Not a convenient location if you came to see Edinburgh. You can’t get to the city quick. It will take about an hour. You will have to take a taxi and then a train to get to Edinburgh.

Das Bett war sehr bequem, es gab noch zusätzliche Kissen bei Bedarf, das Personal war überdurchschnittlich freundlich, in der Nacht beim Einchecken genauso wie beim Frühstück Angenehmes Zimmer, ausreichend groß mit kleiner Kaffee / Tee Ecke, einem schönen Bad und ausgesprochen ruhiger Lage. Das Frühstück war sehr variabel und der Service top Preis./Leistungsverhältnis ist außergewöhnlich gut!!

Eigentlich fällt mir nichts ein.. höchstens, dass es Teppich im Zimmer gab, das mag ich in der Regel nicht. Spielt allerdings im Gesamtpaket keine Rolle

We didn’t not like it but there’s a few things that could be repaired in our room 202, one bed side light was missing, the TV didn’t receive an internet signal so couldn’t watch anything, the shower soap dispenser wasn’t on the wall, it had obviously fell off, the toilet roll holder is hanging off the wall, one of the bulbs in the bathroom was not working, this did not spoil our visit and wouldn’t put us off staying again

The pub alongside the hotel was lovely and the food was excellent.

Cleanliness wasn't great in the hotel and the 2 single beds were so hard and uncomfortable we had to pull a mattress onto the floor. Thankfully we were only there until 2am as we were heading to the airport.

We are travelling from Australia and the location was ideal for our overnight stay. The staff were friendly, particularly Alex who checked us in and assisted later in the lounge for refreshments and a light meal. The atmosphere of the pub was relaxed and comfortable. We can’t fault all staff in their friendliness.

The pillow had stains on and made. Sounds when moving in sleep. The 3rd bed that seems a fold bed was bending. The room was to warm and the staff didn't care on first night but the 2nd night was perfect. (male member of staff who was very helpful)

Wij hadden de kamer inclusief ontbijt. Ontbijt is in het weekend in buffet vorm. Weinig opties. Geen ham/kaas of andere vleeswaren. Je betaald best wel veel voor wat je krijgt.

The toast always seems to be served burnt at breakfast time when ordering from the menu. Everything needs a good clean on all of the mirrors and the remote control as they are full of dust and the carpets in the corners are full of muck.

Really excellent location to shop in Livingston, 10 minute leisurely walk to Livingston Designer Outlet. Good parking included and the room was clean and had everything you would need. Went to the restaurant next door which was excellent, busy though so may be better to book. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

We were welcomed by Nicki at check in, she greeted us with a pleasant smile and was very helpful, polite and caring person, a real gem. As we were interested in visiting Edinburgh she told us the different form of transport available. We got the train which took about 30mins from the accommodation to Waverley station so no problem with parking. Glasgow is also accessible by train if you have time to explore the area. Indeed all the staff were lovely and friendly which we had the pleasure of meeting while having breakfast there. Plenty of choice to choose from with continental style or full fry up style cooked to your taste with toast, tea or coffee. We also had evening meals here which were equally delicious and tasty. In our room we had supply of tea, coffee and milk to have a brew whenever suited us. Also daily cleaning of room if requested. A very peaceful place to stay, we had no problem hearing the planes coming and going. We were blessed with great weather which was an added bonus…….felt like a sun holiday. Thank you for a wonderful break.

The staff were extremely good. They were very friendly. They were very fast too. The food was excellent. The place was very clean. The customers were overwhelmingly families with young children and grandparents and very senior citizens.

An additional chair and luggage space in the room would have helped

I messaged the hotel twice about doing something for my daughter's 10th birthday (which is why we were staying) they didn't answer me both times. When we arrived no one greeted us, that includes a smile. If I'm honest it felt like no one could be bothered dealing with us. Got to the hotel room, there was dirty hair in the bath, a bit of wet soggy tissue in the sink, no hand soap, the toilet roll was obviously sealed with the tap and the ring on the toilet roll was dirty from the sink tap and again, no greeting in the room. Also something to be mindful of when you get there, the hotel part doesn't have any staff in it at all and there is not a phone in the room. If you want to contact someone you have to call a mobile number and that's just for nights! There was no air-con so myself and my partner were up the entire night because it was so uncomfortably hot in the room!! We went for a drink, again no happy staff at the bar, got a mocktail for the birthday girl and they didn't have any of the stuff so they gave her strawberry (nothing else) and charged the same price!!! Overall I'm absolutely gutted for my wee girl, she loves hotels and she was so disappointed. This isn't something that's required of course but my daughter came in to get her breakfast, she had all of her birthday stuff on (crown, badge etc) so excited to see "how many happy birthdays I can get" and no one even so much as said happy birthday to her! You guys need to do better, she's a kid, you started her 10th birthday celebration rubbish. Worked in retail for years and some customers are awful but you work in this industry because you're supposed to care. No one even asked us how our stay was and we were sat there for over an hour. Maybe some customer service training?

Lipsesc in toate camerele perii pentru toaletă, de fapt cred ca on zona, nicăieri nu au. Personalul de la curățenie au ridicat gunoiul si au schimbat prosoapele ( numai la cerere, altfel nu trec prin cameră) de vasul de toaletă nici nu s-au atins.

Nous avons également apprécié le restaurant au sein de l'établissement, repas excellent et breakfast fort copieux. Par ailleurs l'emplacement est idéal pour rejoindre l'aéroport en peu de temps.

Perfekte Lage für die Nacht vor dem Flug. Interessantes Konzept mit angegliedertem Pub für Frühstück und Abendessen, welches wir leider nicht nutzen konnten. Zimmer waren sauber.

Die Unterkunft selber war nichts Aussergewöhnliches und mehr Mittel zum Zweck. Haben aber auch nichts Negatives festgestellt.

This hotel was well located for the activities we were undertaking, and it felt like a relaxed place with relaxed meal times and relaxed checkout time.

There was nothing specific, but it's possibly time for a little refresh. For example, sealant in bathroom could be replaced.

A comfortable, clean room that fully met my needs. It was a good temperature, and there was plenty of parking outside the hotel. There is a supermarket behind it for anything you need to pick up. And all the staff I had dealings with were extremely polite and efficient.

Near to airport & the major shopping centers. Transportation travels within Livingston attractions are available too. Food at the restaurant is delicious and its price is reasonable. Hotel room spacious and clean. Staffs are helpful. Many nearby parks to walk.

It is another township from Edinburgh. Uber services are not available in this township. Need to know the taxi calling center number in advance. Otherwise, it is hard to get a taxi. Far from Edinburgh, approximately an hour or more than an hour if by bus and tram to Edinburgh. However, if you are not Travelling to Edinburgh, it is fine to stay in Livingston.

The room was ok apart from a stain on the carpet outside the bathroom, mould on the door in the bathroom and some missing sealant around the toilet.
