The hotel is in a great location. Close to alot of things downtown. If you don't mind the random street noise then your fine. The room was a great size that included a dishwasher (that was a surprise) I would say a great value for what we needed.

The room could have used a little refresh. The toilet seat was a little loose. The shower and tub faucet was also loose

I tre giorni trascorsi a Chicago in questo albergo hanno decisamente reso la nostra vacanza ancora più piacevole. La camera era spaziosa e la colazione ottima. Impagabile la possibilità di utilizzare la palestra anche alle cinque del mattino e di fare colazione già dalle sei, soprattutto a causa del jet lag.

A hotel jó helyen volt, a szoba megfelelt a leírásnak. Az ágy kényelmes volt, a kihúzhatós kanapéágy már kevésbé. Pozitív, hogy van mikro és hűtő a szobában.

- A takarító személyzet nem igazán jött be takarítani. Sajnos a fürdőszobaszekrény fiókjában még az előző lakó hajszálait is megtaláltuk. Törölközőt az utolsó nap cseréltek, akkor az egyiket gusztustalanul foltosan kaptuk (csatolok képet az új törölközőről). - a reggeli kritikán aluli volt egy európai reggelihez szokott embernek. Egyetlen pozitívuma, hogy gofrit tudsz magadnak csinálni. Más nem is nagyon volt ehető.

Camera spaziosa letto molto comodo e posizione ottima. Ragazza delle pulizie Kristina C. è stata di una cortesia e gentilezza fuori dal comune, ha provveduto a portarci il fornello elettrico (perché bisogna farne richiesta non vi è di default nella camera) e le pentole per poter cucinare in camera. Pulizie e cambio asciugamani impeccabili. Posizione perfetta vicina a Michigan Avenue e a diversi supermercati e fermate di bus e metro.

La ragazza che ci ha fatto il check-in è stata molto maleducata e rude. Parlava un inglese moooolto veloce mangiandosi le parole e per fortuna che io parlo e capisco molto bene la lingua!!! Oltre a questo mi ha caricato la caparra di 150€ sulla carta usata per il pagamento della stanza senza nemmeno avvertirmi e ciò mi ha recato un grosso disagio perché su quella carta avevo programmato altri pagamenti che ovviamente non ho potuto effettuare.Ho fatto tutto presente alla manager il giorno seguente la quale si è scusata e si è offerta di rimborsarci il 50% del costo dell’ ultima notte come scusa per il disagio, gesto molto apprezzato. Purtroppo però devo comunque segnalare che alcune ragazze della reception non sono assolutamente idonee per svolgere tale lavoro a contatto con il pubblico.

En primer lugar, el sofá cama era de una calidad lamentable. 2 personas tuvieron que dormir con el colchón en el suelo durante toda la estancia porque no se podía dormir encima del somier de ese sofá cama. Segundo, no nos proporcionaron ni almohadas ni mantas para ese sofá cama y cuando bajamos a recepción a solicitar las mantas al llegar a la habitación vimos que la manta tenía dos agujero del tamaño de una naranja. Al día siguiente bajamos a que nos diesen otra nueva y más grande otra nueva y nos dieron una manta y una funda de colchón, en vez de dos mantas. Y tercero y último la primera noche al ducharnos nos dimos cuenta que no había jamón de cuerpo en la ducha ni acondicionador…. Reclamos y 4 días después no marchamos y seguíamos sin el.

The pull out bed was comfortable for the child. King bed good also. We ordered in for food a few times. But if you wanted to eat there it was great. Even had a garbage disposal.

The pull out bed was in the way. King was beyond it and the bathroom. Would. Have been better on far side of room, there were only 2 towels and 3 of us. Figured they would fix it when they cleaned. Had to go tell them to clean around 4 that next afternoon and then we received 4 towels.

