The Shower was very awkward to use - couldn't get the correct hot/warm temperature, and the hot water kept shutting off.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Great value place to stay. Everything was there that I needed. Parking, comfortable bed, clean unit and great location. They allowed a late check-in and made sure I could get into the room. Basic kitchen amenities, but that's all I needed for a short stay.
Turning on the heat pump so the unit was warm on arrival would have been magic. It was a cold night. Having a shower mixer instead of the two taps would be handy to get the temperature right in the shower, but that's something to consider in future. Not a show stopper.

No heat. TV was Sky, but only a few channels. No movies or way to access movies. The TV was really, really small and hard to see from accross the room. Water temperature in the shower was really hard to bslance: The choices became scalding hot, freezing cold or slightly warm. I finally got a decent temp but it took a long time. The room and everything in it was very dated and needs to be updated. Kitchenette was poorly equipped and instructions were posted to clean it all up and leave it as you found it. My opion is that is housekeeping responsibility.

Would have been better with a Dishwasher. Had to wash vessels by hand. Only one cooking pan provided. There's a noise that's audible in the next rooms, if someone tries to use hot water in they bathroom. Other than these two, it was a great stay.

Reviewed Mar 24, 2026I didn't try the breakfast - I had an early morning flight so caught a taxi and left early. I did like the size of the room and the lady was great to deal with when I arrived to collect the key.
The shower did not work - just really low pressure so I had a cold dribbly shower that morning, but when I turned the tap on the handbasin to wash my teeth suddenly the shower started working with more normal pressure so I wondered if there was a mix up with the plumbing. The shower had not worked properly for the 10 or more minutes I was in there so it seemed weird that it suddenly came on when I turned on the tap at the handbasin.
