Location was super nice. It was located within the middle of everything we wanted to do. The free drinks were a nice extra !

The bathroom vents were super dusty and the paint in the bathroom was coming off the bathtub. There were stains on the curtains and floor. The ac didn’t really cool off the room. The water pressure in the room was not good I don’t know if it was because of the problem during that time but I just wanted to make ppl aware

Happy hour was great, snacks and two alcoholic drinks per adult each night. Breakfast also excellent. I went to the gym several times and always got on the machines I wanted. Great location.

We tried to use the pool one morning but it was way too busy (empty when we got in then two large groups immediately arrived) and there was no chance of actually swimming after that. Not the hotels fault but disappointing.

The room was great. I love the suite aspect because my husband and I can watch our separate televisions!

There was no water which started in the middle of the night which meant the toilet wouldn't flush and no water in the sink or shower. Then when it finally came on, it was cold and a shower or bath was not available.

It’s a very beautiful hotel, and the rooms are nice, especially the bathroom that had great lighting and a great shower.

gran ubicacion cerca de la magnificient mile y del rio !! muy facil llegar caminando a todos lados y que lleguen servicios de uber al hotel a recoger y dejarte. Tambien fuimos al outlet e hicimos un pedido de ropa por paqueteria sin problema llego, el hotel lo recibio y almaceno sin problema !! Eramos 3 el cuarto tenia un sofa cama y dos camas matrimoniales

Mejoraria un poco la calidad del colchon del sofa cama para que no se sientan tanto los resortes. Es muy probable que el Ac unit funcionaba mas de un cuarto que del otro por lo que un cuarto estaba mas frio por las noches

This was awful, didn't realize there was no self parking for customers or people who pay to stay over....no parking lots....have to find parking somewhere else...this was ridiculous! Don't want to expose our luggage and bags around the blocks even down the street!!!! Never kbow when we get rob, kidnap, etc.....the hotel needs to upgrade where they have their own parking lots. The omly was available is Valet, I don't trust other people with our cars. Still I had to pay to cancel this was also awful...there was no exception this really piss me and my husband off!!!!!

La colazione è migliorabile. Unica cosa buona è l’omelette fatta al momento ma devi fare la fila infinita . E alle 9:30 sei praticamente cacciato fuori dalla sala colazione. Se non hai fatto in tempo , tolgono anche il caffè .

Most of the interior has been recently renovated, making the room feel fresh, new, and very comfortable. Having three separate faucets was incredibly convenient. Also, there was a large TV in the living space, which was a great and convenient feature.

The shower and bathtub were extremely outdated and didn't look very clean. Also, while there was a table and chairs for dining, the refrigerator was tiny, and no basic dishes or silverware were provided.

I did not like the fact that my card was charged the full amount of the stay when one of my friends had already paid her portion. When we checked in, we told the front desk that the amount would be split. We were 3 adults. One of my friends paid her portion and I paid the remaining. A few days after I got home, I realized I was charged the full amount and my friend got a refund. No one told me anything. This is not how things are done and I was highly upset about this !

Location: Excellent. Breakfast: Very poor; aside from the sheer scale of the operation, be prepared to deal with wet trays and utensils. The coffee was horrible and of poor quality. The juices were also poor quality. Not recommended. Parking: It lists parking as an amenity but doesn't mention the extra charge—a "rabbit out of the hat" surprise to watch out for. Room: Clean, but not properly inspected beforehand; the bathtub wouldn't drain. It needed a proper check. Internet services: More "rabbit out of the hat" surprises.

The hotel has a very good downtown location, close to many attractions and with convenient access to public transportation. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was well maintained, and the beds were comfortable. We also enjoyed the city view. Another major advantage was the good breakfast, with a wide selection of food, including fresh fruit.

There was some street noise, although this is understandable given the hotel’s location in the heart of a large city.

Lovely very central hotel in a beautiful area of Chicago with helpful positive staff. Great view of Chicago from 11th floor! Lots of interesting places nearby - very buzzy busy area - we loved staying !

L’amabilité du personnel à la réception, la qualité des plats chauds du petit déjeuner, la température dans la piscine et celle de l’eau (trop froides), la qualité du canapé lit, la vétusté du micro-ondes.

