I picked the hotel because of the location. Close to ATT stadium & Globe life field. Bed snd pillows were very comfy!

four points was in a good location and only 1 mile from Texas Rangers Stadium that you can walk to game and trolley back. they pool was nice and clean.

That breakfast is not included in the rate to stay; you have to pay $14 per person if you wanted to eat breakfast there. we did not eat breakfast there as we thought this was pricey to pay for breakfast, we found other diners that had homemade breakfast and was much cheaper to eat out.

I love everything about that place and the staff are so friendly informative and helpful.

Kind of expensive for a basic hotel

It was nice & quiet.

On one of the beds, the comforter was wet and the sheets were stained. We asked for it to be addressed to which they only gave us to blankets I guess to put on the sheets to cover the stain and the other on then wet comforter.

Close to amusement parks

I thought there was breaker included but there wasn’t. There was a loud beeping noise constantly in the hallway that made it hard to sleep.

Close to the entertainment district and the trolley provides rides to the baseball stadium before the game (complimentary). Good instant hot water circulation for showers. Small restaurant on site.

Absolutely disgusting property, bugs infesting everywhere

Hotel lag redelijk strategisch in de buurt van event-locatie waar we twee dagen waren; dat was wel prettig.

Ontbijt moest apart betaald worden; voelt niet prettig. Prijs hotel was best hoog, en dan verwacht je dat het ontbijt is inbegrepen. Ik vond de kamer niet zo fris ruiken; beetje bedompt. Hotel heeft binnen geen gezellige uitstraling. Op plaatje van Booking.Com leek het best een mooi hotel, maar viel mij in de praktijk tegen. Ook geen eetgelegenheden op loopafstand oid; je moest altijd de snelweg op om ergens een restaurant te vinden.

Need to serve continental breakfast! One of the hotel staff was very rude…

The area

The staff was very friendly and it’s a great location close to all of the Stadiums.

It was not very clean. The luggage carts needed recovered because the carpet was very dirty, there was the same piece of smashed candy in the floor of the elevator during our stay, the vinyl was peeling off the headboard, the walls, mirrors and wall art were all dirty in our room and bathroom, the towels smelled like an old cardboard box and were very linty (you could tell they were new but had not been washed), and the last morning of our stay the shower head completely fell off.

Breakfast option is only the buffet and it didn’t look good. The bedroom really need the headboards replaced. I looked like I had pepper on my pillows. But it’s from the peeling headboard.

Great location, rooms are very dark if your looking to get some good rest.

Rooms were dark, beds have wooden frame around them that we kept stubbing our feet and on legs on.

The staff members were very kind. We appreciated their promptness in helping us. Linda Nguyen went above and beyond to help us print something for our nephew's graduation.

They shut down breakfast early and I missed out. I selected a normal queen suite. I got a handicapped one and the shower was horrible. There were no wash cloths in my room either. For some reason, inky the bedroom tv was hooked up. Not happy at all about my stay this time.

we didn't get the breakfast but the location was excellent right there by six flags. of course we went when 6 flags was closed so traffic was light and it was easy to get to the lodging and leave from.

I paid extra for a breakfast option for two people we were offered breakfast tokens for only one of us and told this was their standard breakfast option. Advertising was deceptive.

It was close to AT & T stadium.

The walls aren’t well insulated & we could hear conversations in the middle of the night.

They lie about the size of the room. My “suite” was advertised as 650 square feet. I measured it and it was less than 400 square feet. The staff denies these facts as truth. Never again

I like the location, the staff, the breakfast and the room for the most part. I liked that the staff took care of us with free breakfast and discounted my room rate.

The hotel is about a mile from AT&T stadium, Six Flags and Ranger Stadium. There are lots of restaurants all around.

The beds are a little too soft, but that's just our personal preference.

The restaurant didn't have vegan options. Not all staff were friendly or helpful The internet connection in the room.was unstable. Reporting it to the staff at the reception did not fix the issue.

I actually rented four rooms. Everything was great. Location was great it just around the area. There was no corner store for a quick drink, soda or milk and would have liked if the hotel offered free breakfast with the rate.

I was told that breakfast was 8 online for the room, when I went to check in the front desk lady told me it was 8 for the room to eat breakfast. Then this morning we went to eat with my family I was told I will have to pay out of pocket due to the breakfast

This is the second time we stayed at Four Points by Sheraton to see the Texas Rangers at Globe Life Field. The hotel is down the street and it only takes us about five minutes to find parking. It is extremely convenient and all aspects of the hotel are positive!

Everything was great

The walls are too thin people in room 158 were watching a Madea movie way too loud starting at midnight.

Breakfast was fresh, hot, and they did not run out of basics. Our was clean and bathroom smelled fresh, and we were happy there was luxury tie on the floor and not carpet. Ample parking close to restaurants, in the entertainment district!!!

During my stay at this hotel someone stole my catalytic converters right from the parking lot

The cleanliness

Customer service was great ! They let me park prior to my checking and leave my car at no charge while I went to my event …. Cleanliness was awesome and comfortable bed and stay . The only cons I got was that around the property can be unsafe due to my car was vandalized by someone stealing all my gas emptied my tank. 😡 . Just keep on mind if you stying there overnight during an event . Go on empty .

Заранее прописала можно ли будет заранее заселиться, сказали да при наличии мест. Приехала, сказали мест нет. Очень долго ждала, других людей заселяли на глазах, а я все ждала. Грубый персонал, не клиентоориентированный. Депозит не вернули, сказали вернут, но нет до сих пор (месяц прошел).
