Lux Hotel & Spa

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a really great experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day. Everything felt well-maintained and taken care of, and the value for what we paid was honestly really good. One thing that really stood out was the service. The front desk staff were always friendly and helpful whenever we had a question or needed something. Even the gift shop was super convenient and had anything we might have forgotten or needed during our stay, which was really nice. Overall, this hotel was a great value, very comfortable, and the service made the stay even better. I would definitely stay here again.

Roaches and the room were not very clean. Dirty clothes under the chair, trash in the floor. The elevator malfunctioned and slammed into the top floor.

The property was nice and clean. The property was very close to the AT&T Stadium and Texas Live.

The only thing I didn’t like was the hotel didn’t have shuttle service.

Everything was smooth and the staff did an amazing job making us feel welcome.

Restaurant and bar onsite, beds comfortable, plenty space and couch in room. Clean and quiet. Staff very professional friendly and helpful.

The staff was very professional and friendly. The hotel itself is very nice. Room was quite comfortable. I plan to stay again in the near future.

Horrible hotel, do not recommend. Service was terrible, room smelled of mildew and was covered up by a terrible spray. Bedding is from the 70’s, smaller bathroom ever, hotel restaurant horrendous, served raw chicken, staff was not trained, restaurant “manager” didn’t know how to use the TOAST POS to do a void, commandeer (security guard) tried to intimidate with his gun, raised his voice at us and tried to arrest one of my friends for asking for an itemized receipt to show proof the void had been done properly, the general manager was useless and must’ve been picked from a random pile or resumes because he was the worst, did not acknowledge our concerns, brushed off the fact that we needed our tab voided, did not care at all about what we brought up and basically kicked us out of the hotel. We didn’t even stay at the hotel. We grabbed our stuff and left instead.

Very spacious room for the cost. Pretty close to attractions, would stay here again.

Not enjoyable, sitting in the lobby, listening to the manager yell at an employee in front of everyone and then when I called him out on it without being unprofessional, he told me to mind my business, and I didn’t know what I was talking about. Rooms definitely need to be updated the springs in the bed I could fill The ceiling is peeling and so is the wallpaper.

Room wasn’t clean. Heavy dust like someone was sanding the ceiling everywhere. Carpet wasn’t vacuumed. You could tell by the amount of dust on it. Homeless camp living beside hotel. Elevator trapped me in it for 10 minutes. Poor experience. Pretty disappointed for how much I spent.

Didn’t try the Spa, but the room was good. The staff was on-point, the restaurant close by helped, but I was not allowed to bring alcohol to my room. ☹️ Vizio television made me feel right at home, but the wi-fi was terrible. Bathroom was cramped, but water pressure was decent. Overall, a nice hotel.

Room was clean, staff was friendly. Hotel is easily accessible from the freeway and parking was abundant. It woukd be nice if they put extra towels in the room when they know the guest checking in will be staying multiple days so you dont have to ask for more on your second or third day.

The place is very nice inside. Unfortunately there were 2 thing that werent up to expectations..1 is there is no breakfast only coffee.. and the other thing that I found a bit upsetting is the bathtub. It would clogged up slowly.. so when I took a shower I would be standing in a puddle.

Hotel is clean and staff are nice, however, rooms are small than your standard hotel rooms. AC didn't work and clerk said they couldn't move us and we'd have to wait for maintenance the next day. We had plans the next day and didn't want anyone in our room for an extended period. There is no breakfast of any kind,, and I never saw the restaurant open.

What I like was the pool area Zuri

My room wasn’t vacuum, had a water bug in there, my toilet seat was broken, my towels had make up on it and woke up with a lizard on the floor. For 300+ dollars.

Close to everything, this a great spot and the bar there on fridays and saturdays is a bonus

Lux was very nice, the lobby is great and the meeting room was good for our group. Rooms are fine. Close to lots of restaurants or DoorDash.

Business trip on a holiday weekend but it was fine. Hotel was busy but everything was great. Quite location. So close to Ranger Stadium!

I like the neatness of this hotel. Things made easy for me. Despite all the big name hotels close by, Lux really delivered. I was impressed with the facility. Like they say, never judge a book by its cover. Nice place.

Very serene space and a breath of fresh air as you walk in. Love it. The manager and workers too were very friendly and welcoming. They made our even so beautiful by setting up the hall and always ready to help.

This place is NOT a 4-star hotel. The lobby looks decent, but that’s where it ends. The room I was given was disgusting — outdated, smelled like mildew and marijuana, and there was black hair everywhere. The entire 6th floor was in rough shape. No breakfast, even though it was advertised. Outside, you’ve got a loud train running by and a parking lot full of semis and trailers. There’s also a bar/club that brings in a small crowd, making the place feel even less family-friendly. If you’re looking for relaxation or a clean stay, avoid this hotel. Definitely not worth the money.

Absolute wonderful stay, check in smooth, room was spacious, very comfortable bed. Location was perfect. Food at the restaurant was amazing. On top of everything was customer service. Walking threw the hallway could smell a bad odor of Marijuana on the floor I was staying at wanted to complaing but I was tired of driving 6 hrs to get to this location

The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining the room daily. The hotel’s location was perfect — close to everything I needed, yet peaceful and relaxing. The food at the restaurant was delicious with a wide variety of options, and the breakfast buffet was outstanding.

The hotel was neat and clean, hospitality was exceptional , accommodations were great and would love to come back and stay at this hot again for business and pleasure.

room was clean. bed was horribly uncomfortable. Pillow case was torn. Old property, not super well maintained. def did not feel it was worth the cost. reservation said it came with breakfast but there was no breakfast, not even continental…. I wasnt impressed and next time we go to a cowboys game we def wont stay here even though it is literally on the other side of the highway.

The rooms are old, not clean, dusty and entirely OVER PRICED. The rooms look more like a cheap pay by hour run down motel then an actual Spa styled hotel. I'll never stay here ever again!

I didn't like anything about it!

The hotel was outdated. Lobby was clean. Staff was friendly. There is a convenience store open 24/7. The room was very humid! Everything felt moist. The bedding the slippery tile in the bathroom etc. Mild mold on the shower curtain. The carpet was old and felt wet. Left my shoes on. The pool was nice. Friday night was quiet. Saturday night was noisy. It is right next to a train yard. When I got home all our clothes felt moist from the humidity trapped in the room. I had photos from a wedding that were warped from moisture!

The bathtub was dirty with scum and stains. House keeping came to clean the tub. But now I’m paranoid thinking this room was never cleaned, how do I know the linens were changed. Asked to switch rooms which was done without issue

They don't offer breakfast although they have a dining area. Don't waste your money. I got to my room and the TV did not work either. After a 6 hour tiring delayed flight I get to my room and when I tell her the TV don't work, expecting just switch the TV out...no they wanted me to change rooms. They really need to do better. Who doesn't offer breakfast when they have a restaurant which is only open at night. DO BETTER!

I didn’t like that there were people smoking weed by the front door of the property

Loved it. Perfect area, near everything we needed. Service was great as well.

Location was good. Lobby looked nice and smelled cleaned.

When you exit the elevator to your floor, it smells strongly of cigarette smoke even though there are signs of no smoking. And when we enter the bedroom, it smelled funky and old. We had to turn on the AC and leave the door open for a bit to become used to the smell.
