It’s centrally located.Great value and excellent service.

Parking is always a problem.

We flew into Miami Airport and took the free hotel shuttle. We had an overnight stay before our cruise the next day. Check in was quick and easy. The Hotel was clean and tidy. Staff for friendly and helpful. The hotel had a restaurant available, but a little on the pricey side and we did not try it. There were several choices of nearby restaurants within walking distance. They also for a fee can make travel arrangements to the cruise port the next morning which was very helpful as there were six of us and all the luggage.

Would have to of seen a more affordable food options within the hotel itself.

The location was perfect, the shuttle service was appreciated, and the staff (especially Carlos) made the stay memorable enough that I will be staying again and also recommending.

The room was not as clean but other than that, nothing.

Airport Shuttle didn't stop at first, but after 30min it did and left us on the entrance of the Hotel.

Debe ser modernizado se ve que es un hotel antiguo que lo mantienen. Más si requiere una inyección de dinero para ponerlo perfecto . No funciona los botones del ascensor me costó hacer que vaya al Lobby Las almohadas de la habitación duras .

Das Hotel war komplett überbucht. Wir haben erst gesagt bekommen, dass unser Zimmer in einer halben Stunde fertig sei und wurden mit einem Getränke Gutschein vertröstet. Nach 4 Stunden wurde uns dann gesagt, es gäbe absolut kein Zimmer mehr. Gebucht und bezahlt war schon längst! Unsere Möglichkeiten waren von dem Hotel in ein anders transferiert zu werden, ein Hotel welches wesentlich schlechter war (eine Preis Erstattung gäbe es nicht) oder zu stornieren. Wir kamen um kurz vor 20 Uhr an, mussten am nächsten Tag um 8 Uhr abreisen und mussten uns um Mitternacht noch ein neues Hotel suchen! Eine reine Katastrophe! Der Anwalt ist bereits eingeschaltet. Danke für nichts!

Chegamos às 20hs para fazer o check in , as 22:30hs fomos informados que o hotel estava cheio e nos e outras 30 pessoas que estavam esperando na recepção estavam com ovebook e iríamos ser transferido para outro hotel . Que a reserva feita pelo Booking nao seria honrada. O mais decepcionante é que fomos cobrados duas vezes, a primeira o PULLMAN debitou nossa diária no cartão como no-schow e o hotel que nos encaminhou ( muito inferior ) também cobrou a diária. REZEM

It was close to the airport and it was clean. We had drinks and tacos at the bar they were very good and the staff at the bar were very friendly.

The front desk personel seemed very short with us. Very quick answers not very personable. It seemed like he just wanted us out of the way.

You should be heartist not only on trainings but in real operations as well. My 60 years old mother came to fully prepaid stay. Very poor English and EU bank blocking pre authorisation for extras. I have asked manager in duty to put “no post” and empty the mini bar. So my mum gets only what is fully prepaid, which is accommodation. But yet and still it took around half an hour after 13 hours flight. Very disappointing experience for her. I think sometimes you should deal by case and not being robotic. Otherwise we would have AI at check in desk.

Staff was very accommodating. I stayed for one night and they have extended my check out due to some circumstance. Wifi is very fast and room is a bit old but clean. They alao have airport shuttle.

J’ai trouvé des cheveux dans le lit ! La literie était tachée à plusieurs endroits et l’odeur n’était pas fameuse ! Pour un PULLMAN très déçu de cette qualité ! La piscine a de la moisissure apparente à certains endroits et le mobilier est détériorée (ex : les fauteuils en cuir beige)

The fact that your shuttle ran early

No complimentary coffee for the early travelers who is taking the shuttle before the coffee shop opens.

Ten view form the pool is mesmerizing! It definitely worth to spend some time during the sunset hour. :)

Unfortunately it is far from Pullman experiences in Europe. Staff is rather reluctant - you have to drag information on the facilities from them; a/c seems to be automated - you cannot handle it in the room, it does not change according to your settings; requires more thorough cleaning; and the cherry on the pie was the huge cockroach in the bathroom. There’s quite a few hotels around Miami airport, will choose something else next time.

I found the parking fee to be a little expensive. After my stay, I chose another hotel with a similar room rate that included free parking, which I felt offered better overall value.

