Great hotel, perfect if you need to catch a plane. Has several eating places near by which are walkable to.

Ceilings are very thin. We could hear when someone above us was walking and jumping (and it lasted for hours).

We were pretty happy with this hotel, the room was very generously proportioned, with a huge picture window, bringing in lots of natural light. No view to speak of, and a bit of noise from the street if facing that direction. Rooms have a fridge, coffee maker and decent range of toiletries (Crabtree and Evelyn), comfy bed and quality bedding. The in-house restaurant didn’t appeal either aesthetically or regards the menu offer, but breakfast was good, and we experienced excellent service. Reception staff were also very friendly and helpful.

We stayed here one night after a late flight. Great hotel. Very close to the airport but no noise. We would stay here again. Parking garage, I think it was $22 to park

Despite the name there is no garden; the noise from the road was quite loud in the room; very few options for a vegetarian at the hotel restaurant

The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. The manager was going to get back to us as to what we would receive for compensation, but we never heard anything back. The staff acted like nothing out of the ordinary happened. When the fire department left everyone just went back into the building without staff telling us it was safe or not.

Rooms were spacious and clean

It wasn’t clear to me that breakfast was only ala carte (no buffet). If I had known that I wouldn’t have paid extra for a room that included breakfast. Booking.com says that the hotel is pet friendly but it says nowhere that there’s a $70 pet fee! This was a surprise at check in. We reserved this hotel specifically because it had a pool but the pool was closed for maintenance. This was a huge bummer.

We were there for the Round 16 US Game vs Belgium. Staff friendly enough. They have a restaurant and we ate there twice for dinner and once for breakfast. The food is really good. They also have a place at the front with drinks, snacks, salads, and several choices if you don't want the restaurant. Room was roomy and comfy with a sofa. We would stay again.

Shuttle driver was so nice and the shuttle bus was very clean. Staff at hotel were very friendly and cheerful. Room was immaculate, tub was non slip with grab bars. Black out shades were very effective, lobby furniture was comfy. Bedding was superb. The pool was nice and warm for kids to play in.

It was a bit pricey and the restaurant prices were too high. Wish there was a hot tub.

I stay here every time I’m in Seattle and they never disappoint. The front desk staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The a.m. and p.m. food beverage crew are delightful. The hotel is always clean and well-maintained. Management is doing a great job here. Highly recommend!

The location close to the airport was great. We were exhausted when we arrived but had a great meal in the restaurant. The room looked great and the beds were comfortable.

The shuttle service didn't show up at the airport. We had called and were told to just wait and watch for it to come through and wave it down. It never came. Finally found the courtesy phone, called and it was sent immediately.

What we loved about our stay: - The free airport shuttle was incredibly quick, convenient, and on time - The staff were super friendly and helpful - The room was a good size, clean, and had seating in addition to the beds - The beds and linen were very comfortable - It was quiet in the room, despite the hotel being close to the airport and being entirely sold out. We did not hear any other people from our room. - The pool was warm and well kept. It also had a lift, making it accessible for all people to enjoy. It was also open until 10pm. - The outdoor garden patio was a lovely, shaded, quiet little oasis that feels like some place tropical rather than being right off of a busy road. - There was a restaurant on site, as well as a well-stocked small convenience store - The lobby was inviting, spacious, comfortable, with free coffee. Many people spent time lounging here with their families, with kids playing games. - It was within easy walking distance of several fast food restaurants - It was within a 10 minute drive of a large shopping mall What could have been improved: - One of the two elevators was out of service our entire stay. It made for long waits and crowded rides given that the whole hotel was booked full for a conference. - The only stairs that you can take up to your room (instead of waiting for the elevator) are located outside the building. But in order to take the stairs you first have to go into the lobby and ask a staff member to "buzz" unlock the stairwell door that is outside. If you walk too slow back to the stairwell door, the door locks again. It would be funny if it weren't annoying.

Convenient location to airport

Breakfast wasn’t early enough so missed out. Parking is confusing and lacks signage. Front desk employees are not consistent, one almost cost me parking and shuttle service to the airport due to not checking me in correctly.

Early flight - shuttle to airport great. Just needed a basic room but the room exceeded my expectations. Comfortable bed and got a good night’s sleep.

We were traveling with a group and the kids planned to go swimming. Pool was freezing and not heated.

