Homewood Suites by Hilton Burlington

Excellent stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton Burlington! The 2-bedroom suite was spacious and perfect for our family, with a comfortable family room for everyone to relax. Breakfast was included, which was a great bonus, and we also enjoyed the swimming pool. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended for families!

Refurbished rooms The indoor pull and gym availability

Only one elevator and didn't work throughout 5day stay Unclear about Credit Card Policy, accepted debit and later declined it Boring breakfast

Excellent service and very helpful staff! I accidentally left a purple bracelet at the hotel during my stay. The staff found it and were incredibly helpful in arranging to have it shipped back to me. Clarence was especially kind and responsive throughout the process. I really appreciate their honesty, kindness, and excellent customer service. It was such a relief to get my bracelet back! Thank you so much for taking such good care of my belongings. I would definitely stay here again! ❤️

Clean nice room

The pillows are awful woke up with sore neck. Also they only gave 2 towels. Each person should have 2

Breakfast was great. Pool was nice and warm

King bed was saggy in the middle, kept rolling into the middle while sleeping

Clean and spacious suites

The hotel is pet friendly which is great. Initially we were by a dog that was barking loudly for a period of time. The staff moved us no problem.

La tranquillité Propreté

Le matelas confortable mais rond

Amazing rooms for families and excellent staff

Nothing

The size of our room and with the kitchenette was perfect. Breakfast was also fantastic. The front desk was great on day of arrival calling me when our room was ready to check in early.

We were with a hockey team, and the boys weren't allowed to play basketball past 9pm. The main floor rooms that were over looking the court was mainly our team. So we had some rambunctious teenagers.

Property was clean and staff was nice. However it is in a very industrial area and the pool renovation that I was told would be completed before our stay was not finished.

All was excellent. Only issue was getting paid TV. Took several hours to get it going.

Nice place to stay with the family. Definitely will come back if possible.

Was good

Newly renovated and very comfortable. Friendly staff!

Nice hotel. Obviously new with good staff and breakfast. BUT, the pool and gym were closed with no pre-warning at booking. Also the bathroom design is ridiculous. The sink area is separate from the toilet meaning if you need to use the toilet at night you must turn on a big light and disturb others. No place to plug in a nightlight in the toilet room.

All the staff were here helpful, can’t fault any of them. Some areas of the hotel are currently being worked on. Sadly the pool area was closed.

Everything was just perfect. Wonderful hotel!

Property was under construction while we were there - the pool wasn't available- but the rest of the property was beautifully renovated

The pictures we saw on Expedia did not truly represent the rooms at Homewood Suites by Hilton Burlington

The property is under renovation, however it was not bad. Room was nice. We had 3 children with us and they could accommodate all in one room. My only problem was these rooms are next the the elevator. If you're a light sleeper, best to pay for two rooms, if able.

Amazing very nice

Las habitaciones amplias y cómodas

Que están en renovación y el ascensor era muy lento

The property didn’t let us stay and said that they haven’t recieved any confirmation from booking.com Never again using booking.com

Property is undergoing renovations. It’s very clean and has a good breakfast

Rien

It was perfect. Even though they are under renovations we were able to use pool next door. Staff were excellent.

Everything was fine. No issues.

They did a great job

We called the front desk for a few issues and they were quick and wonderful to deal with

Clean amazing breakfast staff accommodating

Nice friendlybstaff and the room was very clean and comfortable. Top points to the staff memeber Zaine for checking us in late at night and sorting out a late check put. Truly appreciated. Also, must note that my kids mistakenly selected a mivie which i was unaware of and the chexk out staff waived the charge. I thibk there should be a pin to enable a movie selection.

Great size room with a comfortable bed

Great place

They are currently upgrading the hotel, which is good, but I wish we had known this at the time of booking. We were dealing with an individual in a wheelchair, and the one elevator on property was serving a dual purpose of serving guests, and construction workers. The hotel was very helpful though, and would get the elevator to you asap if it was being blocked off for the construction, however, it would have been made aware of this situation prior to booking. The room was newly redone, spacious, and clean. There was a lot of noise from highway traffic, and off ramp though, even wearing earplugs. My room was also very cold. I had to put the thermostat up to 24.5, and the air conditioning still continuously came on. The person I was travelling with was on the floor below, and the temperature was set at 21.5, and it was comfortable. All in all though, it was great for our purposes, and once the construction is done it will be fine. The staff went above and beyond to assist us with any of our needs, and were very kind

We stay in newly renovated room and everything was clean breakfast top notch and beds extremely comfortable. Pool was refreshing and we enjoyed our stay at the property 10 out of 10 all day.

