Gemütliches Zimmer, sauber. Gute Lage zum Flughafen. Einfacher Check In. Super nett: Wir mussten am nächsten Morgen relativ früh am Flughafen sein und das Frühstück wurde extra für uns früher gemacht.

Antonio nous a reçu a l'heure convenue, il s'est occupé de notre transfert tôt le lendemain matin pour aller à l'aéroport qui se trouve à 7-8 minutes en voiture. Chambre propre et spacieuse - Lit confortable

Das Zimmer war groß.

Das gemeinsame Bett war durchgelegen, sodass man immer zur Mitte rollte. Nebengeräusche der anderen Zimmern konnte man perfekt hören. Das Frühstück konnte man sich nicht holen, sondern es wurde vom Besitzer rausgegeben. Es war sehr übersichtlich. Es sah abgezählt aus und die Qualität hat ganz viel Luft nach oben.

La stanza è fondamentalmente nuova e pulita. C'è l'aria condizionata

la zona è un po' scomoda, è vicina l'aeroporto ma non così vicina. Bisogna comunque prendere il pullman e farsi una camminata. La Tv è praticamente inesistente. La colazione è molto basic e il gestore non sembra molto contento di avere ospiti

È stato tutto ottimo, bella struttura, stanza comoda e ben arredata, ottima anche la velocità nel rimediare ad un piccolo inconveniente in stanza. Antonio molto gentile e disponibile, per l'intero soggiorno ci teneva i ghiacci della borsa frigo in congelatore per la notte che servivano per il giorno seguente

L'unico consiglio che darei è quello di migliorare la qualità dei prodotti per la colazione, presentati comunque con buona scelta

Wir hatten einen rundum schönen Aufenthalt und waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Die Unterkunft war sauber, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Besonders schön fanden wir, dass uns extra Handtücher für den Strand zur Verfügung gestellt wurden – ein wirklich toller Service! Auch der Transfer zum Flughafen gegen eine Gebühr hat super funktioniert und war sehr praktisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und unseren Urlaub in vollen Zügen genossen. Vielen Dank für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft und den tollen Service! Wir kommen gerne wieder. 😊☀️🌊

Es war in der Nähe des Flughafens Es war sehr sauber Antonio war sehr gastfreundlich und die Kommunikation lief reibungslos Antonio war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns Badetücher und einen Schirm für den Strand bereit gelegt.

Das gegenüber ein Striplokal und in der Nacht dementsprechend laut war.

Excellent location, close to airport and all main roads. Antonio was most welcoming host. He even borrowed us his beach set and gave suggestions what places to visit.

Brak śniadania co jest nie zgodne z ofertą z bookingu.Śniadania nam nie dano bo wyjeżdźaliśmy o 6 rano. Dostaliśmy jakiś lunch box z 2 ciasteczkami i dobrze że dano nam jakiś czajnik i jakieś kubki do pokoju to mogliśmy zrobić sobie przynajmniej herbatę.

A acomodação é muito confortável, limpa e bem localizada. O quarto atende bem às necessidades e a experiência foi ótima.

War eine kurzfristige Buchung. Es freundlich und unkompliziert. Perfekt für eine Nacht und nahe am Flughafen.

I přesto,že v hlavním pokoji nebylo okno, jsme byli spokojení. Okna byla v koupelně a v předsíni. Klimatizace, vsude čisto. Obsluha milá, snídaně dobrá s čerstvým ovocem.

It was very close to the airport. The owner waited for us till 1am beacuse we were late due to the flight delay, had to pay 30€ extra though. The room was nice and clean. With A/C. The breakfast was modest but the coffe was great.

Abbiamo trascorso una notte al B&B Alpez di Olbia e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Il proprietario Antonio è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile, offrendoci anche il servizio navetta da e per l'aeroporto, un'attenzione davvero molto apprezzata. La camera era impeccabile: pulitissima, arredata con un design moderno e curata in ogni minimo dettaglio. Si percepisce la passione e l'attenzione che vengono dedicate alla struttura. Anche la colazione è stata perfetta. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole sotto ogni punto di vista. Se dovessimo tornare a Olbia, sceglieremmo senza dubbio di soggiornare nuovamente qui. Consigliatissimo!