We had a very nice stay at this Home2. It was a larger property with 17 floors as opposed to the average sized 4-6 floor properties. We loved the location. Being only a few avenues away from Michigan Ave helped us to easily navigate our routes. The hotel was very clean, with a few exceptions of spots on the common area carpets. Our room was of a nice size and offered all expected amenities. Our pull-out was not very comfortable, but was certainly not the worst we've slept on (see my review for Home2 Downtown St. Louis). We asked for a mattress pad which made the bed a bit more comfortable. The breakfast area was always slammed. For the size of the hotel, the breakfast area was way too small. As in most Home2s, the hot food was kept in warming cabinets. This makes no sense for a hotel of this size. Food was very quickly taken and often we had to wait for refills. Large chaffing dishes would be a better option, especially during busy seasons. Everything was cooked well and tasted good, so that was a plus. The coffee bar was a nice treat for an afternoon pick me up. The housekeepers at this hotel are some of the friendliest I've ever come across. All of those ladies and men are true people pleasers. The front desk girls were cordial, but in no way overly friendly. Being in the city, there isn't any outdoor space on the ground level. This hotel is dog friendly, but there wasn't any designated relief areas. The biggest issue with this hotel is the horrible elevator situation. There are three elevators. With just 17 floors you'd think this wouldn't be a problem. Well, we always had to wait upwards of 3 minutes for an elevator. One elevator is also a service elevator so sometimes you'd be riding with the workers who were hauling big carts. Not a problem, but why not just designate that elevator for their use? Then, the other elevators should be programmed to only stop at certain floors. This system could be much more efficient and would reduce frustration levels of the guests. Too many times, the elevator was already full by the time it stopped on my floor (7th), so I had to wait for the next one. The hotel requests that only 6 people ride in the elevator at one time. Most times, I just took the stairs down. All in all, this was a very nice hotel in a great area. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Chicago.

For us the location was great, central to all the places of interest such as Navy Pier for example. The apartments were clean, tidy and well presented. Breakfast was busy as you’d expect that said the choice of food and drink was excellent.

We would have given this Home2 Suites top marks if it wasn’t for some of the forward facing staff on the reception desk who appeared very dismissive and disinterested, maybe they were having a bad few days. Who knows? I hasten to add not all the staff, the gentleman (didn’t get his name) on the front door as you come in off the street couldn’t have been more helpful even taking us up the street to give us directions, the tall gentleman with a beard and glasses on the reception desk was extremely helpful and accommodating, great service.

The location was very nice and convenient, with lots of restaurants and places to eat within walking distance. The room itself was just okay, but it was clean and comfortable enough for our stay. Overall, the location was definitely the best part!

Breakfast options were very limited, and the staff could have been more helpful and accommodating. I requested to be on the same floor as a friend who was staying at the hotel at the same time, but my request was ignored and no explanation was given. When we needed to leave our luggage, the bellman was not available, so we had to ask the front desk to call him. These small inconveniences added unnecessary hassle, especially when traveling on a schedule.

We stayed 4 days and they did room service once. This is not covid anymore, go clean the sheets everyday and bring some new towels. I don't need to worry about what way my toilet flushes and whether I need to leave the towel on the ground or the floor. I called down three separate times and no one ever came up to clean the room.

Si pedías por favor si habías fruta o algo para comer en el desayuno, los mismos mozos a cargo se reían y no les importaba. Supuestamente limpiaban la habitación día por medio, la cuestión es que nunca apareció nadie para limpiar. En definitiva un desastre

Hałas w nocy - mieliśmy pokój od strony głośnej klimatyzacji - ogromne wiatraki chodzące całą noc. Spanie dla mnie tylko z zatyczkami do uszu. Prześcieradła już zużyte i do przykrycia na sofę tylko prześcieradło. Brak możliwości otwarcia okna. Ubogie śniadanie i słaba kawa.

I stayed at this hotel and the stay was fine. Unfortunately, at no fault of the hotel, I left an item in my room. I immediately called and talked to someone who was to check and call me back. No response. I called again and the same thing happened. The third time I called, they found my item, took my info and asked me to send a pre-paid shipping label to their email and they would return my item to me. I send the email 6 times after talking to different people and it was returned as undeliverable each time. I finally talked to someone who stayed on the line and provide me with a valid email and confirmed receipt of the label. I watched my tracking and the item was never sent. I called several more times with several more messages until I reached someone a week ago. She advised me my item was released to another guest. I understand that I left it but they found it, never returned it after I sent a $15 label and then "gave it away"! Now no one will call me back. the managers voicemail is full and even Corporate told me they could not help I had to work with the hotel directly :( The lack of service and acknowledgement is unacceptable.

Upon arrival I was told there weren't any king suites available when that is what I booked. I was given a queen bed instead.

