I couldn’t reach the reception by call and the WiFi was interrupted frequently

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The view was beautiful, and the room was clean and comfortable. Everything was well maintained, and the overall experience was very pleasant. I would definitely consider staying here again!

The location and the room size is big, you can add full air mattress for one extra person and there is still space

Staff were accommodating about our special requests like mountain facing rooms and a slight later check out than that mentioned even though it was peak season. The complimentary breakfast was hearty and had options for vegetarians as well.

The drainage in the bathroom could have been better, the water kept going backwards in the shower area.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel avec nos 3 enfants. Nous avons eu 2 chambres communicantes. Le personnel était attentif et réactif. Mention spécial à Aqeeb qui a été plein de bonnes intentions envers nous et nos enfants!😊 L’hôtel est très bien situé pour aller admirer le coucher de soleil au Diana's View Point et proche des villages où l’on cultive les roses. Nos chambres donnaient également sur une belle vue.

It’s location is good

The room which I was given has no wifi connection . And this time the booking was not half board as before

I like the view of the location, spacious clean rooms, friednly reception and support staff. A very good breakfast. A good parking for my own car.

Loved the big size of the room and bathroom. Nice hot shower. Fantastic view from room and breakfast. Easy walk to the three villages hike. Really comfortable bed. Snacks, water and tea and coffee provided with kettle. Big fridge.

Could have been a bit cleaner (the windows were smudged inside, the pillow and bed runner, the carpet). The noise of the lift beeping was clearly heard in the night. Hairdryer would have been nice.

This is a comfortable and clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is easy to find and the road up isn’t as difficult as some people have suggested. The hotel serves an extensive breakfast and the lovely young man who looked after us cooked delicious scrambled eggs. There is no restaurant but there are 2 restaurants nearby plus a coffee shop. The hotel is in a great location for the Rose walk - just turn right out of the hotel and walk about 1km down the road to where there is a junction with cafes. We walked as far as Saiq and then to a wadi. A beautiful walk.

L'état de propreté de la chambre etait vraiment déplorable (poussière ser les meubles, miroir et vitres tres sales, bestioles mortes sur le rebord intérieur de la fenêtre, café renversé sur le meuble et pas nettoyer pendant notre séjour et le pire c'était le siphon de la douche deguelasss Et pas assez d'eau chaude pour la douche C'est d ommages

Beautiful view of the mountains from both room and restaurant

Location was great not far from the trails and view points. Worth it! We also liked the swings and play area outside for children.

Should work with restaurants near by to arrange meals for lunch and dinner. It's easy to find but would be a nice service. Also why not rent bikes

Locatie. Er zijn bijna geen hotels in de buurt en in de buurt heb je toch nog winkels, kleine eethuis etc. Prima te doen voor een korte trip.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, the breakfast offered a great variety of choices, and the staff were very kind. The snacks in the room were very good. I would especially like to mention the amazing service during breakfast provided by a very young man. He had such a positive attitude toward his work and delivered exceptional service. Thank you! We highly recommend this place!

Die wunderbaren Menschen. Der Auablick. Einfach alles!

Die Unterkunft verfügt über eine sehr gute Lage. Der Start zur 3-Dörfer-Wanderung liegt zu Fuß nur 10 min entfernt. Ebenso befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe ein guter Spot für den Sonnenuntergang. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und sauber.

Spacious room with a comfy bed and a good bathroom. Food was on standard with all other visited hotels. Genuinely excellent value for money. Very good location too.

We could clearly hear each usage of the elevator. Room infront of the elevator must be used with good tolerance to beeping sounds and doors opening/closing.

I have been to this hotel many times and i noticed poor maintenance.

The place looks a bit dull from the outside, but once you enter the facility you will be welcomed by friendly staff that offer you coffee or tea. The rooms are comfortable with excellent beds. They offer free diner at the place next doors. We didn't make use of that so we can't comment on that. We had breakfast there though, enjoying a lovely mountain view. Really spectacular! What's great about this accommodation is its location. Close to all the major highlights, at walking distance. Great value for your money!

Pokoj byl obrovský s nádherným výhledem do krajiny, za celý můj pobyt v Omanu se mi tam nejlépe spalo Velice příjemná snídaně jak s obsluhou tak s hudbou. Tento hotel mohu jen doporučit.

Просторий і чистий номер, наявність в ньому кави, чаю, води, солодощів і горішків. Дуже комфортні ліжка. Привітний персонал. Спокійно. Є власна парковка. Сніданок смачний і різноманітний. Також поруч чудовий ресторан оманської кухні, де можна дуже смачно повечеряти!

There was also an issue with the hot water running out while I was in the middle of showering. Additionally, water tended to drip from the shower area into the sink area.

En Oman, où le confort n’est pas toujours au RDV, cet hôtel permet de reprendre des forces pour savourer la suite du voyage. Notre chambre était spacieuse et doté d’une literie très confortable. Excellent wifi. Très bon débit d’eau chaude (sans éclabousser toute la pièce). Nous avions le dîner et le petit-déjeuner inclus. Le repas était un menu copieux et délicieux avec entrées, plat, desserts. Nous remercions le personnel du restaurant qui est vraiment aux petits soins. On vous recommande chaudement cet hébergement.

Very nice location of the hotel. We got a mountain-view room, although we booked a city-view room, which was a nice upgrade. The staff is very kind and helpful. The room was spacious, with comfortable beds.

Breakfast, despite being in heated containers, was cold. The variety could be improved. It took some time for the water in the room to heat up. The second person had to wait a while before being able to shower with warm water.

Хороший отель, чистый, рядом кафе. Вид из окон на горы. Вкусный завтрак. Очень отзывчивый персонал. Мы забронировали две ночи, но, когда приехали, у дочери случилась горная болезнь. Пошли нам на встречу и бесплатно изменили бронирование, вернули деньги за одну ночь.

Modern hotel with a international ambiance but it lacks a bit character. All sufficient and comfy for a one night stay. Next door grillhouse is funny and Omani style sitting on the ground (or outside in the cold or eat in the room) food though is good 👍 visiting the 3 terrace villages is nice and a good workout. Breakfast is fine.

Nous avons adoré notre voyage ici, l'emplacement est top, les chambres sont vraiment bien insonorisé et calme, nous avons même ajouté une nuit de plus tellement nous nous sentions bien, il y a un petit restaurant à côté qui sert de la super nourriture pour le soir.
