Courtyard by Marriott Burlington-Oakville

The prices of the bistro or the prices for a bottle of water. $4 for a bottle of water

We were in town for a wedding and asked if we could get an early check-in which was provided when we arrived. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was very comfortable, ample parking is included in the price. We were surprised to get an excellent sit down breakfast rather than the usual hotel buffet.

One minor issue was the shower glass only encloses about half of the open side, allowing water to get on the floor.

The ambiance and cleanliness of the facility.

I had difficulty locating the front door on my first day, probably because of where I drove in from and the time too.

It was very clean, the staff were very friendly. The room was very spacious and clean.

N/A

Breakfast was ok but no proper dishes. Expensive for what we had.

Meal served on dishes, cups

The room was comfortable and had everything you need. The main lobby with restaurant and lounge is very nice.

I don’t like carpet in the rooms. The view from the room was also quite unimpressive.

New hotel with nice lobby and rooms.

Not a charming location. Disappointing breakfast.

Freundliches Personal sehr sauber

Liegt zu weit von der nächsten Ortschaft entfernt zu Fuß zum Gehen zu weit.

Loved the service and the beds were comfortable Has everything you need

I could smell cigarettes on the 2nd floor hallway. People were smoking in their rooms. I would say that was the only complaint, I think it needs to be enforced more.

I liked that there was free available parking at the hotel!

Everything was fine:)

The location was perfect for my training. Staff was extremely professional and kind. Food in the restaurant was delicious and super fresh.

I was impressed by the wonderful staff. Tushar helped me to check in early and was very helpful and kind. Julliana was also very helpful and polite. Faculty was very clean and comfortable.

For me it was perfect.

No shower door water pressure causes water to build on bathroom floor

Great friendly service, clean room, well appointed. Excellent breakfast. Room was quiet, adequate towels comfortable bedding. Love the smell of the lobby and that Marriott smell.

The temperature control unit was a bit loud when it came on,eventually just turned it off. Shower head loose and hard to adjust.

The cleanliness and the house keeping kindness and professionalism

The check in was a little off

not much food for the price. small portions. perhaps they could bring cream/sugar etc to the table instead of getting up and adding it after you are seated.

Super clean, new, nothing to complain about. I honestly could bot believe it is only a 3star hotel!

Location, as you cannot not get anywhere if you do not have a car.

Clean and comfortable

Not many options for food and the cost of sides such as fries for $12 for such a small portion was expensive Also don’t understand why the pool wasn’t heated. I would have used the facilities if it was heated

We were excited to arrive at the hotel, but the employee that checked us in was not pleasant at all. We didn’t get a welcome nor any type of smile or eye contact..the room was clean, but the shower floor and counter tops need some attention. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I also feel that it would help the hotel to improve

Friendly front desk. Clean quiet room. Would happily stay again.

Very clean and a comfortable bed with a little couch to relax on.

Yes

Clean hotel with great service. The breakfast is also delicious!

Great location, food, bar and very friendly staff.

Really friendly and well presented business/ traveller hotel. Supremely welcoming staff who go above and beyond to personalize the experience and create a warm and relaxed atmosphere. Facilities good, food good, bed comfortable, what’s not to like!

overall a great stay, will be coming back! Thank you for having me

Everything

Conceirge was so lovely, staff friendly, spacious and clean rooms. Seamless check in and out as well

The room was clean, but the property is in an area that has nothing around it- you’ll have to drive anywhere to dine etc. If you’re a tea drinker, they didn’t have any in the rooms. The lobby and restaurant were underwhelming. I would not stay here again. Property was clean- but the duvet in the bedding was not very clean. Overall average hotel. We paid a bit more for this property and chose it over others, but really, not worth the extra price.

Clean room and ample parking.

EV charging very convenient. Clean and comfortable bed

What we loved about staying here was the Concierge had gone to the GaGa show a few nights earlier and gave us some helpful tips when going to the venue. The next morning we chatted with her about the experience. All stay were incredibly friendly and the facilities were excellent!

Checked-in, in the evening, everyone really friendly at the front desk and in the restaurant. Morning employees also friendly! Clean, comfortable bed, large room and plenty of parking.

really nice and clean rooms

Bathroom could have been cleaner

Loved everything about the hotel, especially the staff!

Pleasent Stay! Thank you.

Everything great at the courtyard i like it

Quiet, clean hotel. Staff very friendly and professional.

For 2 people, only had 1 x decaf and 1 x caffeinated coffee. 1 of each per person would have been better. When asked at reception for a topup it was supplied.

Great hotel, food and service were all great. Would definitely caome back.

Personnel courtois, bel hotel à proximité de plusieurs restaurants

Il restait des poils de barbe dans le lavabo et des cheveux dans la douche Le gym était très de base et rien pour nettoyer les appareils

Comfortable! Great location

Nothing negative

Great clean place, comfortable rooms

Staff was great

comfy beds, clean but being charged over 8.00 for a large coffee is beyond ridiculous

It's Okay

It was a very clean and comfy room!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Had a wonderful experience. The breakfast was excellent!!! Loved our family stay there

Great location, very quiet Clean rooms

Excellent hotel, service and amenities. Only reason I didn’t give a 5 rating is we had terrible sleeps. The pillows were awful and we found the King bed just not comfortable. We couldn’t find good sleep. Otherwise the room was great.

Very good hotel, clean and modern. Would come back again.

big room

Nice facility

My room was excellent and the kids enjoyed the pool. Everything was provided for and I didn’t need anything.

The hotel is clean and very nice overall. However, the rooms are not soundproof, so you’re really at the mercy of whoever is staying next door. There’s a convention center next door, and during our stay, guests were arriving back around 2 a.m., banging around and making it hard to sleep. If you’re a light sleeper, you might want to keep that in mind

We used this Marriott Courtyard for our out of town wedding guest. The hotel was very friendly, Professional in dealing with all our guests need. We also used the hotels Bistro and banquet room for meals. All our guest were very pleased with the food presentation , taste and service that was given bye the restaurant staff. We would recommend this hotel for a family function.

Perfect place great service and restaurant is more then adequate

Don’t pay the $30 to include breakfast. It’s not a buffet, you order one meal and one drink off a menu. Our total was $54.24 for 2 of us, and we ordered the most expensive meals available. Food was good and all, though not many options, but just don’t tack it onto your booking or you’ll lose money. Also after we left, my credit card randomly got charged $44.24 and I got an invoice saying it was for the breakfast, which wasn't even the correct amount, so I had to call and have them reverse it. Other than that it was good for a night, we had no issues. Would be nice if there was a fridge in the room and bottled water provided.

Easy to access. Clean, spacious and friendly staff.

We stay here when visiting family in Burlington, Oakville or Mississauga. It’s conveniently located close to the QEW and the rooms are Xo for table and clean. The Bistro is great for breakfast too!

Clean and comfortable hotel and welcoming staff

The decor, the service, cleanliness and breakfast

Good location for what we had to do

The hotel was very clean. The room was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property! First thing I noticed was how clean it is. Staff are lovely and the location is convenient. We will be back :)
