit outdated and in need of refurbishment. Staff was excellent and best part of the experience. A bit outside of town so you will need a car. The hotel has a guitar-shaped pool which others in the hotel seemed to love. The included breakfast through booking was excellent and delicious.
Rooms could be updated but nothing that bothered me at all.

Reviewed Feb 12, 2026La struttura si trova a 2000 mt nelle montagne sul passo di Jabal al Akhdar. L'hotel è adatto come punto di appoggio per visitare la zona. Le camere sono discrete così come la colazione.
Struttura molto fredda servirebbe il condizionatore con la pompa di calore vista l'altitudine (soprattutto nelle ore serali).

Hôtel un peu vieillot, clim reversible en mode chaud ne fonctionne pas, il faut demander un chauffage d'appoint au staff.

Reviewed Nov 25, 2025Very good location on the road to Saiq. We ordered dinner, was good and spicy. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was very helpful. We got communicating rooms, appreciated for a family. Good wifi. Be aware that a 4WD is mandatory to access the hotel, since it is in the Jebel Ahkdar mountain.

Reviewed Nov 14, 2025Ein in die Jahre und nicht sehr gut gepflegtes Hotel. Für eine Nacht in Ordnung zumal die Lage für frühmorgendliche Ausflüge sehr gut ist. Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht, aber sprachlich begründete Missverständnisse wirkten sich negativ auf den Service aus. Das Frühstück war überraschend gut. Guter Kaffee, frisches Rührei, Toast, frisches Obst... Schöner Ausblick. Pool haben wir nicht genutzt war aber sauber. Es gab nur zwei alte Liegen. Badetücher, wissen eir nicht. Sehr gute, warme Dusche. Betten etwas hart, aber bequem
Nur oberflächlich sauber: Haare im Waschbecken, im Bad an den Rändern Schmutz, Blutdfleck an Bettwäsche. Es fehlte ein Handtuch für den Boden nach dem Duschen zumal es ja keine Duschsbtrennung gibt.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the food was delicious. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Jabal Al Akhdar. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to come back!

Unfortunately breakfast starts as late as 8 in the morning, that is if someone is there. We left the hotel shortly after 8 through a little exit door since the main door was still locked and no-one around.

Reviewed Oct 9, 2025Leuke plek in de bergen. Heerlijk rustig en stil. Soms lopen er wat berggeiten langs. Onze kids vonden dat fantasch. Het personeel deed ontzettend hun best om alles naar je zin te maken. Het is een oud hotel, wat gedateerd maar ontzettend schoon en een goede douche. Zeer uitgebreid en lekker ontbijt.
De bedden zijn wat aan de harde kant. Het ontbijt was pas om 8u. Opzich prima, maar voor onze kids die om 6 uur wakker zijn, was dat lang wachten.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2025This is my second trip to the same hotel and everything was good. The staff Aminul is so friendly in showing us the facility and explaining about the location. The food served in the hotel restaurant was also good and I was happy that I don't have to worry about food as there are no other restaurants around the place. The chef made us fresh food when we ordered the dinner and breakfast and it was delicious. Worth for the price. Recommend to others and will visit again.

I do not recommend eating there. Very small selection of food and extremely slow service. In my opinion, they do not even assume that people would want to eat there, although they have a menu available. The food we had here was very ordinary and not very good.
