The omelet at breakfast was good. We also appreciated the employee who stepped in and helped us find two wine glasses after the front desk employee refused to help.

The experience was terrible, and I would never stay here again. The “by Hilton” name is clearly too big for this hotel. We requested a room without a bathtub, but the entire bathroom flooded whenever we took a shower. The toilet did not even have a lid, and the sink was outside the bathroom, literally diagonally across from the bed. The door separating the living room from the main bedroom did not work. Breakfast was quite bad. Apart from the omelet, everything was bland, and there were very few options. The fruit was unripe and poor quality, with very little variety. I bought a bottle of wine at the hotel and asked for two wine glasses so we could drink it in our room. The woman at the front desk rudely told us, “We don’t have any.” Another employee had to step in and help us. They also charge $45 plus tax per night for parking, which is far too expensive considering all the hotel’s shortcomings. Honestly, this hotel was a disgrace.

The Happy hour We really appreciated having an early check in, and now being charged for it. We got off our cruise at 930 am, he didn't charge us for checking in early. Thank you Maeko!! Only a 5 minutes Uber ride to the airport!!

Der Spielbereich für Kinder und der Poolbereich hat unseren Kindern besonders gut gefallen. ​Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

I knocked my wedding ring behind the huge dresser and couldn't budge it. The desk sent up Anthony and he was able to move the dresser and get my ring. ;-)

Even if the offered breakfast was the same, breakfast always helps. The indoor pool is nice, the rooms are very spacious everything smelled and looked clean.

When I checked in, I didn't get much help from the staff assisting me. I called front desk and hung up on me. Paid parking yet didn't have enough spaces for cars.

Breakfast was great, there was a hot buffet, cereal & coffee area, pastries, as well as a customizable omelet station. There was ample seating. The kids loved the kid play area and the pool.

Embassy suites are my favorite hotels, they are always consistent at a good price. The beds were very comfortable and rooms are nice and dark. Staff is always pleasant. Maintenance had to come up and fix the toilet; they were quick, friendly, and efficient. Property seemed safe and secure. Breakfast is always on point.

The property was excellent, and the staff was so accommodating. Their rooms are super clean and their breakfast was excellent.. for breakfast. They served sausage, pancakes, scrambled eggs, fruit, bagels, muffins that works.. They even had a kitchen area where you can ask for your own specialized omelette. Their indoor pool is heated and they have a Jacuzzi.. The pool is perfect and starts around 2 1/2 feet so my three year-old toddler really enjoyed it.. we rented three rooms which they provide provided all the rooms to be close together and close to the elevator, which was another plus. Especially because we were a large group.. all of the staff was super friendly. The only downside is probably the parking $45 per parking is a little steep but then again it’s San Francisco. Overall, I would give it a 9 1/2 out of 10.

50.00 a night for parking when I’m already paying 165 a night is ridiculous!!!! Breakfast buffet was cold. They are definitely not holding food at health code recommendation, Only a matter of time before someone gets food poisoning. Do not like that they hold business functions while having guest there. They are running a swimming program out of the pool. How are you to enjoy yourself when you have it full of children’s that are NOT staying at the property?! They also had a fashion show all weekend, was very loud and these people seemed to have entitlement issues.

Free cocktail reception and breakfast. Spacious rooms. Pool and jacuzzi were great for relaxation and fun with my daughter. Most staff were very personable, with the exception of the woman who checked us out in the morning- very cold.

The windows of the room with ‘views’ were completely filthy and covered in grime and even green algae. Need to regularly clean. Can’t see out.

Having to pay for parking lot, even though I had a small midsized vehicle, the spaces were too small. Even to get out from the door very poor parking lot. The day before leaving smoke alone I kept ongoing off. Then, the toilet was not fleshing. I'm not very happy about that.

Starbucks is closed on the weekends. The balconies are not functional like a real balcony. You can only open the sliding door, but can’t step out. The parking lot is mostly compact parking spaces.

Goed verzorgd verblijf en de medewerkers waren enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en de pendelbus naar het vliegveld was een uitstekende toevoeging.

Wij verbleven op de bovenste verdieping en wij vonden het erg gehorig. We hoorden ‘s nachts regelmatig de overvliegende vliegtuigen en de drukkere weg vlakbij.

The sofa bed didn't work so the desk person gave us a significant discount. That was greatly appreciated. The breakfast was great, though crowded

I specifically requested a quiet room away from noise, but unfortunately that was not the case at all. I could not sleep well over the weekend because of a party in the room next door. In addition, the hotel shuttle did not show up on my departure day to take me to the airport, so I had to pay for a taxi myself.

Our bathroom did not flush and we had to use the bathroom downstairs. Very inconvenient. The shower floor also looked really dirty.

Great breakfast with made to order eggs. Room was spacious and clean. Front desk was especially helpful. I needed a bunch of stuff printed for work the next day and Hannah and Maeko didn’t hesitate! Very friendly and helpful even though they had a long line of people waiting.

Our fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and it took a while for the maintenance person to come and then he didn’t have the correct replacement so he left without it. Then 30 minutes later the AC vent was rattling like crazy. Also I asked for more towels to be delivered and it never happened.

The room was very comfortable and the public areas of the hotel excluding the pool were really nice. They were excellent at responding to text requests. It was easy to access the city via public transportation.

