It was nice, clean and comfortable’

It’s not like I didn’t like it, I just wish the “game room” was open. Plus, I wish they had a jacuzzi or a hot tub. That would’ve been nice.

Travelers need to I be aware that there is an extra $27 daily charge ho park your car despite more than adequate parking spaces.

Breakfast was delicious, and serving area was clean.

Durch die Nähe zum Flughafen viel Fluglärm ( aber das wußten wir vorher ). Durch das Stühle Rücken im Frühstücksraum hoher Lärmpegel. Hier könnte man Filz unter die Stuhlbeine kleben, dann wäre es noch angenehmer.

Quiet even so near to the freeway and airport, spotlessly clean. Check in and out were simple. It's a chain, so if you've stayed in Home2 elsewhere, this is an excellent branch of it.

Parking is a bit pricey, and I didn't realize there would be a charge.

Staff was friendly, always had water, coffee, and tea available. Beds were comfortable, room was clean, and facilities were maintained. Location was away from the city, which I liked. It was quiet and clean!

Clean rooms, comfy beds, huge TV, full set of dishware. The room was big! Appreciated the guest laundry!! The front desk ladies were so friendly. Good breakfast also. Everything was great!

Very little to be critical of, but small things and it’s not a game changer Shower pressure is bit lower than standard and then the position of the hotel is a bit remote being on a large office complex. But overall you will not be disappointed.

We stayed one night after a late flight before moving to a hotel in Fisherman’s Wharf. The first thing we noticed is that our room smelled like stale smoke despite the no smoking sign outside the room. If we hadn’t arrived so late with sleepy kids I would have requested another room because of the smell. Other than that, the room was fine…roomy and comfortable enough. The included breakfast was pretty good for a free hotel breakfast.

I will never return to this location after the way their staff treated me and others whose flights were delayed by Delta. No respect for humans, not to even mention Hilton status. Stay anywhere but here!

Disliked the fact that we had to leave our card in the hotel room slot in order for the light to be left on, the shower head wasn't working correctly very little pressure on it water would slightly come out and most of all that the game room was closed when it showed on the app that good room was there and never said anything about it being temporarily closed down

I was very unsatisfied with the room, the 1 King Bed Suite. As soon as we stepped in the room for the first time, we heard the bedroom fire alarm was chirping. Like it was low battery. I went back down to the front desk to tell them. When they sent someone to look at it, they kept setting off the very loud and annoying alarm, scaring my child. To make matters worse, they changed the battery in the wrong alarm -- they did the one in the living room. They had to leave and come back again to fix the one in the bedroom. You know, you really have to take care of these things before guests come in! Another problem was the parking: We came in looking for parking around 8pm and there was virtually no parking spots left, people were parking on the curb and basically random areas on the lot, including the front door/drop off area. Not worth paying the $27/night for parking when there are no spots! Some good things: Staff was friendly, the included breakfast was average -- its just what you would expect, nothing fancy: egg omelets, porridge, pastries, yogurt etc.

Ich hatte keinen Adapter für das amerikanische Stromnetz, im vorherigen Hotel bekam ich einen leihweise von der Rezeption. Die Empfehlung auf die benachbarten SB-Märkte war leider erfolglos. Handys und weitere Geräte konnten über die bestehenden Anschlüsse an der Nachtkonsole geladen werden. Rasierapparat und Zahnbürsten etc. hingegen leider nicht.

Pretty much the only thing I liked about the property was the convenience factor of being close to the concert venue I was attending a show at. I should have just stayed at a different Hilton property in the city.

The room was small, which isn't a big deal. The reason I will not return to this Hilton property is mostly due to the staff. While it is was convenient to the location I was attending a concert I ultimately should have just gone to a different Hilton property in the City.

The hotel overall was very nice and clean, breakfast was decent and it was quiet! Perfect for a one night stay.

When we checked in we noticed our TV in the room was saying a different name, we went down to check with the front desk staff and she said no no its all good. Later i get a call from her saying she did book us in the wrong room but adjusted the pricing etc for my bill. Luckily we didn't have to move rooms...everything else was fine besides the fact that our bathroom lights didn't work at all and the room wasn't as clean as I'd like. Some weird orange stains on the lampshade made me question what else may have not been cleaned properly...

Hotel mentioned that room gets cleaned every other day, however, we stayed 3 nights and we never got our room cleaned.

The staff were trying to figure out the breakfast area. Big line for breakfast, pushy other guests due to not organized in the breakfast area. Bfast was good but needs to be better organized.

At check in the staff were having a conversation instead of serving customers right in front of me. The breakfast so busy you can’t even get anything. How can you expect to serve 50 diners with a single toaster…

Waited forever for early check in

The parking here is TERRIBLE. Added parking is needed for sure especially with events going on throughout the Bay Area. The front desk was super helpful allowing us to parking in a non-designated area, but imagine if they needed that spot for safety assistance. Other than that, staff is incredible.

Rooms were clean, and very nice and modern, mattresses can definitely use an update, breakfast was Mid, other Home 2 suites have better food quality/options, overall it was a good stay and would stay there again

Great stay loved it I felt safe

Avoid at all cost if you want to stay at a hotel that values basic hygiene and cleaning standard. I stay at the single suite but when I about to get to sleep, I found the 'supposed to be clean' pillow as well as the bedsheet is full of strong body odor from someone else. I just checked in the hotel and not even stay on the bed for one second so it's apparently from someone stayed before. The hotel front desk refused to help me move to the new room while threatening me that I have to stay in the new room assigned otherwise they will have no place to stay at the night. At 1am? Really? Is that how you treat your customer when apparently your cleaning staff does not bother changing the sheet and pillow between customers? I have been staying in 3-4 star hotel for business trip but this is the worst experience I have ever had. The management should look into this and take action on the front desk who threatened me.

I have another hotel and was horrible , I get another booking in home 2 suite by hilton and everything change they were so nice , everything was clean nice no mess no sound rooms are big and clean , breakfast delicious very day have something different . I have a really good experience.

We were tired from traveling so early in the day and the front desk allowed us to check in early. Great breakfast, clean rooms and close to the airport. We would stay here again.
