Plenty of parking, complimentary bottles of water.

Dated decor and furnishings. Considerable distance from the city centre. We stayed on the 3rd floor and ice machine was broken.

Cleaning staff is great.

I submitted a request for cancellation before checking in which they didn’t respond to. When I called the next day they said it was too late because it was after check in and they would’ve charged the full amount even if I canceled (even though originally the cancellation was the cost of the first night only). They charged me for parking without telling me upfront it had a cost. They also charged for internet (not free like they advertised) and even charged for the “complimentary” bottle of water in my room. They didn’t even refill the coffee pods. The bed and pillows were not comfortable at all for a side sleeper. I woke up with back pain almost every day of my stay.

When I arrived they first gave me a room that had a high pitched ringing sound in it. I called the front desk they told me I was next to the electric room. There was nothing they could do. Then with about 10 minutes passing the ringing got louder. It was awful. It was giving me a headache. I called they gave me a new room and apologized and told me they constantly get that complaint?? Then why don't you fix it then? The next morning at 9:00 a.m. I got to knock on my door and it was the cleaning lady at 9:00 a.m. The day after I checked in for a 5-day stay. Make that make sense. Then I get a knock on my door 2 Days later from the manager asking me if I'm smoking cigarettes in my room? I don't even smoke. I explained it might have been a candle that was lit. She told me I couldn't have candles. Then I get another knock on my door. 15 minutes later. There's two women at my door accusing me of smoking cigarettes. By the way, I don't smoke cigarettes. I have asthma. I then show them the candle. That was probably what they were smelling and the lady preceded to harass me at my door for 20 minutes. This is all while they had a fire drill thing going on that they didn't announce to anybody before they booked their stay I would not recommend this place at all The harassment the inability to be hospitable as a hotel and giving me a room with a high-pitched ringing sound and not fixing it after multiple complaints is not okay Not to mention the beds are lumpy and out dated. Literally woke up with hip pain every morning. Stay elsewhere. There's better places I suggest the sonesta across the way My partner (who is a diamond member) made this reservation for me . He has contacted the corporate office and better business bureau. I'm also so disgusted by this whole experience that I will be reporting everything that happened on my multiple platforms with my hundreds of thousands of followers. I hope they're happy

Avevo soggiornato in altri Hilton garden inn e la bowl di yogurt greco era molto abbondante: in questo invece davvero scarso,non è valso assolutamente il prezzo…sono delusa Inoltre ci spettava un upgrade della stanza dato da Booking ma ci hanno detto che per via di alcuni lavori la stanza non era disponibile

I did not know I have to pay for breakfast. My first time and maybe my last. I should check to make sure if the room comes with breakfast next time. My to go to hotel was Embassy suite down the street

I liked the size of the room, pillows were comfy and ample parking. The front staff is great! The entrance and hotel areas were very clean.

Unfortunately, the bed was uncomfortable and the bed sheets didn't look clean. We had a two queen bed room and the other bed seemed fine. My partner slept well. I found a hair on one of the bed sheets and other dirt markings. The toilet had a low flow and it broke the morning we left. I think we just got unlucky with the room assignment and can imagine that it was just a fluke. You will hear airplanes flying over which is to be expected so close to the airport.

we liked everything about it: location, facilities, it was a little expensive for what I had expected, but not compared to similar hotels around it. The only little mark i give them is that they indicated "breakfast" in their booking.com profile and it was a good 30 bucks a person, so just make sure you check the promises -- i feel that booking doesn't do a good job at quality assuring the properties listing on their site.

Very convenient location. 15 minutes on surface streets to downtown SF or airport car rental return. Room was clean. Bed was fine. Here is the crazy thing, and, why we will never stay here again. We paid all tips in cash. The day after we checked out, our bill was adjusted and the exact amounts we left in cash appeared on our AMEX. Also, we get the bottled water in our room with our Diamond level membership, but, here as well, the charge appeared the following day. In total, we got ripped off for 26.50 for these reasons. Be warned, these folks are scammers! Stay away!

Great central location to the city. About 1 hr drive to the East Bay and roughly 30 mins drive to other neighborhoods. Staff were fantastic - friendly, had a positive attitude, and helpful. Price is very fair for the area. Proximity to good food, cafes, etc. The hotel itself felt clean and well kept, nothing fancy but very solid.

Cleanliness for the most part was great, but noticed the remote control in my room was covered in a sticky substance. While I believe they clean their rooms well, it’s probably not as detailed as one might expect. However, nothing to cause great concern.

It is a great stay. Front desk people are very friendly and helpful. My son loves the hot chocolate with toppings in the lobby during holidays. Room was clean. Location is between SF and SFO, it is perfect for us. Just a reminder to everyone, parking has a fee, and breakfast is not free.

An easy 5 stars!!! This is actually my first ever TripAdvisor review. I never leave reviews on any site. I arrived at the Hilton Garden Inn in SF after a stressful journey during which everything seemed to go wrong. I was exhausted and not in a great mood. Erin , who works at the front desk -literally changed my mood around. When you check into a hotel at night you kind of just except people to just be transactional. Nothing wrong with that, they're just doing their job. But Erin was so nice and friendly. It changed my whole day around! Thank you Erin for epitomizing customer service. Next business trip I'll be looking out for a Hilton!

I really enjoyed the hotel and accommodations. The staff was super friendly and having the onsite restaurant was convenient. The location itself was also convenient with local eateries and shopping within a 10-mile radius. I plan to stay again when next visiting the San Francisco area.
