My truck was broken into, it’s a pay to park, would expect for paying for parking there would be some sort of security. Will not stay at this location again.

The food. Breakfast food was just poor quality, everything out of a box. Then I ordered wings on Saturday night at the Bar and they came-out raw. Service was great.

The carpets smelt bad in the rooms We asked for toilet paper and tissue paper and they never arrived The air conditioner controller was making a lot of sounds I was told by the receptionist at check in that we have $50 credit per day as it is confirmed on the booking.com app. however when I tried to use it, the receptionist at the time told me that there is no credit for me and I didn’t get to use any of my credit.

Hotel is tired several things were either not working or not working properly. To be fair hotel did provide a rebate but given the cost in the first place it's the least they could have done.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were great and the room was a good size with all amenities.

There was not much to do outside of the property, you had to get an Uber.

Bathroom issues: fan did not work, night light did not work, no tissues, shower door could use some fixes TV: I have never seen such a bad quality TV, very blurry and over saturated colors (too vibrant) and no way to fix that. Like every hotel these days, the bed had only 1 layer, a comforter which only works for one small low temperature range (~65F) and the room was not in that range, so I sweat all night and don't sleep well. All this for a price that was way way too high due to the world cup overcharging. (P.S. I did not report any of the issues to the front desk, I did not want to deal with it, I shouldn't have to).

Preston who was the front desk manager was amazing.

The two individuals who were often at the front desk in the evening were rude and not helpful.

I didn't have a chance to eat breakfast to comfortable sleeping woke up at check out

The room next to us had a party in their room and it was extremely loud until close to 3 in the morning.

I loved the location to AT&T stadium, the airport and local restaurants. The staff was nice and accommodating.

Management was awesome!

Wished indoor pool had been closed off from outside pool and heated, but that's just a luxury to have traveling with kids.

The Location is great for the stadium. Easy uber ride there and back. Staff was always helpful and kind. Even on a busy time they were apologetic for the wait.

Primeramente el aire acondicionada no sirvió durante casi casi dos días nunca nos ofrecieron un fan,nos tocaba dejar la puerta del cuarto abierta para podernos medio refrescar la ducha era demasiado caliente que nunca me había pasado esto en otro hotel . Fui hacer un té le puse el agua para q se calentara cuando me llevé la sorpresa q salio fue cafe quien sabe cuánto llevaría ese café ahí metido. La verdad pues no me volvería a quedar en este hotel

The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was friendly, but no one told me that parking was paid to Premium. I received a citation that I was able to resolve online. Overall, my experience was great. I will stay here again.