The pool really needed to be tended to more, it was dirty all around the pool (not in the pool but the areas surrounding) and there was a need for more towels. They did bring them upon request.

My husband and I have stayed at this location several times, but never have when been met with such incredible customer service as this past weekend! We had mistakenly booked for the day after we arrived and after a long day of travel were flustered with our blunder but Maeko brought kindness, professionalism, and efficiency in a situation that could’ve otherwise ruined our trip! Appreciate it - we will definitely be back!

I loved the feel of the property, the ambiance was great and our kids definitely enjoyed the pool. Will be booking for future visits.

There was some trash under the ottoman in our room. At check in we were advised about the parking situation which would have been nice to know at that point in time.

The service at this location is better than most Embassy Suites locations, and in our experience, that is because of the customer service at the front desk. In particular, Maeko was amazing! There were a few hiccups during our stay, and Maeko solved all of our issues immediately and was so friendly and warm while doing so. The quality of service we received from Maeko is more reminiscent of a 5-star hotel, which made us confident in giving this 5-star review.

Its a beautiful and very welcoming place. Right from the checkin staff to people managing the restaurant, rooms, pool, breakfast everything was great. We were pleasantly surprised by the evening happy hours, great snacks and drinks. The rooms are very spacious and clean. We were a party of 10 with kids and 3 rooms and had more space the. we needed.To top it all, we have never seen a hotel manager greeting and really taking the time to know the guests but thats what we saw here. Cynthia was unlike any manager we have met at hotels. She was as dedicated to help and meet guests as rest of the staff. We stayed at the Riu before we moved here and I can tell you, this property is better in every aspect.

Pool--great. Pretty, clean, public swimming lessons managed well, no problems. Nice dry towels. Lobby--Very Cheery Bar-fun. Good drink though expensive. Great vibe, nice bartender ladies. Room--stuffy, not fresh-smelling, no fresh air available, old and tired looking Front Desk Staff-- So helpful, friendly, and competent.

As mentioned before about the room. Also daily cleaning,remember I am stuck there for 5 days! Maybe tighten/smooth the sheets making the bed, as we would do at home; maybe empty the melted ice bucket and provide a fresh plastic ice bag; give me new replacement paper cups and coffee stirrers each day, give fresh glass cups for ones I used instead of leaving dirty ones on the counter evry night for 5 nights. Also, not the problem of the room crew, but clean the big windows insde and out--so grimey!

The pool was super gross, the bed and pull out couch were very uncomfortable, needs upgrades for the amount we paid, the food was too long of lines, ran out of some food and had to wait 30 min for bacon! Also it was cold and no where to sit. The elevators were a mess - they would get you going then stop and go back down to pick up more people before dropping you off at your stop. We had a group staying there for a funeral - each family were on different floors which made it near impossible to get together.

Another guest hit and damaged my vehicle and left the property without reporting it

Typical Embassy Suites.Roomy. Comfortable. Room had issues with the electrics and a/c vents which were rectified by the engineering staff when requested. Nice view of the airport area. Front desk very accommodating for early arrival. Substantial free breakfast. Free parking. Free Shuttle to SFO very efficient.

We went for a soccer game and even though the lines were packed to check in and ask the front desk agents questions, Fou was gracious and very kind. We really enjoyed meeting with her and she made us feel like we were in for a special experience at Embassy Suites.

Staff was friendly and room was clean and comfortable. The indoor pool given the cool weather in the Bay is a definite plus.

This hotel is located in a row of four other Hilton brand hotels (Home2Suites, Hampton, Embassy and Garden Inn). I would say the indoor pool is a definite step up from the other hotels, but the breakfast and kitchen in Home2Suites is hard to beat.

The only downside was parking. Finding a parking spot at night was very difficult to find or super tight spots to park in even a smaller vehicle.

The bes was really comfy and big. Room was nice and clean with a nice view. The hotel offers also an airport shuttle.

The air conditioning was so strong, when we came we turned it off. We also tried little bit to heat in the room, but the maximum heating temperature was around 19°C (67°F), for us so cold. The beakfast could be improved. From such a nice hotel I would expect bigger variety od food and bread.

It was clean. It was comfortable. It was welcoming. The staff were very friendly. There was a Starbucks downstairs next to the food court.

The parking is kind of hard to handle because sometimes the key card opens the gate and sometimes it doesn’t and ultimately you have to end up pressing help to get the parking gates open but other than that.

My husband and I were celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary and planned to visit San Francisco and knock somethings off our bucket list. Staying at the Embassy Suites Oyster Point was one of our best decisions this trip. We were greated by the manager when we first arrived and he was the kindest man. Once he knew why we were visiting, he made some special accommodations for us and continued to check in with us during our entire stay. Everyone was kind from management, bartenders, waitresses, and housekeeping. The rooms were comfortable, cozy, clean, and the food was pretty good which includes having complimentary breakfast which had an omelet station. Location was great and near businesses. If i had to say anything negative, it would be that one elevator was out of service our entire stay which was closest to our room however, there were 4 more that worked just fine. We would definitely visit this hotel and location again. Thank you Maeko, Tyone, May, and Makayla. Every single one of you made our stay pleasant.

Michael, who attended to us when we arrived made us feel welcome. He is so intentional on what he does. The ambiance is amazing. From our room looking down to the lobby was amazing. Can't wait to see what decorations you will put.