The sheets and pillows had stains on them. The bed was hard as a rock and pillows were super flat. The AC barely worked and the window was broken. Breakfast was cold, old, and nasty. There also wasnt much and took forever to refill. Majority of the morning staff was friendly but the afternoon and evening staff was super mean. The front desk lady barely talked to me and was extremely rude like how dare I interrupt her to check into my room.

There was dirty sock from someone still in the room. There was no lap shade, ice bucket or iron board in the room.

Although there are not 2 beds the couch was nice. I looked in the website and realized this when I booked. Staff was amazing and the hotel was very clean. I'll be back.

Although my family and I have stayed at this hotel chain several times in the past, our recent 7-day stay at this specific Home2 Suites was an absolute nightmare. If you reserve through Booking.com, be prepared to be treated like a second-class citizen. Here is a breakdown of our terrible experience: Blatant Discrimination: Even though this is a 17-story hotel, management clearly discriminates against guests who do not book directly through Hilton Honors. Booking.com customers are banished to the third floor or lower and are given the cheapest, worst rooms available. You are stripped of any standard guest rights, and they even refuse to provide you with an invoice or receipt simply because of the platform you used to book. False Advertising & Torn Bedding: I traveled with my wife and son and reserved a room with a Queen bed. Instead, we were given a bed that was significantly smaller than a Queen, plus a sofa bed. The three of us obviously could not fit in the main bed. To make matters worse, the bedsheets we were provided were actually torn and ripped. Terrible Sleep Quality: The pillows on both the main bed and the sofa were incredibly uncomfortable—the worst I have ever encountered at a hotel of this supposed caliber. Because of the small main bed, one of us had to sleep on the sofa bed, which was intensely uncomfortable and loudly squeaked with every slight movement. The noise was so bad that it woke the rest of us up throughout the night, ruining our sleep for the entire trip. Non-Existent Housekeeping: During our entire 7-day stay, housekeeping cleaned our room exactly once. This only happened because we had to go out of our way to complain and demand basic service. Threatening Management: The most shocking part of our stay was the customer service. When I went to the front desk to complain about the room conditions and ask to be moved to a better room, the man who proudly identified himself as the manager was incredibly hostile.

Huoneessa ei ole edes wc harjaa tai tiskaussientä. Kun palaan töistä, mitään ei ole tapahtunut. Otan yhteyttä Hilton Honors helpiin chatissa ja sähköpostilla. Iltamyöhällä saan toisella yrittämällä muutaman pyyhkeen. Pyydän myös peittoa, koska olemme kolme aikuista palelleet yhdellä peitolla, osa vain ohuen vohvelihuovan alla. Saan tylyn esitelmän blanketin ja comforterin eroista. 5. päivä vien aamulla kirjallisen listan roskista, pyyhkeistä, saippuasta ja complimentary tuotteista. Huoneessa käväistään "siivoamassa". Suihkuun jätetään ylimääräinen shampoo, mutta sitä ei vaihdeta tyhjän tilalle. Tasoja ei pyyhitä. Roskat sentään viedään. 7:nä päivänä siivousta ei taaskaan kuulu. Isoisä lähtee pyytämään sitä iltapäivällä. Hänelle ollaan niin tylyjä (ei onnistu tänään), että hän on kyynelissä kun palaan. Käyn pyytämässä toista siivousta (7 vrk oleskelun jälkeen) ja huoneessa vihdoin käväistään. Emme ole ainoita, hotellivieraat kyselevät hississä, siivotaanko teidän huonettanne? Aamiaisella tuolit ovat tahmeita, aterinlaatikot täynnä leivänmuruja, astianpalautuksessa jalat tarttuvat lattiaan. Kun likaisten astioiden pesuvati käydään tyhjentämässä, se palautetaan täynnä maitoa ja ruuantähteitä. Olen nyt odottanut 7. business päivää ensimmäisestä sähköpostista Hilton Honors helpiin saamatta vastausta. Hotelli on Hilton ketjulle häpeäksi. Merkillepantavaa on, että henkilökunta ei ovimiestä lukuunottamatta hymyile tai edes tervehdi asiakkaita. Huoneessa ei myöskään ole kuvauksesta poiketen tallelokeroa.

