The room was comfortable and quiet. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast buffet was varied. And the airport shuttle free and efficient.

Not wild about powdered eggs. I did enjoy the oatmeal and dried fruit and boiled eggs.

The $21 fee to park our car came as a surprise and it’s excessive. Booking.com didn’t mention the parking fee.

Front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and coordinated our ride to the cruise pier without hesitation. Staff also made excellent restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was great too.

I know most people like softer beds. I prefer very firm beds. Would be impossible to make everyone happy with this, which is why it's not an issue for me. Beds and linen were in great condition. Props to the cleaning staff!

The airport shuttle worked out very well. The location in that it is so close to the airport was great, but not so great in terms of nearby restaurants. That being said, the shuttle was most important to us and was were pleased with that. The room was very clean.

All was very nicely done and satisfying. The people were very helpful.

Everything and everyone we encountered in our day was fantastic. One of the best hotels we have stayed in. We highly recommend this hotel especially the ladies in the morning shift at the check-in. They are great.

We arrived well before check-in, and they held our bags in the office for us so we could go explore Seattle without having to worry about them. We arrived while breakfast was being served, and they said to go enjoy even thought our rooms weren't going to be ready for a long time. We utilized the airport shuttle to the hotel after landing, and they gave us the info needed for a shuttle to the cruise port the following morning. Our rooms were nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. It was a great stay and would definitely recommend.

Very clean and convenient being so close to airport Fly was delayed many hours due to storms landed at 2 am and needed rest. The staff was onsite and got us room key even though so late so that was wonderful

Shuttle service was fantastic, we got picked up within minutes from the airport. Staff was super friendly and the breakfast was fantastic, exactly what you need at an airport hotel. You could even make your own waffles. Sound proofing was amazing, we never heard a single airplane while inside the hotel.

Some parts of the hotel could have been cleaner. But our room was great.

Free shuttle pickup from airport! Room was large and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rides available to Cruise Pier for a reasonable fee. This hotel was perfect. Oh, and breakfast was delicious and free.

I thought the room was great, the facility was clean and the breakfast was great. Reina worked hard to keep everything filled and replenished. She even got me yogurt when it was all gone. The courtesy van took us to the train station and restaurants and of course to the airport when we needed them to.

There was pictures of the pool facility posted on the internet and I was told it was closed two years ago. I would have used the pool.

Location to airport was good. Even though we were leaving earlier than breakfast was offered, they had items for us to take with us.

Proximate to the airport. We rode on the early morning shuttle to the airport. We completely forgot to pick up our suite cases (we also carried backpacks) due to some distractions. Luckily, our luggage was re-loaded at the hotel and we got them in 30min(7 min from the hotel to the airport. Hotel shuttle runs every 30 min). If we stayed in downtown, we would’ve missed our flight!

Because of early arrival, our room was not ready, which we predicted. We were told to tag our luggage (they gave us some stickers) and to leave it at the reception area. There were lots of luggage there and we were concerned about the security.

Clean Facilities, personable staff, great shuttle service. The shuttle service dropped and picked us up at local restaurants and tram station.

The shower was barely lukewarm and not a great spray. They now charge for parking.

Size of the room is very convenient, the mattress and bedding all very comfortable and clean. Plenty of outlets in the room, and each side of the bed to charge phones and other devices. Room suite had everything we needed. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Shuttle from the airport to the hotel is a bit of a waiting time as it is coming only on request. Phone at the bus station did not work, when you call the hotel from cell phone, use extension 4. Shuttle stops at station 3C.

This hotel was perfect for what I needed. I was doing a tour that was picking up and dropping off at this hotel. Very close to the airport! With a free airport shuttle!

The price is a little high but I think all the prices are high around this area. So it's pretty par for the course. Definitely got a better price on booking.com!

At check-in, we were given keycard for a room that turned out had not been cleaned so our keycard didn’t work we would defer stay there again..so we had to go back down to front desk & be reassigned a room / some inconvenience but things happen….

