Near UCSI University

TV can on but no channel

Loation next to UCSI was perfect for those who need to be near the college.

Rooms were rather small and tired looking. Amenities were quite basic but passable for a short stay. There was no phone directory in the room, needed to contact room service but no info on how to reach them. I went to the reception to get a spoon but was told the cafe was close and there was no way to get a spoon. Only stirrers were provided in the room. Service quality is below expectation.

My stay at the hotel was a great experience, especially thanks to the Saudi girl working at the reception. She excelled in her role, displaying professionalism, kindness, and efficiency. Her exceptional service truly enhanced my experience.

Staffs service were excellent. Breakfast is yummy!. Room cleanliness in top notch. Sky lounge is one the highlight on this place especially during evening time. U can see the sunset if u are lucky enought. Overall experience were amazing.

Being an Asian and having stayed in numerous hotel, airbnb and homes in Asia and all part of the world, the rooms are humid beyond normal. - even though our toilet were dry, the humidity from the rain outside the building had caused our room to be humid. This was hard not to notice when our floor was damp, to the point where we could feel the stickiness and see our footsteps on the floor. TOO HUMID for comfort.

the bedsheet is not clean, I can see stain, hair and definitely it has a smell of others people oily head smell on the pillow. so I know that the pillow case and bedsheet wasn't changed. the sink water pressure is very low. very basic room and not worth the price paid

since I travel to send my son to UCSI, its just a walk away. very convenience. the staff very helpful and the room just okay.

its a little bit pricey referring to its room size

Really good facilities. Cleanliness is really good but can further improve. Toilet has a bidet and good quality toilet paper. Have 2 pillows and a small bolster and soft cosy bed. Adjustable air conditioning which makes the room cold really quickly.

it is in close proximity to UCSI University therefore very convenient for us to be near our daughters apartment which was right across the Hotel .

most things were satisfactory. However range of channel options on room TV solid be expanded .

The bed is so comfy and the pillows are truly soft, fluffy to the right levels. We attended a business event with 2 nights stay and the food was simply amazing + the service excellent from banquet / event to sky lounge. I’d recommend it for any family or official event.,

Breakfast is too little and not buffet style. The hotel is a budget hotel but charges me RM244 like 5-star hotel rate. Room is too small which can't even have walkway. For me this hotel like model or budget hotel which not worth with the payment that i spend.

three nights stay in this hotel, 1st night stay in campsite on glamping tent...the glamping tent so far is nice, well equip and c;lean also spaces but information about the campsite are not fully updated. Upon arrival & after checked in, mE & my friend was being told that the campsites are still on construction, whereby only 1 pool section only available, sauna need to pay extra $30 per head, jungle trekking but eventually just a simple back empty car park space built in a human made forest with tent's set up, no afternoon activities as advise. tbh paying $ 258 per room (includes 2 b'fast) really not worth at all. Same day i had checked in & payment for a Deluxe Queen Bedroom at the hotel side but was given to us Twin Bedroom at $ 176 per night. The room is pretty small & toilet using high tech bidet's water flush (my personal advise, leave some room with normal piping flush cause not all people kind enjoy with bidet flush). During 2nd night, my gf want to join me so the receptionist give us an offer to upgrade from Deluxe Room to Deluxe Suite with extra $60. Last we had extended 1 more night so we upgrade once more to check out on Executive Suite but the price too expensive (# 376 per room per night).

For glamping site, i am not happy for not being honest to the guest. Second the room should at least implement a padlock for safety purposes cause each time i go shower & washroom, i need to call my friend to come over to monitor on behalf for me... however during 1st night to happened of no water supply & return an information that technical team advise " I am sorry as we couldn't make any difference so wait till tomorrow morning to get out source company to fixed" & worse part when my friend go shower at 8pm along with my companion, to have found out no water supply at all till he comes to the hotel side to shower. tbh i wouldn't recommend this hotel to my friends & i really don't know how to write the review better so that it doesn't affect the hotel future business.

Good to spend short night for students who wants hotel near from USCI university

This is not a hotel, it's a posh dormitory. The "guest room" is across hall from elevators and between two sets of heavy firedoors, so it's extremely noisy from students coming & going. The facilities they claim to have are actually located on different campuses. You must book an appointment in advance to use the fitness center, located somewhere on the campus across the street & it's not available on weekends. The swimming pool is located at still another campus, which is a ten minute drive/taxi away. So don't expect this to be a vacation spot, since you can't use any of the facilities with ease of mind. Think about it, when you go to the hotel pool, do you want to bring your phone (to book your return taxi) and your ID (to show campus security that you have a right to be there) and without lockers, have to worry about your critical items while swimming? In addition to these blatent red flags, the photos of the rooms have been photoshopped to show sunshine. The windows open up to a hollow area within the building, so your looking at the windows from other rooms. No sunshine. There are suicide nets. Nice. Additionally, the hotel, while in Kuala Lumpur, is not in a 4G coverage area. You'll only get 3G coverage on your phone. The hotel's WiFi is weak, and constantly bumps you out, requiring you to keep logging back in. This room (#804) has a sour stench, for which hotel installed automatic air freshener so also breathing chemicals all night. Waste of money, lies, and unsafe.

Stayed 3 nights there, just a 'ok' service quality level, informed front office staff to make the room but found out no action taken when back in evening.

I have booked the room. But once i want to check in staff said room are fulled.

The room cleaning service dint workout for the details. There's still some left over food in the fridge when I checked in.

Quite place to hung up with friends or family. Coffee taste nice with chocolate cake. And price is very reasonable. Do serve western as well Service is good. Ample of parking space with good environment.