Room was next to the elevator- very noisy

Quiet

The team at Homewood Suites Burlington always go above and beyond. The hotel is renovating which cause some challenges. However seemed to only elevate the already wonderful service. Definitely our go to place whenever we are in the GTA. Manager Clarence and his are to be commended.

It’s old. Kindly requested a room with 2 queens, not available. There’s no one here. 😞

Friendly staff

Very nice. They even have dishwasher and electric oven

I like having a suite. It's nice to have a couch to relax and watch tv and a kitchen table with a mini kitchen. The hotel is dated. They were working on some renovations between 11-3:30 where the elevator was not in service. I felt I should have known that when booking hotel.

the elevator could be fixed to be more quiet since my room was right beside it

Everything is excellent

Beds weren’t very comfortable. Floor of shower looked very dirty and we felt the need to use flip flops in there. Pool looked discoloured.

Great

Air conditioner can be improved as it was not getting warm felt cold always in the room especially during winter it’s difficult without out heating. Night light were not working. There were no exhaust fan in the bathroom.

Very underwhelming

The people were helpful and , the bed comfortable and the suite had a nice layout

Shower handle didn’t turn up to hot water

Checked in at 7pm, no attendant at counter for 20 minutes and no phone or bell at counter to request help. Stuck waiting with 2 kids at their bed time. The first room we got had a smoke detector going off with low batteries 12 ft up and no night staff to deal with it. Had to repack everything and go back to the lobby for a new room. Ants everywhere, woke up with ants on us. Pull out couch is awful. Breakfast was better than most continental breakfasts we've had. Even though we specifically requested no housekeeping, they let themselves in and woke up our napping 6 month old. Our family in another room had no hot water in the shower. Overall, terrible and stressful 2 day stay.

Suites are great for families.

Getting a little run down bed very uncomfortable.

The hotel desperately needs renovation. Looks like the shower has never been upgraded/renovated. Carpets in the hallway are old and do not look very clean. Breakfast was questionable All in all, quite disappointing, definitely not be staying there again

Staff were excellent and the accommodations were clean and comfortable

Convenient, off QEW. Local shops and restaurant. Evening meal and breakfast complemented.

Loved the room, pool and breakfast.

The hotel itself is very nice, pool area was nice and the gym was small but also had the right equipment in place. The breakfast selections were very nice and good quality I've never seen a place with Tacos which was a nice surprise to see something new.

The only issue I really had was the pillows weren't very comfortable and the room wasn't very clean. Definitely hadn't been dusted or wiped down in quite some time. The top of the fridge was filthy and the bedside tables and lamps were quite dirty as well. I would still stay again the value for the type of room you get is very good I love having a full fridge. Also No ice makers on the floors anymore but If you call front desk they will give you a bag from the kitchen which is helpful but not If you aren't into going downstairs in your pajamas or it's late night

Great place to stay, family friendly. Breakfast buffet was great

Staff were very helpful but premises could be cleaner

Breakfast was excellent. Room was excellent. Pool could have been warmer. Free convenient parking.

Nice rooms

Verry nice hotel could use a little update but overral i enjoy the stay recomended

Breakfast was fantastic, there was a good variety to choose from, I would stay there again.

I didn’t like that there was no robes in the room.

The breakfast was awesome… the best we’ve had anywhere!

The room jacuzzi jets could be stronger

Run down, not the cleanest, plumbing was slow and clogged, blood stain on the shower curtain.

The suite was a good size. There was a hot breakfast every morning and a complimentary evening meal on the Wednesday evening.

Hotel is average but overall shows age and wearing. Gym room is too small and not equipped with enough machines. Staffs is friendly but not knowledgable.

Very clean and comfortable

Our room was beside the elevator, it was very noisy, wanted to sleep in but couldn't past 6 or 7am due to the noise. Also, breakfast was good but breakfast time ends too early for me an extra half hour would be good specially on the weekends. Everything else was great
