We stayed at Meliá Kuala Lumpur for four days and had a very pleasant experience. We chose the Executive Suite, which was beautiful, extremely spacious and very comfortable. It had a separate living room, two bathrooms, a wonderful bed, as well as both a shower and a bathtub. The hotel is in a very convenient and central location, making it easy to explore Kuala Lumpur either on foot or by public transport. There is also a large shopping mall directly opposite the hotel, which was very convenient for shopping, dining and spending some free time. The breakfast was excellent, with an impressive variety of choices every day. There was something for everyone and the quality was very good. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

We definitely liked the room and the floor that we stayed in. It was high and we were able to see Pavillion and its light at night. We also loved the breakfast spread as it changed and the menu was great!

I was disappointed with my stay at the hotel. My family and I went out for shopping and expected our room to be cleaned while we were away. However, when we returned, the room had not been serviced and remained in the same condition as when we left. This affected our overall experience, as we had expected better housekeeping service during our stay.

The location is perfect, easy to get everywhere, the staffs are the best! Friendly and helpful, love you all! We stayed 5 nights at premium room and it was clean and spacious, breakfast was top, and very good value of money!

The soundproofing seems to be quite poor, as I can hear other guests’ voices very clearly from my room. The noise can be quite disturbing, especially when I’m trying to rest. I hope the management can look into both the flooring and the soundproofing to improve the overall guest experience.

The breakfast seems to be not hot enough. Some of the food was only lukewarm, and I think it would be better if the dishes were kept warmer, especially during breakfast hours. I hope the hotel can look into this to ensure the food is served at a more suitable temperature for guests.

Servizi e personale di pessima qualità. Abbiamo richiesto il servizio lavanderia e la maggior parte dei nostri indumenti sono stati scoloriti e non lavati correttamente. Il servizio ha avuto un costo elevato e non siamo stati rimborsati per quanto accaduto. Pessima la gestione del personale della struttura. Disorganizzato e non preparato per gestire disservizi tali. Valuterò negativamente anche altre strutture melià per il futuro

The staff was extremely rude and inefficient , even after booking a lounge level room, we were made to wait for very long at check-in and when finally our turn came, their system stopped working. The receptionist took forever guiding the guest before us, seemed intentional, and didn’t bother to tell us what facilities can be used by what time etc. There were no welcome drinks even though they guided us to take the monorail, hence we were hot and tired. since the system was not working we were sent to the lounge which was pathetic in terms of drinks and food, space was too small Facilities are terrible, gym is limited and pool was the 3x a bath tub. The worst is that their air conditioning DOESNT WORK, maintenance came and cleaned the filter claiming it will work now which didn’t help. We asked for a fan which made it bearable.

Location was everything for us, it was central to all our needs Malls, eat street & transport around the city . The staff were Fabulous, punctual & accommodating. Loved our room it was just the right size & comfortable.

Our bed needed a mattress topper to make it more comfortable as it was quite firm & I like a softer mattress.

Rooms are exactly a 4 star room. Location of the hotel near the main streets to walk of the center. Breakfast good with several options.

The rooms are located in front of the street have a lot of noise of the traffic during the day and night. The city is quite active during the night also and the windows do not have double glasses which turns the rooms very noisy. Also the hotel made renovations in the room right next to ours all the three days which turned the stay quite noisy (day with renovations and night with street traffic).

Great great location. Next to the Bernaya Times Square. Great breakfast selection. There was just soo much to choose from.

冷气有声音，不能调正温度 也因为靠近Time Square大街,除非住楼层比较高，不然还是比较吵的。。

The wi-fi. I did not try my phone as that was on another network, but using my laptop, probably the worst wi-fi I have experienced. Not only could I not stream a you tube video, for instance, I couldn't even load the page! Perhaps too many guests using the connection? But it was shocking.

The location, the room size and the overall ambience were great. The staff gave us a connecting room which made it possible for our family of five to stay together. Hotel is connected to the Berjaya Times Square mall and has a monorail station just outside.

Esta ubicado muy cerca de muchas atracciones incluso a pie y justo enfrente varios centros comerciales y línea de metro. Camas buenas y cómodas y personal amable. Rooftop que es una pasada!! Se puede cenar o tomar copas.

Limpieza un poco regular, baños con olor las duchas y toallas viejas. Piscina está entre edificios y la verdad no está muy apetecible. El desayuno variado pero poca calidad y el ruido de tráfico en las habitaciones es muy fuerte.