No tuve aire acondicionado desde que llegué al hotel, no se podían abrir las ventanas de la habitación, y el personal de recepción era una sola persona por lo que la fila era bastante larga.

The room was very outdated and did not look anything like the photos of the room when I booked it. It wasn’t very clean there was hairs all over my shower, the bed was poorly made. It definitely didn’t feel luxurious like it said when I booked it. The hotel looks beautiful at the front desk area but outside of that was kind of grungy.

Apart from being waterside location the property has nothing positive to mention.

Where to start, first it is a very dated property. Mould and cracks in windows, broken curtains and leaking toilet in our room. The property badly needs a renovation. The hotel bus they used for airport shuttle is dated beyond description. Second, the property front desk is very slow, and always expect delay from them . When asking about cruise terminal distance or general supermarket distance they seem clueless. They refused us breakfast even though it was in my booking . Their system was not updated with third party booking apps and the font desk lectured us that we should not book via third party and only use their website to avoid this in future. Definitely not a pleasant stay.

I booked and paid for a room for August 4th but was denied entry. My European card failed for the deposit, and the hotel strictly insisted on a physical card in person at the front desk. They stated that because I booked through Booking.com and not directly on the hotel website, no online payments or transfers were possible. Even though the cardholder was on the phone ready to pay, staff refused to help. I spent the entire night right after my flight, from 9 PM to 6 AM—waiting in the lobby for the morning shuttle without ever getting my room. I still havent received my payment for the room ( its not 3 weeks later )

Nothing really. My floor stunk, no one came to clean my room even after I placed the thing on door requesting service.

Everything. No microwave no fridge. Nothing. Also had to pay for parking even after I paid for it. Which was another headache.

El personal, la señora que me atendió en recepción Super mal encarada y no me apoyaba en mis dudas, al contrario, se enojaba.

El hotel defrauda cuando llegas.. La recepcion que mas o menos esta bien (con plantas artificiales en Miami!) tiene olor a perro mojado. El cuarto es lo mas parecido a una pelicula de Pocel y Olmedo, todo muy viejo, SUCIO (tapizados de sillon con lamparones), aire acondicionado que no te deja dormir del ruido que hace, espejo cpn manchas de humedad, luz insuficiente en el cuarto y en general todo bastante feo. El personal LE PONE MUCHA ONDA, aun asi se nota que estan como desmotivados, actuan como si supieran que deben compensar las malas instalaciones. Pedi cambio de cuarto por el ruido del aire y me lo otorgaron sin problema. El shuttle muy bien. Nada malo que decir. El chofer es amable y el servicio es re puntual.

Secondo soggiorno al Pullman Miami Airport. Ottima esperienza, camera al sesto piano ad angolo, con doppia vetrata, molto bella. Pulizia adeguata, buon comfort del sonno e acustico. Colazione abbondante, di qualità, servita al ristorante al piano terra: staff cordiale e cibo molto buono. Servizio navetta da e per l’hotel anch’esso molto comodo: in dieci minuti si raggiunge l’hotel per, senza stress. Il quartiere è tranquillo e sicuro.

L’età delle camere inizia a farsi vedere: l’impianto di condizionamento dell’aria, sebbene funzionante, non era regolabile efficacemente nonostante il termostato. La camera tendeva ad essere molto fredda, costringendomi a spegnere periodicamente la climatizzazione per ristabilire una temperatura adeguata. Una migliore manutenzione sicuramente aiuterebbe a guadagnare maggior comfort.

La habitación olia a cigarrillo, pero cuando nos fuimos a dormir, mi hija dejo caer un juguete debajo de la cama, me agache a recogerlo y habia debajo de la cama, restos de pétalos de rosa, medias sucias y ropa interior sucia. No pedi cambio porque ya era muy tarde en la noche y tenia vuelo temprano. Ademas el cobro del parqueadero lo hicieron doble vez y muy costoso 70 dolares. NO tenian botones, ni carrito para las maletas, por lo q me toco hacer varias subidas y bajadas.