The hotel was really nice. The employees were so friendly at the front desk. We loved the free shuttle that picked us up from the airport and took us several places.

We used the shuttle early in the morning to head to the airport. The room was comfortable and the king bed was cozy. We were able to leave our car there while we traveled for the week and the shuttle back to the hotel was easy.

Needed a place for one night, check in was quick, room was excellent, and we slept well. Breakfast was even pretty good for a hotel lobby.

The hotel shuttle couldn’t have been more straightforward. I was picked up in minutes despite a delayed flight and greeted with a smile at the front desk. Maria was the receptionist that night and was so kind and wonderful. The bed itself was firm, which I like, with plenty of warm linens. I had a great sleep. Then the breakfast was surprisingly full of healthy options. One dish was out when I arrived at 7:15 am, but it was replaced shortly thereafter. Then the biggest surprise of the visit: the gym. The gym is shockingly well appointed: a peloton, several nice treadmills, a rower, a TRX, a full weight set of new weights up to 75 lbs, and a bench. I was blown away with the selection (though one more bench is probably warranted)

The area itself is fairly uninteresting. We know what we’re getting. It’s an airport hotel.

The property was clean and close to the airport. The rooms were a good size.

AC did not work, set thermostat to lowest setting (it only went down to 66) and it did absolutely nothing. I called front desk they said maintenance not available and they could not move me (I doubt AC works in any of the rooms anyway). This is not the first time I have had this issue at Hampton Inn, I encounter it frequently and I am giving up on Hilton hotels. Also the doors close slowly initially and then the mechanism suddenly slams the door for the last foot, so you get to wake up to doors slamming as patrons let the doors close behind them. Bathroom has old tub style shower and could not use phone to unlock door to go straight to room and short cut the check in process (Seatac airport is a bad area so hotel does not allow unlocking door with phone because of security)

We spent one night here prior to going to a condo in downtown Seattle before our cruise departs. Location is really good, very close to the airport, with a free shuttle there and back. Rooms are nice and big, like the nice big walk-in shower. Again, no shower cap! Breakfast had just about anything you could ever want! Very well stocked. The hotel is rather stark as far as decor. Reception personnel, efficient, and friendly.

Very confusing with Shuttle to take ended up waiting over an hour where it was really cold. Was not thrilled with that.

The rooms are very clean, and the bed was very comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. It was a bit expensive at 300 a night, and did not have much for food and drink.

I get the minimalist decor. While I found the room spacious and clean and comfortable, although pillows are subpar for a $350 a night place, I think the bare room walls are pretty plain and they could use a little art or a mirror here or there.

Excellent desk staff. Huge, quiet, comfy room--clean with all the amenities (including kitchenette). The most wonderful shuttle service. Near great restaurants in Burien (we at at an Ethiopean restaurant that was wonderful). Lovely breakfast.

It would have been nice if there had been more seating for breakfast. At my age, it's hard to sit at a high table--but that's all that was left in the 7's AM. Even so, it was reasonably comfortable.

Nice hotel close to the airport - free shuttle to and from airport. Chris at the front desk was very informative of the area and recommended a place to eat close by and the best way to ride the SeaTac train downtown - was a fun weekend in a nice clean room.

The walls were thin. I could hear everything going on in other rooms as well as everything in hallway.

They went out of their way to get us a shuttle to the airport at 4:30 am and had snacks ready for us that early before leaving. Gave us excellent service to get dinner close by delivered to our room and complimentary shuttle from the ship. We will recommend this again!

Hot water was screwy.

Comfortable and clean

When I arrived at airport, I called the property as instructed and went to the pickup spot. What they did not tell me was that there are TWO Hampton Inns with different shuttles. I got on the first one that arrived only to find out at the property that it was the wrong place. I had to wait another half hour for the shuttle to the correct place. The staff was somewhat dismissive saying that this happens often. There was another couple who also was directed to the wrong property. The person I spoke to on the phone AND the van driver said nothing about this
