Fairly central. Good value. Facilities excelent. Room is ok, bed comfortable, Shared toilets and showers clean and quite modern.

A bit noisy in the evening, but settled down by 22:00.

A young peoples place travelling on a budget. Photos looked better than the reality

Beautiful villa and the room was lovely. Great location close to necessities ie; New World and Woolworths grocery stores

Could not close bedroom window, kitchen slate floor is extremely cold. Kitchen blinds need replacing. Fan needed in bathroom. Front drive has a dangerous dip in it which could scrape under the front of your vehicle

Very close to supermarket. Good parking. Clean and spacious. Easy access.

Big major dislike was the creeping floor boards on the staircase. Multiple stairs need attention.

Close to the supermarkets and town. Plenty of room for a big group or great for a hostel type stay.

Was very cluttered. Could have done with a decent deep clean (kitchen especially). Blinds in kitchen were covered in grease and dust. Oven needs a good clean too. Photos overate the property slightly as a lot more clutter than shown. Also there were mice in the walls/scurrying around in the middle of the night.

Booked very last minute at 10pm on a Tuesday. Rang one of the cell numbers provided to get the access code...then was suggested i cancel my booking and go stay with them at thier private house for cash price.

Cold in comunuall areas.

Love staying here. Easy self check in. Warm and cosy queen room. Can get cold in the kitchen dinners area, it’s a huge space. Take tea, coffee, milk sugar etc. otherwise Woolworth across the street. Feels like a big family home. Loved it.

Can get noisy foot traffic in the shared spaces but soon settles down.

Was a great location, great price! Bed was comfy. Bathroom was nice and clean. Loved that there were separate toilets.

Window was jammed so we couldn’t shut properly at night so it was cold, glad extra blankets were left out. Heater also didn’t work which would’ve been nice.

Location great. Shared spaces ok. Was a pēpī in the next room but they have to sleep somewhere too.

It was comfortable though we were unable to stay at the regent residential Villa due to an unfortunate issue. We were provided another option at no extra charge.

Beds were a little to soft.

The property is warm ,dry, and clean. It is at very good location.

The bed room‘s window can not be open for fresh air.

Homely feel and location

Needed to be aired out slightly but didn't mind it

Location is prime. Everything around. From Woolsworth to Newworld to bustop.

Was shown upgraded. But no clue which room was available for us. Check in was east as host shared everything as we came late. But not even a plate or glass or cups in kitchen.

Everything was great I did not meet any staff as the check in and out times are flexible. I enjoyed the entire stay. The only thing is that it was too short. I loved being there.

Very warm cozy room. Self check in was a bit different but very easy. Loved the communal shared spaces. It was perfect for what I wanted which was to do some study and rest my head for the night. Close to amenities- i had Thai dinner delivered to the door.

Nothing really, it was a great stay. Thank you. I left my purple pillow there, can you please keep it for me I'll collect it at some stage soon.

Second time booking at this property. Host very welcoming. Free internet. Warm very cosy. Close proximity to shops.

There was absolutely nothing I didnt like

Floorboards were a little to creaky, dont know if i was disturbing the person underneath. But overall its okay

Comment oser dire qu'on aurait le logement entier alors que cette location n'est rien d'autre qu'une auberge de jeunesse améliorée ? Nous partageons tous (et nous étions nombreux) la cuisine, les salles de bain. Donc la description est fausse et mensongère.

Staffs were super friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned and good size. Kitchen was cleaned and spacious. Check-in and check-out were easy. Also, host was quick to respond.

Lit bébé pas adapté, trop petit pour notre fille de 17mois. Une seule salle de bain pour se préparer (lavabo, miroir...).

The location is nice. You are close to grocery stores and a short walk from both down town and Mair park.

Our room was on the second floor and there is not a bathroom on that floor. You need to go down to the main floor. It wasn't a big deal for us but it might be for someone else.

Ok for one night, didn’t meet anyone who worked there at all, even check out and payment was done by myself. Clean enough but can’t imagine staying there when it is fully booked and you only have 1 bathroom.

Very cheap. Bed was comfy. Private parking was plenty. Can use the kitchen. Its like a hostel with private rooms

House structure is very old. I was under the stairs and very creaky so I recommend ear plugs. It was windy that night and windows rattling etc

The space. It was an enormous property. Very old style house. Jackson was there when we arrived and showed us our room and all the amenities. Well supplied kitchen for your own food preparation. Laundry facilities. Opposite an enormous woolworths for supplies. Very clean especially with it being shared facilities. Powerful shower. Enormous bed. Great nature reserve and water falls to visit nearby and excellent art gallery near the basin.

Location was a bit tricky, surrounded by large intersections, house been built around by large stores, so not easy to find. Bedroom a bit cluttered despite its size. Somehow, I missed the information about being shared facilities, in the description of the property

Location is good, staff flexible and understandable. Check in is easy.

Rug in my room look dark/ dirty. It is nice without it as the wooden floor shiny.

Rooms were spacious lots of beds and very comfortable.

Not really anything to say all you need was there and just felt like home.

The sharing of kitchen and lounge area meant meeting people from here and overseas to chat.

Pretty close to the main road so sometimes you can hear unruly cars passing through, but still way quieter than your typical hostel

The location was great being opposite a supermarket & a bottle shop. The lounge and kitchen table were beautifully presented. The linen was lovely and clean. It was a beautiful old villa.

The advertisement made the place sound like a whole villa but it was single room renting. I would have expected it to be called a backpacker. The bathrooms and kitchen were grubby. The outside seating area was unattractive. Really exactly like a backpacker, not a residential villa. The hosts started trying to get us out at 9am by bustling around, knocking on doors. Very uncomfortable.

Schoene alte Villa mit speziellem Ambiente, schoene Gemeinschaftsküche. Zwei Supermärkte in umittelbarer Nähe.

Wir haben in der Küche nur einen Kaffeelöffel gefunden.

Das Zimmer war sauber und die Betten bequem. Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück.Das Haus ist neben 2 Supermärkten. Die Ausstattung ist etwas rumpelig aber dafür der Preis angemessen.

C’était top. Les hôtes sont adorables ! Je recommande
