Everything was good.The free breakfast, and absolutely loved the transportation for free from the airport to your hotel. We loved our view. I took pictures from our window in the evening.

The mattress on the sofa bed it was so uncomfortable. My back and hip hurt for like 2 days. Definitely could use a larger garbage can. We had six people for adults and two children and that's how it was when we made the reservation. When we got there there was only two bath towels. But the front office did get us four more.

Very close to the airport and they offer shuttle service. Staff was very friendly. Room was very comfortable. Lobby was very nice.

We were scammed by a local food company slid a piece of paper under our door. And when we ordered the food, the food was not cooked.

The woman who checked us in during the evening, I believe her name was Lisa, was extremely welcoming and kind. I liked the view of the lagoon from our room.

The carpet in the hallway on the third floor was a little musty smelling, but the room smelled great.

Variado em se tratando de hotéis nos USA. O local era bem tranquilo e fácil de se acomodar

Testaram um alarme sobre um incêndio que estava acontecendo no hotel, porém, não foi avisado aos hóspedes que se tratava de uma nova empresa que estava em fase de teste. Mas lembrando que em hotéis, são vários tipos de pessoas que se hospedam, inclusive, eu e minha filha, estávamos com um bebê que estava dormindo no momento e foi uma loucura descer pelas escadas para quando chegamos na parte de fora do hotel, sermos avisadas que esqueceram de avisar que era apenas um teste. Isso foi simplesmente horrível!!!

The check in Staff rude uncooperative except when John got the 4 hours later at least he took my name down on a clip board I ask once each hour for 5 hours if the room was ready . When the lobby filled up three times and shuttle bus came and went. Rest assured there was obviously race discrimination as all of the very black folks got rooms and my family wait five hours

Close to the airport, great location

Outside looks a bit dated, didn’t have a great impression on approach. Room is spacious, basic but ok. The bathroom toiletries were all empty on arrival. TV in bedroom also had no connection and wouldn’t work. Damp smell in hallway, didn’t affect our room but wasn’t pleasant approaching room. There were some sort of large industrial dehumidifiers plugged in outside the room.

Nothing was wrong about the property. It was wonderful. but the thug black clientele that was staying there disregarding everyone else in the hotel after 11 PM running up and down the hallways, hollering, slamming doors and everybody’s afraid to say anything to them because they might cause a riot or the hotel will be afraid they will damage the rooms so they just let them run amuck and now I’m probably going to be labeled a racist but somebody has to start saying it other than that my stay was great and I will be back in January. Thanks for listening.

The breakfast menu needs to upgrade and please have someone younger work along with the elderly lady for a more faster better service she is great but give her help.

The sizes and convenience of the two bedroom was great and the convenience of two bathrooms was even better

The bedrooms were warmer the than the living room so maybe some stand fans would help of my see if the room’s a/c needs servicing

I like that this hotel offers a 2 bedroom suites. The service was great from arriving up untill we check out. Receiving packages was well organized, well pack and ready for us when we check in. we received every package without any mess up and was giving a great discount on the packages.

I didn't like that they weren't enough trollies to help us take our packages up to our room. We had to make alot of trips up and down to the room.

I would like to recognize the front desk manager for this hotel- Linda. She was super helpful in ensuring our rooms were satisfactory but also ensured we had everything for our vacation. She was always attentive and willing to provide support and advice to us. I would recommend this hotel to anyone because of employees that are committed like Linda .

Shuttle bus driver Jorge was very kind and fast. He gave me & my mom ice cold water on this hot day. Ride was smooth.

My wife and I were thoroughly disappointed with our stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton Blue Lagoon Miami Airport. Our experience started off poorly with the airport shuttle. The hotel advertises complimentary shuttle service, but it only runs once an hour. We had just missed it and ended up waiting nearly an hour. We had called the hotel ahead of time, provided our names and my phone number, and still almost missed the shuttle because it was difficult to identify. Unlike the clearly marked shuttles from other hotels, theirs was a plain black van with nothing more than a small paper sign taped to the window. When we arrived on our floor, we were immediately hit with a strong mildew odor as soon as we stepped off the elevator. We assumed there had been a water leak and notified management. They seemed surprised and said they would have the facilities team spray something. Unfortunately, the odor was still there the next morning, leading us to believe this is an ongoing issue. The elevator itself was also ridiculously slow. There were multiple occasions when we had to wait an unreasonable amount of time just to get to or from our floor. Given the size of the property, the elevator service was another frustrating aspect of the stay. The room itself was also disappointing. It didn’t appear to have been cleaned thoroughly before our arrival. There were crumbs and debris on the floor, and the microwave and refrigerator were dirty enough that we cleaned them ourselves with Clorox wipes. We also noticed that the beds did not appear to have mattress protectors or mattress covers, which was particularly concerning given the overall cleanliness issues we encountered. To make matters worse, there was visible mold on the bedroom ceiling, which is unacceptable. I’ve included photos. Breakfast was another letdown. It ended at 9:00 a.m., which is unusually early, especially for a weekend. Most hotels serve breakfast until at least 10:00 a.m. Even more disappointing, the staff began removing the food while guests were still coming downstairs to eat. The online photos are misleading and appear to have been taken when the property was new. The hotel is in serious need of renovation and much better upkeep. After just one night, we decided to check out early and book another hotel. Unfortunately, this was my first and will definitely be my last stay here. For a Hilton property, I expected a significantly higher standard of cleanliness, maintenance, and overall guest experience.