Hotel hatte beste Lage um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten - Loop ,zu Fuss zu erreichen.. Nur nach Pilsen nahmen wir die Hochbahn-Bhf.Station auch zu erlaufen... Sehr freundliches Service Personal. Frühstück einfach -aber ausreichend, Toast, Butter, Ei , Marmelade , Joghurt , Oatmeal.,.Obst, Brownies u.a. Zimmer (Suite) sehr groß, Blick auf Hochhäuser. Gaststätten(Portillos- toll!) u.a. sowie Whole Markt(Salate, warme , kalte Speisen zu holen) oder Aldi in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Handtuchwechsel nach 2Tagen...wird auch bei Ankunft gesagt. Einmal klappte es u.Zimmer war gesäubert/ BETT gemacht...Danach gab es erst 2Tage vor Auscheck neue Handtücher...Bett haben wir selbst geordnet. Kaffee war leider nicht nachgefüllt.

The biggest problem, which was a small problem honestly, was that the bottom two drawers of the dresser were broken. Broken in the way where they still worked, but it was hard to open and close them and you're afraid of making it worse.

The room smelled, was half cleaned, and the bathroom faucet was broken, flooding the bathroom. The kitchen in the suite was a joke. Appliances in the kitchen were broken, and flooded the bathroom

My teenage children had to sleep on a pull out bed. One flat, dirty pillow each, blanket with giant hole in one corner of it and a squeaky and uncomfortable bed overall. I had to use cleaning wipes when we arrived for door handles, light switches, toilet and spots on the shower. The breakfast was poor overall. Dried out items, not many choices, and things weren't refilled. Also don't like not having stairs to get from the ground floor to the floor we stayed on. Worst part of this stay was not having a parking lot for our vehicle and having to walk to the parking deck.

It was a bit crowded but that's actually a good thing it means many people loved the hotel.

Do NOT stay here! It took TWO hours to CHECK IN! Our bad experience started with booking. I called to make the reservation and requested a king suite that has a separate bedroom from the living room. What he booked was a regular suite, which isn't a suite at all but two connected rooms. I called as soon as I noticed on the reservation email they sent the week before our stay and they had little sympathy and charged me more for a room upgrade because it was a last minute change. That should have been a warning to me. When we went to check in we found out that parking is two or three blocks away from the actual hotel (and once we got trapped in the parking garage for 45 minutes because the first person on the "help" button refused to help us at all unless we paid $55 to get out- it was supposed to be part of our room fee - The second person took our information and finally let us out after we were late.) We arrived ten minutes before check in but they wouldn't allow early check in. There was a hotel employee screaming that if she left she would be terminated - another warning this was NOT the hotel for us. When she was done with her fit someone from sales came to man the desk and told us we could not check in. Fine, we ate and came back an hour later and now there was a long line at check in. We waited about 45 minutes in line and our room still was not ready. They said they would move us to a different room. It took TWO TOTAL HOURS for them to do this. TWO HOURS! My spouse had to wait in the lobby that entire time. When we FINALLY got into our room it was clean enough and everything was fine, but the doors to the bathroom are pocket doors that make a terrible rumbling noise when you close them and they do not close! Neither side closed all the way and they didn't latch obviously. I was awakened by the rumbling every night of our stay and there was just nothing we could do about it. We stayed 4 nights and housekeeping did not come even once. They are supposed to come every other day. We had to beg for towels on day 3. We asked in the morning and several times more and they came after 9 p.m. to deliver them. Overall it was a terrible stay. Last time we were in Chicago we stayed at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Chicago Downtown Magnificent Mile and the parking was right in the building with no issues. We only tried this one because it seemed to be closer to shops and restaurants. Won't be making that mistake again!

Les photos sont trompeuses les chambres ne sont pas aussi chics. Pas mal de bruits ( chaufferie etc ... ) là où nous étions situés . Quant au ménage très aléatoire , sur un séjour de 7 nuits le ménage a été fait le 4eme jour et le dernier !!!! En revanche le personnel est hyper réactif et fait de son mieux pour répondre aux demandes

Pusryčiai nuvylė – atvykimo pradžioje dar buvo pasirinkimo, tačiau vėliau maisto pasiūla mažėjo ir galiausiai praktiškai liko tik kava. Administracinė komunikacija po viešnagės buvo labai prasta: viešbutis ilgai nereagavo į prašymus dėl sąskaitos, kilo neaiškumų dėl mokėjimo administravimo, o gauta sąskaita buvo išrašyta neteisingais rekvizitais. Klausimas iki šiol neišspręstas.