De locatie is heel goed, de kamer was schoon, het personeel vriendelijk.

Het ontbijt vond ik erg matig, weinig keuze, erg druk, heel beperkt vers fruit, weinig beleg, slechts 2 broodroostertjes voor de toast met tientallen gasten die tegelijk wilden eten. Soms was er niet eens ruimte om te zitten. Zwembad zou een hottub hebben, maar die was er niet. Bedden waren vrij smal.

A large modern hotel. The suite we had enabled our family of four to be together and avoid the cost of two rooms. The hotel was well located for days out and eating at nearby restaurants.

Our room was not regularly cleaned and we kept having to ask for toilet paper. There was a lot of dust behind the bed and sock from a previous guest. We didn’t eat the breakfast as it was not good quality. The buffet style was not good.

Staff not very friendly. One staff member entered my room when the do not disturb hanger was on the door, did not introduce herself (housekeeping, as management claims she was), and quickly stepped out once she realized we were in the room. When I asked why she entered/what she needed, her response was “it’s okay”. She had nothing with her (towels, etc.) and no cleaning cart in the hallway when I came out. Management very dismissive about it when I addressed it, but did give a 25% refund on one night. This was the morning after the first night of my stay, and after this, my room was only cleaned twice during an 8 day stay. Called for towels, since my room hadn’t been cleaned, and was told they would be right up. No one ever showed. Charged for an extra day of valet parking that I did not use, very difficult to get refunded. Have been told twice that I would see a refund, hoping that I do.

I have a few issues I wanted to address with my recent stay. The overall hotel was very nice. The shower though was very poor. The pressure was very low and the water never got warmer than a Luke warm. Our room was booked for 4 people and there was not even a blanket provided for the pull out couch only a sheet. There was what looked like a punch hole in the door to the bedroom. When we arrived there was hair in the bathroom sink and on the toilet in the bathroom. We were looking forward to swimming but the pool was very small and extremely overcrowded. I must have misread on the website because I thought that there was parking with your hotel but we ended up having to pay $60 for parking elsewhere. The lady that checked us in seemed very distracted and very impersonal. I get that you guys are busy but every other Hilton I have stayed at customer service has always been top notch so it was very disappointing to see. For a $400 a night hotel I just expected better

No explanation at check in where we were to go/how to get to our room or that we needed our key to operate the elevators. We got to our room and it was so stuffy and hot in there. We turned the air on and it still wouldn't cool down to a comfortable temperature. Happy hour was a joke. They served animal crackers and pita bread & hummus. That was it. Breakfast areas and lines were super congested. Hard to find anywhere to sit and eat. The food could be better. They served what appeared to be microwaved pancakes. Very low end food for that kind of a hotel chain. Very disappointing. The beds were not comfy. The hotel pool was a joke, very small.

We had to wait over an hour to check-in, because they couldn't find our reservation. Only the managers have access to Booking.com and they were all in a meeting. They finally found the reservation in Booking.com but it never crossed over the Embassy suites computer system. They ended up having to make a new reservation.

Toppenläge med promenadavstånd till det mesta, som t ex River walk, Navy Pier, Magnificent Mile och massvis med restauranger. Hotellet var rent och fräscht med en helt ok frukost.

Location is perfect for all kinds of activities. Breakfast options are varied and self-serve allows you to fill up nicely. 6th floor was quiet for a busy hotel, and black-out curtains welcomed.

Our mattress was older; one "sank" into it and hurt our backs. Pillows - ALL pillows - were "dead"...crumbled stuffing, the king pillow could be folded in half. VERY uncomfortable. Carpet looked dirty, though had been vacuumed.

Staff. Multiple times I was told the wrong thing. Way overpaid for the hotel that wasn’t even in a convenient location. AC in the room was terrible. Felt 75 and humid in the room.

The location is perfect. It is situated in the heart of the city, plus the Holy Name Cathedral is a 5 minutes walk from the hotel. It is walkable to most of city's attractions. Staff were very prompt for their service. Hotel was clean. I love the warm welcome from the tv screen. It was a very sweet gesture showing how they value their guests. We love the breakfast and night reception.

