Aloft by Marriott Seattle Sea-Tac Airport

The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable!

I wish they had better breakfast options.

The beds were comfortable and there was a nice selection of fluffy to flat pillows. Very close to the airport and had a free shuttle.

Check in was extremely rushed and she was a bit condescending. There could have been more outlets/USB plugs by the bed.

The property was clean, close to the airport, and had all the basics. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Airport shuttles were frequent.

Complimentary breakfast and parking would have been nice. And honestly, I found the decor to be ugly. Some brighter light in the hallways and lobby would have helped. The orange vinyl bench cushion in the room reminded me of a sleazy bus station. Upholstery would work wonders.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room as clean and comfortable.

The room was a little warm for our liking and didn't cool down much when we adjusted the thermostat.

It's a nice relatively new modern hotel that feels chic and hip. Public spaces were well done and the room was clean and updated.

We just happened to be put in a room that literally had the rail system running just outside our window (room 501). Needless to say our sleep was disrupted every time a train went by. Water pressure in the shower was also lacking.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower was excellent.

Shuttle was hard to find departing SEA at 1am, but the hotel was patient and helpful. Checking in was a breeze. Easy really. Room was just like every other aloft I’ve stayed at (Gold 4 Life). Egg bites for breakfast were great. Parking is outdoor and underground. I liked my visit so well, I stayed again since this initial visit. Great job!

It was clean and easily accessible to the airport! The gentleman that checked us in late night was very accommodating and helpful! He carried our luggage up the stairs because the elevator did not work🫪 He deserves a raise!! And was so nice about it all!!! I love the lounge and option for food!

I wish there was an enclosed outside area. The elevators were not working when we arrived and then only one was in use for the rest of our stay so it took long.

Bartender rude. We were there before 10 and she wasn't very happy serving up. Room lights make no sense. One switch turns every light one. Rooms were not as close as I hoped. Tried to park under ground and my card wouldn't open the gate. Someone else checking in opened the gate and I rushed in with them. Only 1 elevator worked. Disappointing for $1000.(3 rooms)

A comfortable clean room near the airport. They were able to accommodate our request for early checkin.

Just that we had too leave early and did not get to enjoy our stay fully. Not due to hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel decor is modern and very well done. They offer a good breakfast and provide free transportation, on demand, to local restaurants and the light rail.

Comfortable bed, clean room, nice @ front desk, prompt shuttle driver. Price. Kind of, it was still too high., but half and 1/3 prices paying in Vancouver.

Price. Price gouging because of FIFA is still price gouging. Why should we have to pay some 'fan rate" we are boarding a cruise, we just needed the room for 1 night and the price was double what it should've been.

Very nice, overall! The hotel staff is welcoming and friendly. The spacious lobby is a great place to relax after a long trip. This property is close to the airport, but remains quiet and peaceful, with comfortable beds. The airport shuttle is an added plus. Food options here are limited, although they do offer a complimentary shuttle to nearby restaurants. We arrived too exhausted to take advante of this service. It would be helpful for this Aloft to expand its menu offerings to accommodate airport travelers who may not have the energy to look elsewhere for a meal.

Very noisy. Can hear everything going on outside and inside. People rattling all room doors going down the hallway at 11pm. Had to call security regarding loud music going on in attached room at 1am. Food and parking expensive. Other hotels in same area very quiet and amenities are free. One light switch turns All room lights off at one time. No separate switch for bath/ shower area. Front desk well aware next morning what had happened and there's no offer to even comp a free breakfast, salad the night before or parking which shows the culture of the hotel.

Clean and relatively comfortable but with minimal facilities.

It is way too expensive considering it is a ‘budget’ hotel with no facilities.

The bed was so comfortable. Great location, close to airport, we had a very late check in and aloft was minutes from the airport. Easy to get to downtown Seattle from Aloft. Very welcoming staff as well.

One light switch controlled lights to whole room , it would be nice to have a separate switch for bathroom only without lighting up the whole room

I had a double room with four guests, yet they only give you three towels. Aloft used to supply a couple bottles of water in the room.Now you get one. Also there was mold on the walls in the bathroom

The faucet in the shower had really high pressure and wood squirt on the wall, which was causing a little bit of mold growing.

Room was really nice and spacious. We appreciated the fact that it is a pet friendly hotel. Large windows and the blackout blinds were awesome. Staff were very friendly and helpful with some issues that arose. Proximity to SEA-TAC and the available shuttle was also very useful. Would probably stay here again.

Limited food choices. We were travelling with 2 cats, and requested a slightly later checkout (2hrs extra) - that request was denied, and we had to pay for an entire second night to accommodate for the 2pm departure. We would have been fine paying any late checkout fee, but that was not an option. Very disappointing and marred the entire experience.

Not that I didn't like it, but it might be nice to offer a shuttle service to a downtown Seattle location as well a the airport. Even a small fee would be better then the cost of uber/lyft rides

Close To the airport so my work partner flying in could just free shuttle within two minutes of landing to her bed. She very much appreciated it as well.

The only critic I would have would be that because of the close proximity to the airport a set of earplugs for those who sleep light But other than that it was perfect for us

Facility was clean, modern and bed was very comfortable. We like the fact that room was very spacious, and entrance, bathroom was separated from the bed area.

I stay here frequently, as I travel often for work. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and professional. The rooms are always clean, and my stay is consistently comfortable. My favorite part is the hotel fitness center which has ample room, and enough free weights and machines to get in a good workout while I'm on the road.

I was greeted by Grace at the front desk who welcomed me and provided me with information about the property...she was very professional and courteous and very outgoing...you could tell she enjoys her job. I travel often and have never been greeted by anyone like Grace. I will definitely return to your property and will encourage my constituents to do the same...

Las camas cómodas y el transporte al aeropuerto cada media hora sin fallar hasta las 12 medio día y después indicaban que era por reservación. Hay una estación del tren a 15 minutos caminando y llegas al downtown y es súper bueno y económico. Las chicas que nos atendieron en el front desk fueron excelente, no se los nombres pero las que nos recibió solo hablaba inglés y fue excelente y la de salida hablaba español y fue excelente también.

Te eve den el desayuno pero en realidad no fue que nos molestó sino que no tienen gran variedad, pero la señora que atiende el área es bien diligente para ser ella sola para atender a los ordenan.

The only thing I would change is not having all the items "for sale" in our room. They did remove them when we asked and didn't put them back so that was good. There was no breakfast. The location and hotel were great though!
