Not much room to place our toiletry bags in the bathroom when getting ready in the morning. There were 3 desk clerks when I walked in to check in. All three were busy. 2 of them finished with their guests and neither of them acknowledged me or let me know they would be right with me. The third clerk finished with her guest and asked if she could help me. I think her name was Lashonda. I thought it rude that the other two wouldn’t at least acknowledge me.

The staff was very pleasant and almost cheery. The location was great for us because of how close it was to family we were visiting but it wasn’t a very interesting part of town.

Assuming typical cold buffet…choice of hot options (including eggs benedict special) was surprising and appreciated!!! Wonderful experience. Front desk staff was professional and courteous. Keep employing the right people!!!!
I am so pleased, but if you ask…I wish I could have dealt and had same “deal” directly with you. Pet-friendly fees were not well-detailed on booking.com even with my efforts. Surprise was $50 additional. I don’t like call centers—too impersonal. Direct to location “old-fashioned way” ends up being best!!