They have charged me a no show and my actual stay. They have acknowledged the wronged double charge and know why they have made the mistake. But they have not refunded me because booking.com despite all the requested docs they have received is not doing anything.

The room was very spacious. The views from my room were spectacular. The beds were very comfortable.

Breakfast food selection was very limited. Afternoon snack options were not to my liking. Afternoon Coffee was cold in each container

Fantastic First Visit! This was our first visit as a family, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, Manager Megan and Assistant Manager Jason made us feel genuinely welcome. They were both friendly, professional, and attentive, taking the time to make sure everything was perfect for us. Their positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out and made our visit even more enjoyable. It's not often that you come across a management team that goes above and beyond to ensure every customer has such a positive experience. Megan and Jason clearly care about their customers and their team, and it shows in the warm and welcoming atmosphere they create. A big thank you to both of you for making our family's first visit such a memorable one. We left with smiles on our faces and will definitely be returning. You are both a real credit to the business. Highly recommended!

The shuttle runs on the hour, every hour and you need to put your name on the list with the front desk for your desired time. Yuri was our driver and was very helpful with giving us this information in advance so that it was a seamless experience for us upon our departure. The room was clean, and the breakfast was enjoyed by the littles in our family. It was replenished quickly and there was ample seating…which is rare to find. Would stay here again upon another visit to the area.

As a longtime Hilton Honors member and current Gold Member, I've stayed at many Hilton properties over the years. I chose this hotel for our seven-day stay in Miami because I've consistently had good experiences with the Hilton brand. The staff I encountered were friendly and professional, but several parts of this stay fell below the standard I've come to expect. The suite had several noticeable issues. There were no sheer curtains in either the living room or bedroom. The shower head was mounted so high that my girlfriend, who is 5'2", couldn't reach it to adjust it. The carpeting looked worn and stained. There was also very little space between the bed and the closet, making the closet difficult to access. During our stay, the bathroom sink faucet became loose and started leaking. Housekeeping tried to repair it, but the leak became even worse. The Front Office Manager offered to move us to another room, which I appreciated. However, because we were in Miami for an important personal matter and had already unpacked, moving rooms would have been more disruptive than helpful, so we chose to make it work. The Front Office Manager then credited my Hilton Honors account with the equivalent of one night's stay. I didn't ask for compensation, and I appreciated the gesture. My concern isn't how the staff responded after the problems were found. It's why the room was considered ready for guests in the first place. Missing sheer curtains, worn carpeting, and a leaking faucet should have been identified before the room was placed into service. After reporting several issues during our stay, we eventually stopped because it didn't seem to make a difference. Noise was another challenge. The bedroom air-conditioning unit was loud, and there was a constant hum from HVAC equipment outside the windows. The windows did little to block the noise. It affected our sleep enough that we ended up using earplugs at night. Breakfast was adequate, but one practice stood out. Milk was served in a shared pitcher that every guest handled throughout breakfast. While this may be convenient for the hotel, it created an avoidable hygiene concern that took away from the overall guest experience. The elevators also had recurring issues. They didn't display whether they were going up or down, and on three to five occasions an elevator stopped at our floor without opening its doors. Instead, it continued to other floors before eventually returning. The outdoor patio also served as the hotel's smoking area, making it difficult to enjoy whenever guests were smoking. In addition, when we needed extra towels or other basic supplies, we were simply told to pick them up at the front desk instead of having them brought to the room. None of these issues alone would have defined our stay. Together, however, they reflected a level of quality below what I've come to expect from Hilton. To be clear, I'm not seeking compensation. I appreciate the one-night Hilton Honors credit that was voluntarily extended, and my purpose in writing this is simply to provide honest feedback that may help improve the guest experience. To the management team, thank you for taking the time to read this review. My hope isn't to receive another apology, but to see these concerns addressed at their source. The staff I encountered were courteous and did their best to help. My goal is not to criticize them, but to help improve the guest experience so future guests receive the level of quality that has kept me choosing Hilton over the years. I simply want the Hilton standards back.

Hotel cómodo para llegar con el auto, y a 15/20 minutos de todos los puntos importantes de Miami y a 30 del hard rock stadium ( Vamos Argentina carajo !!!!!) a 200 metros hay varios comercios gastronómicos y cruzando la avenida un complejo de varios comercios . La pileta muy limpia, te dan toallas, muy lindo el entorno y tranquilo. El desayuno es correcto, hasta las 09:00 , no te duermas, no hay gran variedad pero lo que hay es todo muy bueno. Los habitaciones son cómodas y en mi caso que somos 7 muy práctica ya que hay cocina, heladera, lavavajillas, hay laverrap, parrillas mirando el lago , muy bien todo nada que quejarme

I can’t believe I had to pay for parking $18 overnight. I rented a car to be comfortable and found out that I have to pay for parking really?! If you don’t want random people to park in your spot then build a gate or security but don’t charge the guests.

Stayed here pre-cruise. Room was spacious and clean, digital key worked great (though I did have to circle back to the front desk for my gold water bottles). Breakfast was standard hotel but had enough waffle irons so that even when it was crowded there was an open iron to use. Lovely view across the water from our room. I also liked that the bedroom in the 1br suites is tucked away from the hall, so even if the halls were noisy, we wouldn’t have been able to hear it. Airport transportation was quick and friendly, although the call tree was a little confusing (if you press 1 for airport shuttle, it brings you to a recording about the number to call for the airport shuttle, which…I just did that? and then doesn’t let you do anything else. I had to call back and wait for someone to pick up). Quick drive from the airport.