Wir haben nur eine Nacht in den AL PEZ exclusive rooms verbracht und waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Die Lage zum Airport ist optimal, es ist nicht weit weg und trotzdem absolut ruhig. Obwohl wir erst am späten Abend ankamen, wurden wir von Antonio am Airport abgeholt und am nächsten Vormittag zur Mietwagenfirma gebracht. Natürlich gegen eine Gebühr, aber wir empfanden es als nicht selbstverständlichen Service. Vielen Dank Antonio!

Antonio the owner was extremely helpful. He was very kind and helped us with some travel challenges we had. The place is very quiet and calm and clean. The airport is extremely close which is very nice when you have a morning flight. Thank you again Antonio!

Antonio war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns auch selbst an den Flughafen gegen einen Aufpreis gefahren und war sehr Lösungsorientiert. Wir konnten auch etwas früher auf unser Zimmer.

Zimmer war gemütlich aber recht dunkel und wenige Fenster.

For the cost Antonio provides an excellent service, with also an airport shuttle. You can tell he is proud of how clean he keeps the place and it truly is immaculate.

It is difficult to find a quiet accommodation in Olbia. This was super-quiet outside (a secondary road) and inside (no TVs or noise from other rooms). Staff very kind and helpful. I walked from my room to the airport: easy and safer than the buses (whose schedule is irregular).

Olbia bus service is poor. They have installed screens that tell passengers how long it will take for a bus to arrive, but these screens are not regularly updated and gave me incorrect information. Alp-ez is not far from the city centre. I would suggest to walk (it is approximately 2Ks).

Mein Aufenthalt im AL PEZ exclusive rooms hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Ich brauchte vor dem Flug nach Hause eine Übernachtung und ich war sehr froh, dass ich ein Zimmer im AL PEZ exclusive rooms gebucht habe. Es ist ein ruhige Gegend und viele Geschäfte, wie Einkauf, Post oder Pizzeria sind von da gut zu erreichen. Antonio, der Betreiber des AL PEZ exclusive rooms, hat mich noch persönlich zum Flughafen gefahren und das kostenlos. Antonio hat sich zudem Zeit genommen, meine speziellen Wünsche zu erfüllen.

Das einzige, was mir einfällt ist, dass nicht mit Kreditkarte bezahlt werden kann. Ich hatte zum Glück genügend Bargeld dabei. Allerdings verstehe ich Antonio auch, da die Gebühren für die Transaktionen von Kreditkarten doch sehr hoch sein können.

Chambre très agréable et bien agencée. Personnel très aimable et empathique (petit déjeuner à partir de 7h mais nous sommes partis à 6h, monsieur nous a gentiment préparé un petit déjeuner à emporter) Proche de restaurants et de l'aéroport (30mn) à pied.

Good location if you land late. They offer transfer, we appreciated it. Room was spotless. Host was exceptionally polite.Bad was comfortable. Breakfast was OK.

L'hôte est très accueillant et à l'écoute. La chambre est agréable et avec l'équipement nécessaire. Le stationnement est possible dans la rue au calme.

Attention néanmoins à l'épaisseur des murs avec des voisins qui peuvent parler fort...

Our flight from London arrived very late and we didn’t check in until close to midnight but the host was very understanding. The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast in the morning was very good.

The localization was perfect. The landlord was kind and very helpful. We got also transfer to the airport.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. It was easy to get to from the airport. Antonio provided some recommendations for dinner nearby. Overall, would highly recommend.

I wasn't offered coffee or a plate for my breakfast while the other guests were. In fact, there were other guests who arrived after me and were served before me. This didn't feel very nice but not the end of the world.

I stayed for one night and had a great night's sleep. The staff were very helpful, and breakfast the next morning was excellent! Super grateful for the team. Additionally, ahead of my stay, response time to messages was quick & easy!

Le patron de l'etablissement nous a demandé plus que le prix du taxi pour nous emmener à l'aéroport. Soit 25 euros. Et je suis convaincu qu'il n'a pas reversé la taxe de 5euros. De plus notre départ était tôt le matin. Il a donc économisé en nous donnant 2 pauvres viennoiseries.

Room and bed was great. I left too early to have any breakfast.

Horrible location. Nothing around the place. One little pizza joint, Re pizza. Luckily it was good. There is a market which was nice. I stayed there because it was close to the airport. It cost me 30 euros to go 2.4 km at 4:45am. Airport doesn’t open until 6am. Why did owner make reservation so early? I got to the establishment at 3:15pm. Had to wait 1 hour for him to come to let me in. Wish I had stayed in town in a hotel and enjoyed my night in Olbia. The owner gets great reviews. I don’t know why.