Durante 2 días no vinieron a limpiar la habitación, recién lo hicieron el 3er día. Tuvimos que solicitarlo varias veces. Por otra parte el personal del front desk no sólo ha sido poco amable sino que al hacer el Check Out nos indicaron que saliéramos del estacionamiento de una manera y estuvimos 15 minutos tratando de salir sin que nos respondieran, trabando a su vez el tránsito de los demás vehículos. Creo que las únicas personas amables fueron las muchachas que atendían la cafetería. Deben mejorar su trato al cliente en un 100%

Tienen una falta de comunicación para coordinar ciertas cosas muy grande. No está avisado en ningún lado que no hacen limpieza todos los días, que de hecho no es un problema, pero cuando pedí que saquen la basura del baño y de la habitación, lo que hicieron fue dejarme la funda de basuras sobre lavabo del baño, y eso no corresponde a un HOTEL de ese valor. Pregunté por qué me iban a llegar unos paquetes de Amazon. Me dijeron que sólo necesitaba poner mi nombre, pero cuando quise retirarlos en la noche y hizo falta un formulario que no me habían dicho antes. Pedí un late check Out cuando llegué a mi habitación pasada la hora. No pude acceder porque estaba bloqueada las llaves y me tomó tres veces regresar al Front Desk para que me deshabilite el bloqueo de la llave. Nada es tan grave pero es una falta de comunicación y de coordinación entre los empleados y genera una molestia innecesaria.

Mi experiencia fue muy decepcionante. El hotel no informó antes de la reserva que el servicio de limpieza de las habitaciones se realizaba únicamente cada tres días. Mi habitación permaneció varios días sin limpieza 5 días en total después de tantas insistencia, estuve sin cambio de toallas y sin el aseo básico, pese a mis constantes reclamos y no quisieron hacer un reembolso al desear cancelar la reservación .Lo más grave fue la desaparición de un artículo personal .Al reportarlo, el personal negó cualquier responsabilidad y no ofreció una solución ni una investigación satisfactoria. Esperaba un hotel seguro y un mejor trato hacia sus huéspedes.

The AC was broken in EVERY ROOM and they didn’t tell us before swiping cards. The rooms were mildewed and moldy. The TV didn’t work. It was so humid you could scoop a cup of water out of the air.

What I liked most was the location, especially if you need to stay close to the airport. The email instructions before arrival were clear and easy to follow, and the shuttle service worked well. The room was spacious and comfortable, making the stay pleasant overall.

The pool is nice and it has a waterfall. The rooms are very spacious and have nice views of the lagoon and the city. The bar and restaurant are really lovely. I had the Baja shrimp tacos which were fabulous. The mojito was great too.

There are no changing tables in the men’s and women’s restrooms on floor 2 which I found really unusual. My daughter had to change her baby on the floor in one of the hallways. I intentionally planned to eat at the bar before going to the airport and was informed when I got down there that they were not serving food because they had just made a bunch of food for a conference/summit that was happening at the hotel. I mean I get it - But I did plan my day around eating there because it was so lovely the evening before so I was disappointed. It would have been nice to have known the night before that the bar would be closed to food for in the middle of the day.

No pidieron identificación a mi familia, lo que quiere decir que es un riesgo porque no hay controles de identidad. Yo mismo descargue y transporte mis maletas de mi carro al hotel.

The front desk staff had a very bad attitude, I’ve request for towels twice in separate days that never came, in 3 days never came to clean the room.

I arrived at 10:30 PM expecting to use the hotel shuttle service, which was advertised as running every 30 minutes until midnight. Unfortunately, the shuttle never arrived. I called the hotel and was informed that the shuttle service had ended for the night due to an unforeseen event. No email was sent informing of this before I arrived. The staff member told me she would send someone to pick me up, but no one ever showed up. After waiting, I had no choice but to take a taxi to the hotel. Upon arrival, I requested reimbursement for the taxi fare and some form of compensation for the inconvenience. I was told that neither was possible. Instead, I was given the manager's business card and informed that she was off that day. What disappointed me most was not the initial problem, as unforeseen events can happen, but the hotel's response. The staff spent considerable time explaining why the situation occurred and why nothing could be done, yet made no meaningful effort to resolve the issue or make things right. I hope hotel management will contact me to address this matter. If I do not hear from anyone within one week, I will post this review on Google Reviews so that other travelers are aware of my experience.