The barn door in the bathroom could be smoother to open and close. Could have a better water barrier when showering. Need to put lots of towels on the floor to avoid being flooded while showering.

Die Lage ist der Hit. Das Frühstück von der Auswahl her top, die Omelettes sehr lecker, aber die Organisation schrecklich. Das Zimmer war geräumig und groß. Es war sauber, allerdings ist eine Reinigungskraft zu wenig, deshalb brauchte sie bei uns auch nachmittags nicht mehr reinigen. Auch hier das Organisieren des Hotels ganz schlecht. Das Personal gab sein Bestes!

Es war zur Strasse hin schrecklich laut, das ließ sich nur durch andere Fenster vermeiden. Wir haben 3 Nöchte fast kein Auge zu gemacht. Die Organisation des Hotels ist insgesamt sehr schlecht. Obwohl an der Rezeption niemand sonst war außer mir, bekommt das Hotel bis heute nicht hin mir eine Rechnung zu schicken und den richtigen Preis abzurechnen. Da finde ich sehr ärgerlich. Etwas altbackend. Das WLAN funktioniert so gut wie gar nicht und das Restaurant was angrenzend ist, hat eine ganz schlechte Auswahl. Das Personal dort geht gar nicht. Also sehr schade, man könnte mehr draus machen.

Great central location, walkable or short rideshare trip to most attractions. Very spacious room and totally clean. Included breakfast was great with plenty of options. Staff were very polite at checkin and checkout. The welcome drinks were a nice surprise.

The internal atrium layout, fixtures and colour scheme was a bit strange looking - i couldn't decide if it was reminding me of a cruise ship or a high-rise jail. The elevators although there were 4 of them were very slow and we spent a lot of time waiting for them. Took the stairs a couple of times when we just couldn't afford to wait. Breakfast was good, but ended promptly at 9:30am on the 2 weekday mornings we were there which was hard to wake my kids up and get down there and fight the crowds in time for. I missed getting oatmeal both mornings because the container had already been removed well before the 9:30 cutoff time.

Muchas personas, tal vez por la temporada de verano que fuimos, y tampoco nos permitieron ingresar antes de las 4 pm al hotel. Se escucha la calle, por lo que no lo recomendaria si es plan es 100% descanso por el ruido.

Perfect downtown location, clean rooms, and a good breakfast.

Upon arrival, I was informed that the hotel was overbooked despite my confirmed reservation. They arranged a room at a nearby Hilton hotel for the first night. Thankfully, the manager apologized and offered me a discount.

The location and the building's design - the layout was special with the giant atrium.

No housekeeping - it wasn't until the morning we were checking out that anyone came by to ask, so i had to ask for towels and slept on dirty sheets.. That was despite having no "sleeping in" sign hung on the door.

Clean, comfortable and very close to all attractions. Free drinks between 5-7pm and great continental breakfast.

The rooms were very clean and very comfortable. The food at the hotel restaurant, which is a private restaurant not affiliated at the hotel but the food there was fabulous. My husband said the breakfast was acceptable and that hotel breakfast style. I didn’t eat it myself. There are special perks here if you’re a Hilton honors person.

Oh my God it was so loud we had to have white noise going on our phone at night but with all the street traffic. Also, the hotel is one of those kinds where there’s the open concourse with like balconies that you walk to to get to your room instead of having like a closed in way and so you have all of the atrium noise on one side and all of the street noise on the other, so it can be very noisy.

Five night stay at a suite with a city view. We have a great time at Embassy River North! Clean room and courteous staff made the stay a pleasant experience. Special shout out to Arnold for serving beers at happy hour! Only thing that annoyed me was the low water pressure (8th floor) and the lack of any shower seal on the floor. Due to the low water pressure, it took some time before we got any hot water.

El trato del personal, puntualmente el destrato recibido. Tampoco me gustó la gestión de Booking, ni la defensa que me dio como cliente, teniendo en cuenta que yo había reservado en un precio y me cobraron el 50% más sin explicación en una y sin ningún tipo de respuesta por parte de Booking.
