It had a restaurant that was great. A guy singing and playing Cuban music. Beautiful grounds and pool. Free airport shuttle, and offered shuttle service to the cruise port for a reasonable price.

Llegué al aeropuerto de Miami , me dijeron que un bus vendría por mi familia y esperamos 50 minutos sin que pase un solo bus. Una vergüenza. Pedí un Uber luego de 1 hora y cuando estaba subiendo ahí llegó el bus. No pude cancelar el Uber y regresé en Uber . Muy mal servicio siendo que el sheraron y el marriot por ejemplo enviaron 3 buses en el tiempo que el hilton no había pasado… llegar del viaje Ely esperar casi una hora me pareció la peor experiencia … agotado y con calor 1 hora para que llegue el bus que además no paro …

08.08.2026 у меня был день рождения,никакого комплимента/поздравлений ни от сотрудников,ни от отеля не последовало..... Вечером около зоны бассейна у супруга пропали кроксы....., вечером,на следующее утро реакция персонала была следующей: ничего не видели,ничего не знаем,помочь не можем.

The room was big and spacious, clean with good smell. The Desk Manager went above and beyond to grant our request for breakfast when we arrived very early in the morning for checking in after getting off the Cruise ship that morning. That was EXCELLENT service!

The location was somewhat inconvenient, as there were not many dining options nearby. The rooms were only semi-clean. While the beds were comfortable, there was noticeable dust throughout the room, and there appeared to be mold around the lamps. The lamps also did not have covers, which was concerning. The cleanliness of the hotel’s common areas also needs significant improvement. The lobby appeared to be the only area that had been cleaned. The vent near the lobby, along the stairs leading upstairs, was visibly dirty, and the floors appeared unclean and in need of shampooing. The bathroom also had a vent in the shower area with a considerable amount of dust around it. Overall, the property appeared dusty and would benefit from a more thorough and consistent cleaning routine. The breakfast experience was also somewhat disorganized. When my group went for breakfast, the staff was unsure whether breakfast was included, resulting in a lot of back-and-forth. I stayed for two nights, and on the third day, I was informed that breakfast was not included, which was frustrating and inconsistent. One positive aspect was the shuttle service to the port. However, at approximately $17 per person, I feel the shuttle fee should be a flat rate rather than charged per person. Overall, there are several areas where the hotel could improve, particularly cleanliness, communication regarding amenities, and transportation pricing.

Convenient to the airport.

Our room had an ancient portable fridge in the middle of the floor. My view from the bed was of the rear of the fridge and I had to manouver around it during the night. We ordered two meals through room service. In both cases they got them wrong. Everything was priced sky high!

The hotel staff were friendly, the food and the drinks at the bar 10/10!!! We arrived late, so we went straight to the bar, lol. I can't remember names, but the man and woman working gave great suggestions on what to order or we were just hungry!! Nah, but good n drinks I loved. The shuttle driver was very helpful in getting to and from the airport and the port. We enjoyed the staff!!

The smell of the room was moldy n mildewed!!! It was so strong i really was ready to jus turn around n leave!! My husband says we're only here a few hours, so let's get some rest, n it'll be time to head to the port b4 u, no it. I wanted to let them know about it really bad!!! Also the price for the shuttle is incorrect on here it's not $13 it's $17 per person for the shuttle to the port but u can arrange for a pick up to get to the airport when u come back for $17 n that is per person. Oan, please do not go to zone 22 when u go to be picked up from the airport. Go to Zone 1 to 5 bc at zone 22. The shuttle is already full, n they dont stop!!! Also, they don't answer the phone when ur tryin to call about it or text to see where to go or the time for pick up!! I stepped out n the rd n flagged the shuttle dwn and that's how I found out which is crazy bc ull be standing out there all night if u go by what the email they send u say. I jus was disappointed in those things bc its a nice hotel, but when ppl are visiting for the 1st time, they need details n need to be able to talk to ppl so they no whats goin on!!! N work on those rooms smellin like it has water damage!! U can't slap paint over it n call it ok pull up the carpet n find out why it smells that way bc nobody wants to stay in that!! Im just glad it was for 1 night for us. But I liked the staff very helpful, friendly, and enjoyed them.

Frustrated with the cleanliness, elevator appearance and got stuck. No one answered phone when we called for a few different questions and when stuck in elevator. Information not accurate about shuttle from airport. The pool bar never opened, was left to order pizza since there was gaps in dining options. No paper plates available. Pool towels not available all the time. No laundry service on Sunday when we needed it and not explained when we asked Saturday. Disappointed this stay in comparison to prior year.

Crazy growling noise in our room. But I called and they said they would look in to it. They did but took awhile. They didn’t have a room for us since it was on booking.com but we were discounted to upgrade and had to check in early (more $) to get the room. Ugh! But it was a great stay. I just need to quit using Booking.com because this wasn’t the first time.

Tuve un upgrade de habitación a una suite por solo 25 USD mas. El desayuno fue excelente. Muy buena bolleria y panadería.

Vanessa the manager, front desk staff, and concierge’s service were excellent, extremely helpful, however they don’t have a lunch menu room service, Which is incredibly inconvenient when you’re checking in during lunch hours. In addition the room service attendant hung the phone up when I was trying to find out how to place orders to the pool bar restaurant. Hilton corporation should try to fix this problem for the guest staying here. I doubt if I will stay at this hotel in the future.

Entrada muy tarde a la habitación. Entregaron después del horario. Muy mala atención de la gerenta en los espacios comunes donde todos los alojados querían ver el partido final del mundial. No tenía teléfono la habitación para pedir servicio.

The shuttle from and to the airport worked perfectly. The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff at the restaurant and the breakfast cafe were very kind and helpful. The swimming pool was great for our free morning. Would stay here again and recommend it!

Price of parking i believe was too high, particularly considering the parking is so big. As many flight crews stay there, it is quite busy in the lobby, particularly during check out times.
