Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Lovely modern clean house & room with very spacious elegant bathroom & nice terrace. Good air conditioning, wifi, USB A&C sockets. Good instructions via WhatsApp, good security. Good location for airport & local shop / pizzeria. Friendly cleaner.
It would have been nice to have more than 1 coffeepod per person.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Zelf-incheck appartement om de hoek van luchthaven Olbia. Communicatie over het inchecken en de code van de ingang was helder en informerend. Er stonden flesjes water koud in de koelkast, faciliteiten om koffie en thee te maken. Modern ingericht maar niet kil. Schoon en fris, fijne badkamer en fijne bedden. Heerlijk geslapen.
Niets viel er tegen. Wel een klein punt wat fijn zou zijn: de app met de link voor het online inchecken (paspoort enzovoort) kreeg ik pas om 12.00 uur, die had ik graag eerder (vroeg) op de ochtend gehad.

The shower didn’t get hot enough to stand under it or have a proper shower and toilet seat was broken. Taxis from the airport were extortionate for a 5 minute drive - made it not ideal for the airport

There is basically no soundproofing between the rooms. Our neighbor was duct taping something in the middle of the night and we could hear every big of it plus their conversation from 2 to 5 AM until they finally left for the airport. These kinds of rooms should not qualify to be rented out!

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026The location is quiet and peaceful. I would recommend coming by car, as it makes getting around much easier. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, and the facilities were complete.
The mattress in the main bedroom was a little firm, but since we only stayed for one night, it wasn’t really a problem

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Lage ist gut und mit Mietwagen vom Flughafen und Marina gut erreichbar. Einkaufen etc. gut zu erreichen. Es war modern eingerichtet und sauber. Wir fanden den Aufenthalt gut! Klimaanlage vorhanden und war auch nötig!
Check-In war online und es umständliche alle Pässe einzutragen. Besser einfach die Bilder der ID-Card hochladen. Oder zumindest den Link zum eintragen 1 Tage vorher zusenden.

The area is really at the edge of the town, really hard to get to and no shops, cafés, restaurants anywhere near. You probably want to stay there only if you have a car. The biggest issue was the air conditioning - it looked like it was never maintained, dirty and with mold in it, blasting through the room. It was a huge contrast to the cleanliness of the apartment itself.

Manque simplement un sèche cheveux pour que ce soit parfait.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Struttura moderna e confortevole, camera molto accogliente con balcone, in una zona tranquilla e vicina al centro di Olbia e all’aeroporto. Stanza pulitissima, cambio asciugamani e pulizia generale ogni due giorni. Siamo rimani molto soddisfatti. Torneremo sicuramente !

La camera era rumorosissima: si sentiva tutto il rumore degli altri ospiti. Invito gentilmente l'albergo a perlomeno mettere dei gommini sotto sedia (sicuramente) e mobili che gli ospiti potrebbero spostare per tentare di minimizzare almeno quel tipo di rumore.

Il check-in e il check-out online tramite WhatsApp sono stati semplici, veloci e molto comodi. Un’esperienza positiva, consigliato!

Громко работал рекуператор, и почти всю ночь лаяла соседская собака, но и на этот случай в номере были предусмотрены беруши. Продумано до мелочей.

No staff present, only contact was through Whatsapp which there was no infromation about. Make sure you have Whatsapp! No wifi was present due to technical problems and there was no information about that either. The parking was not free, it cost 5 euro to park in the yard. It could have been included in the price, since you almost surely must have a car to get to the place which was pretty remote.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026Zdecydowanie formę zameldowania. Kontaktowałem się z Panią dzień wcześniej, miała podać sposób zameldowania. Po kilkugodzinnej podróży dotarliśmy zmęczeni pod apartament , wcześniej kilka razy wysyłając sms-y . Okazało się, że wskazówki gospodyni przekazała na WhatsAppa z którego ja korzystam sporadycznie. Wysłany link nie działał w telefonie prawidłowo /trudność z wpisaniem kraju zameldowania/. Cała procedura zajęła ponad 40 minut w ekstremalnym upale. Na deser wjazd na parking to kolejne kilka minut bo koniecznie trzeba zapłacić wcześniej 5 Euro w celu uzyskania kodu. Myślę, że można było nas uprzedzić o formie meldunku, zrobić to dzień wcześniej lub po udostępnieniu apartamentu, ostatecznie był on wcześniej w pełni opłacony.

A soli 6 minuti di auto dalk'aeroporto.una menzione speciale per Chiara, la host gentilissima e disponibilissima. Ci ha aiutato con il transfert per l'aeroporto e a recuperare lo zaino che avevamo dimenticato. Posto consigliatissimo

Kłopoty z automatycznym zameldowanie. Robiliśmy zdjęcia dokumentów na chodniku w palącym słońcu. Brak instrukcji w języku innym niż włoski. W końcu podesłano sympatyczną panią, która rozwiązała nasze problemy.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026Nowy obiekt, wszystko czyste i pachnące. Traktowaliśmy ten apartament jako lokum do noclegu przed wylotem z Olbii kolejnego poranka. Aparrament spełnił nasze oczekiwania pod kątem wygody oraz wyposażenia - właściciel pomyślał o wszystkich szczegółach. W pełni wyposażona kuchnia z ekspresem i kapsułkami do kawy, woda w lodówde, pralka z plynem do prania, kosmetyki w łazience, pachnące ręczniki. 7 min. spacerem znajduje sie przysyanek autobusowy z linią nr 10, ktora w 7 min dowozi do lotniska.
Niestety trochę daleko od centrum - spacer zajął nam 30 min. Problem jest tez z dojazdem do apartamentu z lotniska - wspomniana wyżej linia nr 10 jest okrężną i na lotnisko dostać sie łatwo ale w drugą stronę przystanek jest 20 min. od obiektu. W całej Olbii problem.z taksówkami - Uber z apartamentu na lotnisko (3,5 km) to 45 Eur, inne taksówki mało dostępne.

El personal de Artemisia estuvo pendiente hasta que entramos y al día siguiente nos organizó un conductor para llevarnos a nuestro destino. Un 10 en atención. Por otra parte el alojamiento es amplio y muy limpio.

Kein Aufzug vorhanden und zum Zimmer muss man doch ein paar Stiegen nehmen. An und für sich kein Problem, mit unseren großen Koffern etwas unpraktisch, aber darüber waren wir uns auch bewusst.

Les voisins arrivés vers minuit qui ne respectent pas leur voisinage. Parlaient fort dans le couloir du bâtiment comme si ils étaient seul au monde et claquaient des portes. L’établissement n’est absolument pas responsable mais ces derniers pourraient laisser une mauvaise note à ces locataires qui ne respectent pas leur voisin Malgré cela nous recommandons car l’établissement est vraiment super.

Il posto è ottimo, situato in una zona tranquilla ideale per rilassarsi, ma allo stesso tempo comoda per spostarsi. Un grande punto a favore è la disponibilità di molto parcheggio, cosa non sempre scontata. Nel complesso, un soggiorno piacevole che consiglierei senza esitazioni.