Super emplacement ! Tout est fonctionnel, la chambre est très confortable et dispose de tout ce dont vous avez besoin et s’est présentée exactement comme sur la description et les photos. Le personnel reste à l’écoute de vos besoins. L’hôtel est vraiment au centre de toutes les commodités. Il est extrêmement facile de se déplacer aussi bien à pied qu’en transport.

Le petit-déjeuner était inexistant…quelques fruits 1 jour sur 4, très peu de diversité dans les céréales, le pain et les mets chauds , pas ou peu de yaourt…

La posizione a due passi da Magnificent Mile, la camera con spazi ampi, lo spazio cucina attrezzato.

Colazione modesta (ma caffè e tè a disposizione durante il giorno). La pulizia delle camere effettuata una sola volta in 7 giorni (su richiesta cambio biancheria). Manca cassaforte in camera.

Definitivamente por la ubicación, el lugar es excelente. También las instalaciones son muy bonitas

Lo que no me gustó fue el desayuno, fue deplorable muy simple sentí que pagué mucho pararlo tampoco que me presentaron en el desayuno. Es 1 a de mejora grande

La limpieza no era un 10, nada grave, pero se puede mejorar. Además nos dijeron en el check-in que limpiaban día de por medio, también hay un cartel en el baño, y no vinieron entonces preguntamos y nos dijeron que había cambiado la política y vinieron el día anterior a irnos. El desayuno tiene lo básico, pero a pesar de que dura hasta cierto horario puede ser que llegues y no haya comida. Deberían reponer constantemente la comida hasta el horario de finalización del desayuno.

Muy mala insonorización de las ventanas, se oían todos los ruidos de coches, sirenas.... Resultaba incomodo para dormir El desayuno era siempre lo mismo y escaseaban alimentos de un día para otro. Tendrían que mejorar este servicio.

Boa localização, café da manhã justo e básico. Quarto muito confortável, tamanho excelente, cozinha boa suficiente para refeições rápidas com equipamentos necessários. Café coado e pipoca 24hs no lobby.

A limpeza poderia ter sido melhor, ela não é diária, o que não é um problema. Mas em alguns dias arrumavam o quarto e não arrumavam a cama, ou não deixavam toalhas no banheiro. Além disso senti falta de funcionários uniformizados.

Achei as instalações péssimas. Em primeiro lugar a porta do banheiro estava com defeito e não fechava, gaveta quebrada e ainda na hora de ir embora achamos um vibrador na cozinha do quarto, o que demonstra falta de controle na limpeza e inspeção. Quando reclamei na recepção o funcionário Sean foi super sem educação, em nenhum momento pediu desculpas, me mandou um QR code para avaliação no trip advisor. A única atitude que ele se prontificou foi me passar o contato da funcionária. Lamentável que o Hilton aceite assinar um hotel com este nível de serviço e funcionários

The hotel staff stole my AirPods on April 14th, right after I checked out. I notified hotel management that I had left my AirPods in the room, but they hung up on me. I then sent emails notifying them, and they replied that they would check. As of today, May 9th, I haven't received a response. They say they have nothing. I notified them that I could see where my AirPods were using the Find Me app, and it shows them moving around the hotel. Someone on their staff is using them because I get a notification that says "outside the case." It's disrespectful. Our reservation was for $3,000 USD! You would expect to pay more for good service and security. Disappointing! The reception staff was very rude. el personal del hotel me robo mis airpods, el 14 de abril justo despues de hacer check out, notifique a la gerencia del hotel que habia dejado mis airpods en la habitacion, me colgaron el telefono y luego envie emails notificando y respondieron que iban a revisar, a hoy 9 de mayo no me dan respuesta dicen que no tienen nada, yo les notifique que yo podia ver donde estaban mis airpods por la aplicacion find me, y se puede ver como los airpods se mueven dentro del hotel, alguien de su personal los esta usando ya que me sale un aviso que dice "fuera del estuche",es una falta de respeto,nuestra reserva fue de 3.000 usd! uno esperaria que paga mas por recibir buena atencion y seguridad ,decepcionante!,el personal de recepcion muy grosero
