Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Denver West - Federal Center

Shower in room was excellent. Room was comfortable. Gym was decent enough to get a sweat on. Jacuzzi was big and hot.

Pool was smaller and shallower than expected. Breakfast was standard nothing special. I didn’t see anything about late night room service offered. No valet parking offered.

The hot tub was not working. We were told that it would be repaired during our two day stay. Not true. We had been traveling a lot - so looking forward to soaking the miles away in the hot tub. So disappointed.

The pool was nice and warm for our toddler. We enjoyed the swimming pool and clean rooms.

I didnt like anything about the place or the people working.

He made it sound non chalant and said he would never recommend anyone use booking.com. When I went to check in, he said that there was no reservation for me even though I showed him the confirmation number from booking dot com. therefore, I didn't have a room to stay in at the fairfield inn. the customer service the guy with the man bun was horrible.

The chair in the room was uncomfortable. There was only 1 chair in the room.

It was very easy to get around Denver from this location, like 15 min (not rush hour) to get everywhere. Easy to find hiking within 10 minutes of hotel.

Several people working the front desk seemed to be overwhelmed or having difficulty with their new system and one morning on my stay the woman at the front desk was extremely rude to me, spoke to me like a child, and really marred my stay there, which I was in town because a very dear friend had passed away. Aside from that very negative experience it was decent.

It was clean, stayed over night.

Unfortunately not thier fault but a kid pooped in the pool and closed it down for the rest of the guests. I understand why, but that part was disappointing. Also I didnt like the smell of the room. So I dont know what could fix that.

Accidentally booked because date got changed, on engagement of sale... no return from booking.com only the usual runaround from hotel and booking.com Booking.com is worthless and I will spread the word because my funds were not returned and I didn't even go to Colorado that day! Worthless! I will actually put a Google review for booking.com for the crap they put me through and basically robbing me after a mistake that was followed up on immediately!

The staff was great. Got there late and they asked right away if we wanted a late check out. Although we didn’t need one it was awesome she offered right off the top. I’ve had much different experiences at other places, so for her to actually be the one bringing it up, says a lot about how the place is ran. Or at least how great the night shift is.

Building is too warm making it difficult to sleep. Had to open window all the time to allow cool air in.

Great location, central to where I needed to be

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. We had late check out and my husband needed a wheelchair at one point and they provided one.

The tub in 312 did not have non skid surface and was very slippery when I showered. It was dangerous.

Just the hot tub smells super strong of chlorine and it made my eyes water. We could only stay in the hot tub for at least 5 minutes for that reason.

Great! Quiet. AC wasn’t working properly

The common areas were nice and the breakfast had enough options. Free parking is always a plus. The bathroom was also a decent size.

The mini fridge never got cold. I asked the front desk to look at it. The lady who was working at the time gave me an attitude about it and acted like I broke it. She said she would ask maintenance to look at it but that never happened. I asked a different staff member about it nearly 12 hours later. He said maintenance was on a lunch break at 7:30pm. I called again at 8pm and told them to forget it until the morning because it was getting late. I ended up filled bags with ice and using the mini fridge like a cooler. The next morning I had a note from maintenance that they took a look and would be back by to make sure it was working. They didn't stop by again and the mini fridge was still not working. We had to throw away food that was not kept cool. Such a waste. The pillows were also not firm enough although the bed was comfortable. I feel like the price was a bit too high for the size of the room and lack of many amenities.

This is a great property. We like to stay here and take the lightrail into downtown Denver for concerts. Very clean and friendly staff. Great location and plenty of food in the area.

Check in was lightning fast. The gentleman that was working the counter was very friendly. Shower pressure was the strongest I’ve ever experienced! If you just came in from Florida and have a sunburned bald head, beware, lol. We were in town for a show at Red Rocks and this hotel was very convenient.

The breakfast options. They stated that they meet dietary needs but yet there were no sugar free options (ex syrup or jam/jelly). Also regular coffee was never refilled and had to ask to have other food options stocked.

This is a wonderful hotel and soooo convenient right at the airport! Also available is a valet to assist getting to your gate from your room! Wonderful restaurant as well

Great stay

It's only about a 15 minute drive from Red Rocks and hardly any traffic heading that way after a Friday night concert. Large room, clean and breakfast was good.

No housekeeping for our entire 3 day stay! Even after requesting a refresh of coffee, bins and towels. Broken shower - not fixed despite reporting it.

A well-priced, clean and nicely maintained gem with comfortable beds and friendly staff. The area is built up and not scenic, but it is only a 12 minute drive to the town of Golden which is what was needed on this trip. I would stay here again.

We were delighted with our choice to stay at this Fairfield. It was new, immaculate, decor was tasteful, staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was tasty and beds/pillows very comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was amazing! Very clean, and quiet. You could tell it is a fairly new hotel. The only issue I had was the in-room refrigerator was not working, I talked to the front desk, and it was supposed to be handled and never was. But other than that, it was a very nice experience.

Picked this location for our stay in the Denver area for proximity to Red Rocks Amphitheater. The hotel was near restaurants and shopping and provided an ease of access to major travel routes in the area. We were very pleased with the cleanliness, comfort and size of our room. The staff was pleasant, friendly and helpful. Would stay here again anytime we are in the area.
