Had to change rooms when we first got there due to cleanliness of the room. The second room was better but needed upgrading as well.

It was very convenient for shopping and the GO Train, as well as restaurants. The staff was all very helpful and friendly. Just a wonderful atmosphere.

Just wish that it had a hot tub.

The area is less secure and more frightening. My car was stolen from the parking lot. They should install more outdoor cameras as prevention methods

Entrée très spacieuse! La dame du contoire a été très patiente avec nous lors de l’accueil à cause d’un petit problème. Le déjeuner est très sympa aussi: bacon plusieur sorte de fruit, gaufre, pain dorée, il y avait même des croissant avec du chocolat sur le dessus et l’intérieur qui étais exceptionnelle!

Au début on pouvais réussir à ouvrir la porte coulissante de la salle de bain avec 1-2 minutes d’essais….mais après avoir comprit le truc ça allais un peu plus vite.

No microwave. No complementary water in the room like other Holidays inn.. paid to get one at front desk. Hard to get the extra towels, cleaner told will give tomorrow when they clean the room. Front desk guy was nice when I check in.

It was nice but does need updating.

It was noisy when other were in the corridors, also lots of noise from coming outside of the windows, people shouting. Also, breakfast was reasonable, but the furniture had stains on them. I won't be visiting that location again.

Sent email On feedback on IHG platform then supervisor of front desk sent me an email claims they never received it. They then provided their direct email and sent email again and still no response. Customer service follow up is TERRIBLE!!!

First room, the heater didn’t work and it was very cold and there was a fridge just standing alone in the middle of our walkway. so we got moved to another room. The room was missing the lightbulbs. Internet was. Meh at best. And for a Holiday Inn express to have to pay for breakfast at the price we paid for the room was very disappointing. The rooms need a facelift. They’re just worn down. Not worth the price whatsoever.

Conveniently located close to the Burlington go station. Rooms were near and clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was polite and helpful

Clean, comfortable bed

Restaurant was just ok, not even a notepad or pen in the room, just a bed and bathroom. Very basic

I loved the buffet and the location was great as it was close to highways and a mall.

I didn't like that there were such an unruly crowd of kids visiting that same weekend. They ran loose, messed up everywhere, and were obnoxiously loud. Dislaimer: My 8 year old traveled with me, and he was well behaved.

Wonderful staff! Such a friendly check in! Room was clean and fitness room was great and spacious. Just don’t forget anything as they don’t have things like shower caps, etc. It would be nice if they had some of those sort of items on request. Other than that, great stay.

The front desk guys are impolite. They were rude.

My room #137 could have cleaner- carpet needed to be vaccumed more. We did not receive room/bed cleanup either for our 2 day stay. I had to ask the room attendant outside our room for more towels and facecloths for a family of 4, which was offered immediatley but our room was not attended to. We also had to call maintenence to fix the power to the refrigerator. From staff was friendly. The pool was clean with plenty of towels to use. Buffet was suitable. I would stay again however more attention to cleaner carpet and attending to the room for clean up while out for the day would be appreciated

Carpet on the floor in room was smelly and the Indian receptionist was rude

Bathroom shower was amazing. Taps are right when you open the shower door and you don't get hit in the face with water. Little leg bar for shaving your legs. Would have loved bottled water in the room but other than that it was perfect.

I liked that the property was quiet. We asked for an upgrade in room and recieved one at the end of the hall, it was not an upgrade. Mind you this hotel was not fully booked. It was quieter and closer to the ice machine, however the ice machine was broken. The walk to get ice from the main floor was not pleasant. Thankfully the ac unit worked, but was quite loud and sounded like a toilet flushing every time it turned on.. we wont be staying here again.

I paid for 2 queens even though a king bed and sofa was available cheaper close by. Upon check in I was told it was a third party site and there were no other rooms. Either take it or refund. What choice I had at 9 pm with a family of 4?

We were disappointed by our stay. The room has no windows and faces out into a huge cavernous and empty internal space so there is no natural light. The sheets on one bed were stained.

Good service & clean rooms

We book the stay including breakfast. The following morning they had no breakfast buffet , instead they offered only one kind of breakfast Eggs and meat Nothing else. My kids dont eat that , they wanted waffles or pancakes however they were only offering one kind. So disappointing

Great place for a quick stop over night. Had the essentials, rooms and bathrooms were clean. Beds were very comfortable. I would recommend a stay here if you are looking for a comfortable and simple stay.

Easy check in

Overall it was an average hotel stay. My sister came back to the room one day to find the deadbolt holding the door open - we’re assuming housekeeping was there. However, as a single woman this made her feel incredibly unsafe for the rest of the days she was there. She checked for her belongings and nothing was missing - but who knows how long the door was left open or who else may have peeked inside? She felt uneasy the rest of her stay.

Noisy AC room 311, hair in the bathroom, the lock of the bathroom was broken, the door hard to pull.needs maintenance room 319. My son had a seizure in the resto. No one of the staff asked me if i need help, i tried to manage myself with my poor english over the phone with the emergny and a panic situation

The location was deceiving on the description to book the room. I searched waterfront and it showed photos of water but it was 15mins away. False advertising. I was disappointed. The hotel itself was very nice. I enjoyed the pool and the room was great.

Location and mattress

The air conditioner that would not turn off so it was noisy all night and the room was freezing. The toilet ran all night, except when flushing it after use. Even with the bathroom door closed it could still be heard. So, between the air conditioner and running toilet, it was a noisy room! Had to position the bathroom door (sliding barn door style) in such a way that it would not hit the light switch because if it did, the lights would go out in the bathroom. Who made that design choice? This meant squeezing myself between the door frame and said door if I wanted the lights on when using the bathroom. Exterior door to the room had to be pulled hard (practically slammed shut) to lock it properly. I've never seen (or heard) anything like it. I am lucky that I can stay in a hotel for two nights (and choose where I want to stay), so I want to keep this in perspective. There are bigger issues going on in the world today compared to how comfortable my stay was. But, it still needs to be said here as I don't think what I outlined in the above paragraphs could be fixed with a simple phone call to the front desk or DIY by reading a hotel directory (which was not visible if one did exist). I might expect these issues at a chain that's at a lower price point but they should not exist at the prices this chain is asking for (even if my room was one of the "cheaper" rooms). Very disappointing. I don't see myself returning in the near future (sorry) unless I want to gamble on another stay.