La mia camera era ben pulita ed ampia, con una grande finestra affacciata sulla strada da cui entrava una bella luce. Il letto grande e con delle lenzuola di buona qualità, molto lisce, che ho apprezzato.

ho rilevato una scarsa attenzione ai dettagli che rendono più confortevole il soggiorno. Ho chiesto il servizio di lavanderia e il giorno dopo aver consegnato la mia biancheria, non avendo ancora trovato nulla al mio rientro in tarda serata, ho provato a chiamare la reception. In camera non c’è il numero della reception. Ho digitato il numero uno e non ho avuto risposta. Sono dovuta scendere nella hall a chiedere che fine avessero fatto i miei abiti e mi è stato detto che non erano stati portati in camera perché non avevo pagato la lavanderia. In nessun albergo nel mondo ho mai sentito una risposta del genere. Potevano benissimo addebitare il servizio alla camera o avvisarmi che dovevo pagare, anziché tenere in ostaggio i miei capi. Sono dovuta tornare in camera, prendere i soldi e riscendere nella hall per pagare. Gli ascensori sono perennemente occupati e bisogna aspettare molto per utilizzarli. La colazione é abbastanza ricca, ma decisamente orientata verso i carnivori. Quanto al servizio in camera, che viene molto pubblicizzato, perché garantito h24, in camera non c’è il menù e neanche modo di ordinare. Ugualmente, a bordo piscina, non è possibile ordinare. Bisogna vestirsi ed entrare in hotel per chiedere qualcosa da bere o da mangiare. Tutto molto scomodo.

Incredibly noisey. I struggled to sleep. Most of the hotel rooms face a super noisey road that kept waking me up multiple times a night. I have no idea how they got such good reviews. Terrible. They need double pane glass

Hotel Melia is in a very convenient location, making it easy to find food, go shopping, and access other facilities.

La habitación eran una familiar (dos habitaciones comunicadas, cada una con su baño). La habitación principal muy amplia, la de los niños algo mas pequeña pero muy bien. Camas y almohada cómodas. Los baños quizás un poco pequeños pero con todos los servicios y detalles. La piscina no es muy grande pero es perfecta para refrescarse y pasar un rato agradable. En general todo el personal super atendo y amable, un 10 para ellos (desde el personal de la piscina como el personal de la recepción y la puerta). La ubicación es fantástica

El desayuno si podría ser mejorable para mi gusto, no demasiada variedad en comparación con otros hoteles de su categoria. Se podria ampliar el numero de tostadores ya que uno me parece justo, hace que se tenga que esperar

I stayed in a suite. I was entitled to a 25% for food and drinks but everytime we go down to the bar at the lobby we were told we are not entitled to and we have clarify this everyday when we go for a drink . The staff are not aware which is strange. Whenever I come to KL , Melia is our choice but this always happpens regarding our discount . Hope the management will rectify this .

The Level Suite was spacious, spotless, and beautifully comfortable, with wonderful Executive Lounge access. Breakfast and the evening snacks & drinks were good. The location is perfect, and the staff were exceptional. Special thanks to Izzati, the Guest Experience Manager, for her warm, professional and genuinely hospitable service. Her thoughtful service added a wonderful personal touch to our experience.

The location of the hotel is very convenient to the city area like Bukit Bintang Pavilion and Berjaya Time Square. It is also near to the Lalaport where the bus terminal is.

Since it's at city area, peak period jam is very frustrating. The waiting time for grab can take about 20 mins.

The location is amazing. Next to shopping centers and many restaurants. The rooms are very clean. Superior choice if you are looking for a great location.

Noise at night from the main street. The towels could be better Expensive, but justified by the great location

Being in a room at the front of the hotel, on lower floors meant loud road noise, even at night. I contacted the front desk and they were happily able to move us to a high floor.

Melia by far exceeded expectations and I would 10/10 recommend staying there (if you don't mind the chaos of Bukit Bintang). Conveniently located opposite the mall, also has 7/11's on either side of it, plus the MRT station. Walking distance to the Jalan Alor street food, multiple other malls and restaurants - Reception: Overall excellent customer service. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. Nabil, Leni and Aaron were absolute stars - Breakfast: Great variety, and thankful that there's daily changes to some of the menu items. Fresh fruit, bakery items were amazing. Noodle and egg station. Faizal is a legend, top service. Also shoutout to Wahid and Jeffrey. The Level perks were awesome. We had a separate spacious section to sit in, could order eggs as preferred (eggs benedict, omelettes, etc.) to the table and a personal waiter. - Room: Initially wasn't happy with the room view, but called reception and they happily changed our room. Comfy bed, spacious room, and good bathroom shower/bath as well. - Laundry: Extra perk with the Level room, 2 pieces of clothing a day. Great service - Evening light supper: Great service, had some really good lamb kofta the one evening as well. Definitely one of the best Level perks that we thoroughly enjoyed, albeit we only went 3/7 nights

Traffic does get really bad at times due to its location, but it's easy enough to just walk a few minutes out and get a Grab from there - Staff member that checked us in to the hotel seemed a bit snarky, but it was rather late (midnight). No further issues thereafter with any other staff members during our week long stay there though

The location is amazing. There's nothing that's not just a short walk away. This location is in the middle of shopping centers and many great restaurants. Everything is just a few minutes away. Also, the train station is just a few minutes away. The tour bus starting point is also a few minutes away.

The main street outside can be noisy sometimes, especially with loud noise from motorbikes. The hotel is not cheap, but it's the best in value in comparison to nearby hotels.