The beds were comfortable

The food was way overpriced. On Booking.com it said breakfast was $15.99 pp. it was actually a sit down full menu that was mediocre. At the end of it I paid $75 for 3 breakfasts and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Our internet also stopped working.

The hotel is clean, and we had very positive experience with the shuttle service. The rooms are noisy. You can hear the noise from the street, the planes and the hallway. The beds were not comfortable and our bathroom door did not close all the way. Prices for food are very expensive. For example, a diet coke from the sundry shop is $6.00. If you decide to stay here, bring your earplugs and buys snacks at the airport where they are less expensive.

This turned out to be a great place for a layover rest. It was clean, convenient and friendly service. The room was big. Bathroom was clean. Very close to the airport but all night I only heard one plane. Did not hear any other guests. I didn’t have the breakfast or use the amenities outside of my room so I can’t speak to those but overall the experience was great and super easy. Definitely recommend if you need an airport hotel. Kristine was so nice too. The shuttle was a bit annoying because we had to call for it and wait 15 mins. But using it from the hotel to the airport is great and free. I highly recommend this hotel. Oh and it’s pet friendly!

This hotel has a perfect location for traveling to the airport. The shuttle runs every half hour to SeaTac. The restaurant is basic and food good, which allows you to not venture out at night. The bed comfort was superb. The sound proofing was excellent. We stay here whenever we want a more relaxed airport experience.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! I highly recommend coming here. Staff was incredibly helpful. Jenny was very friendly towards me and my friends, spent a lot of time really listening to us and recommended places where me and my friends had a great time.

jenny made our stay absolutely amazing. from the moment we arrived, she was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making sure we had everything we needed. she went above and beyond to help us, answered all our questions, and made the whole experience stress free. it’s rare to meet someone who brings such positive energy and professionalism to their job. because of jenny’s incredible service, our stay went so smoothly . i would definitely come back and hope to be helped by her again

Had a really great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Seattle Airport. Everything went smoothly, and the atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. I especially want to mention Jenny, who was very kind and helpful and genuinely made my day better. She was easy to talk to and went out of her way to make sure things were taken care of. I’d definitely stay here again :) Don’t usually write reviews but this time it made me want to go out of my way to do so! Thanks guys

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. Outstanding place to stay, great staff

We chose this hotel due to the proximity and transportation to the airport. Check in took a while with only one person working and the lobby had had a water leak that they were cleaning up. However, despite that, the room was comfortable and quiet. We had an early flight and transportation was fast and efficient. I recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Pool was closed which was only reason for going there.. lighting in room was very dim, not bright enough. Was told I was getting comped for parking for 27 dollars but still paid full price

Super expensive to buy even a small carton of fresh milk for the in-room coffee; received no feedback to pre-arrival email requests for guidance on using the shuttle - could be made much clearer in the reservation info

We stayed here two nights, once at the beginning of our trip and once at the end. The hotel was clean, staff were friendly. They had an indoor heated pool which was refreshing to use, also with a gym and peloton. They are about 1.5 miles to the airport and the Light Link Rail which is at the airport. We used the shuttle several times to get picked up at the airport and dropped off there to use the Rail. The shuttle service was simple, you wait at a pickup area, call the hotel and tell them what pillar number you are standing by and within about 20 minutes you’ll be picked up. The most annoying thing about this is having to call the hotel and listen to the whole automated speech before you can finally speak with the front desk. The light link rail was easy to access from the airport, it’s about a 45 minute ride to downtown Seattle.

The property was clean and very comfortable but they did charge you to park there and I didn’t see that anywhere that I read. That was a little annoying but overall a great stay.

the place was well cared for. the only issue was the cheap plastic tubs that were the shower. The bottom flexed and was very slick. I fell and left blood everywhere. The staff were wonderful to the last person.

Dolly was so helpful in assisting me with travel questions and offering me a handwritten itinerary to enjoy my first time in Seattle! Will definitely stay here again if/when I come back!

My husband and I came to Seattle for a cruise and stayed a few days early to checkout the city. We stayed at another Hilton brand last night and it was not a good experience at all after traveling all day. We were eager to get here and get some rest so I called the hotel. Dolly is AMAZING! Not only did she help get us checked in immediately she gave us so many amazing suggestions and even offered some shuttle options for our cruise. Thank you Dolly for your help!!!!
