The property was a good location and nicely appointed.

I didn’t like the lighting and the lack of comfortable seating

The location was lovely, enjoyed the stream and the bush. The room was spacious, well appointed clean and very comfortable.

I enjoyed my stay here very much.

Location was fantastic. Walking distance to everything , town, playground, restaurants etc. The coffee at Utopia was the best I'd had on our trip and a visit to éclair shop is a must. The playground at the camping ground was great, the creek that ran alongside the camp was very cute and the grandchildren loved playing alongside it.

Me and my wife stayed for 3 nights. It was amazing stay overall. The room was nice, warm and comfy. The area was good. Receptionist was good. Overall everything was beyond our expectation. Next time I am staying in same room and same place. I opted for studio room .

I did not bit like cleanliness....although it was clean but still carpet was not much cleaned.

Nous avons pris un grand bungalow de 4 personnes pour 2 . Donc cela faisait comme un grand studio . C’est fonctionnel, propre , mais évidement pas de decorations personnelles pas d’âme en fait .

Un peu cher pour le studio et le lieu , il n’y avait aucun touriste quasiment et la ville est dépressive ! Aucune envie de rester dans ce coin en fait

Clean and comfortable two-bedroom cabin. The staff who checked us in were lovely and provided wonderful information for sightseeing, food options and more. The park was clean and well maintained.

Lovely cabin just a short walk from restaurants. Clean, quiet, and spacious in a lovely setting that would be beautiful in summer (near a creek, surrounded by bush).

On the pricier side unless you're a Top 10 member. We'd have stayed longer if it cost a bit less. Instead we drove home after our tramp.

The room had everything needed for a longer stay. It caters for all budgets including camping and bedroom only. Good place for a family to stay. As I had a self-catering room, I didn't need to use the cooking, bathroom and entertainment facilities, but they looked good.

It would have been better if there was a pool

Loved the location of the unit, close to a stream and lots of trees. The staff were very helpful and the facilities clean and well maintained.

Perfectly located to walk into Ohakune. Spacious for 2 people. A well equipped kitchen. Lovely tiled bathroom with huge shower - seems to have been recently done up. Very clean throughout. Great to have parking right outside.

I love the fact the cabin we stayed in had two sets of bunk beds. It makes fitting a young family of 5 really easy!

Incredible stay. Great location, very clean and comfortable, walking distance to town and great staff that make you feel welcome. Highly recommend this place, better than the motels. we stayed in unit 10 down by the stream. Great BBQ setup and quiet and relaxing.

We stayed one night in a motel unit and everything met our expectations. We received a friendly welcome and had a very comfortable stay. Ohakune is a beautiful place and we were glad we chose to make a stop there.

We stayed here recently for 2 nights to visit the Tongariro National Park. The studio we booked was pleasant and had a single room which contained the kitchen, dining area and bed room, with ensuite bathroom. The facilities were good for self catering, as there was a double hob and a microwave, as well as kettle and toaster. Outside there was also a brand new gas bbq to be shared with the rooms next door. There was a small table and two chairs on a verandah, as well as a large bench table by the bbq. My only complaint would be that the fridge was noisy, so I needed to wear earplugs at night but I usually find this is the case with hotel fridges. The surrounding area is beautiful and well worth visiting. If you were staying for a long period you may find this room inconvenient as there was no wardrobe or drawers to unpack into, but as we only stayed 2 nights we would not have unpacked anyway.

Stayed in one of the motels, which was just as good as a nice hotel. Great service. Great facilities - especially if you travel with kids. Only thing was the limited use of wifi, which was a bit of a nuisance.

Karen suggested we upgrade to a motel given the torrential rain we were experiencing. It was such a blessing to have a fully self contained unit, especially with the kids.

I stayed in one of the ensuite rooms, in a lovely bush location with a stream. Everything was in walking distance. Definitely on my list when I return.

The campsite was Within walking distance to town. No traffic noise was heard.

Everything was so clean and functional. The kids loved it and it was a stress-free and enjoyable stay.
