Bukan gak suka, cuma mau kasih masukkan aja, wastafelnya susah turun air. Itu aja sih lainnya best 👍👍

Great Hotel, awesome breakfast. All the staff was very kind.

The rooms need a little bit of maintenance to keep it newer and nicer.

Sarapannya enak-enak banget, semuanya enak dan pilihannya lengkap. Puas sekali sarapan di harper palembang

fasilitas kamar yang belum memadai seperti smart tv yang belum ada, dan mineral water harus ngambil dari luar kamar. Serta parkirnya tidak di gratiskan untuk yang menginap.

Actually all hotel it’s good and facility but it’s shouldn’t have anyone disturb the others room on 0300 hours. Even notice to front but non action to solve this problem

Should be had a security checked or camera watch on night for no have young people make a group party and disturb other guest

Room was adequate and well presented

Air-conditioning was not satisfactory Staff were very uncooperative!! I asked for an extension to the room when I arrived for the next day said yes it would be fine. They rang the next day and said there was no available space so I had to pack up and leave !! Then as was not allowed to leave the car park as I did not have a ticket I had already registered the previous night my vehicle registration I had to sit in the car park in the Sun for over half an hour why they sorted there staff out? I asked to speak to a manager there was obviously no direction hospitality !!I became very educated. Concern was completely complicit the attitude towards customer satisfaction was completely unsatisfactory and I would not stay in this hotel again and I will recommend this Hotel to anybody

shower area could be bter wi proper cleaning@i rated 3*standard... at night,nx rm water pressure soundz abit loud...

only had on 1 day and needs to cater a bit more for Westeners

Requested a non smoking room and my room smelled very bad of cigarette smoke

Het verblijf was erg goed, het personeel behulpzaam en vriendelijk en de keuken was geweldig, zoveel keus, de kamer werd iedere dag schoongemaakt en het beddengoed ook. Goed warm en koel water en schone toiletten. Echt ,een aanrader.

Room is big, comfortable and clean. Showers is exceptional. Foods are delicious. Love to stay at Harpers for my “mudik” journey to my hometown.

The Saturday evening dinner was quite nice. A good selection of food. Most of it tasted well. It was not difficult to get a place at breakfast even though the hotel was pretty full over the weekend.

The breakfast and the dinners were mediocre. The choice was reasonable to good but most food lacked the proper taste (with exception of the Saturday do). The airconditioning could not be persuaded to not blow over the bed. The only option was to switch it off at night.

Good hotel for one or two nights. Clean bathroom and good bed. Nice Chinese restaurant in the building.

Breakfast for Europeans maybe a bit bland, but ample selection of spicy dishes.

There are 2 elevators and only one worked. The hotel was almost full so it took so long to go up and down by the elevator. So we had to use stairs to ho to 9 floor. The restaurant was poor in terms of timing. We had to wait up to 1,5 hour for our orders. We ordered cars to go to the airport so they were delayed for 15 mins.

The security guy didn't do anything while i got harassment by the online taxi driver in front of hotel's lobby. He was just standing and watching!!
