Having recently stayed with my family at the Royal Wing Suites & Spa Hotel in Pattaya, I would like to highly recommend this 5-star luxury hotel to everyone. I have been fortunate enough in my life to have stayed at many luxury hotels in Thailand over the years. However, I can honestly say that this hotel, in my opinion, goes above and beyond the call of duty to look after their guests. The attention to detail from the staff to make sure that their guests have a wonderful time & experience while staying at the hotel is truly unbelievable. The rooms are spotlessly clean. the food is delicious and the facilities at the hotel are excellent. It's clear to see that ALL the staff that work at the Royal Wing Suites & Spa Hotel are extremely happy to work there, and this, in turn, is passed down onto their guests. I would like to personally thank the general manager and all the staff who work at the Royal Wing Suites & Spa Hotel for looking after me and my family whilst on holiday. We have been to the Royal Wing at Royal Cliffs a number of times. It is located on a peninsular seaway from Pattaya and so very family friendly. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming and the staff absolutely great. Service and interaction probably the best I have experienced. We love the facilities (lots of pools, sports etc) with enough restaurants on site to enable us to feed our girls (3,6) without travelling. A full and positive recommendation.

We honestly can’t remember how many times we have stayed at Royal Wing Suites & Spa over the years, just like my parents before us. What we do know is that our 6 year old daughter has already been here four times and keeps asking when we are coming back. That says it all. Every visit feels like coming home. From the moment you arrive, the entire team goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome, valued and completely at ease. The beautiful pool area, with pool butlers providing exceptional service, is pure relaxation. The à la carte breakfast is something we look forward to every single morning and remains one of the highlights of every stay. The rooms are spacious, practical, elegant and incredibly comfortable. Even on a rainy day, spending time in your room feels like a pleasure rather than a compromise. What truly makes this place special is the people. The kindness and professionalism of everyone, from the restaurant staff and reception team to management, housekeeping and even the gardeners, create a warm and genuine atmosphere that is hard to find elsewhere. In fact, the most difficult decision you will have to make here is choosing which of the two elevators to take when both are already waiting for you with their doors open in the lobby. That perfectly sums up the attention to detail and level of service throughout the resort. We are already counting down to our next stay. To be honest, we no longer feel the need to look elsewhere because it is hard to imagine finding this level of hospitality, comfort and care anywhere else. It was our 18th stay since 2011. We always spend the happiest time at the Royal Wing. Everything perfectly welcomes us back to our another home. Everybody remembers us as well as our preferences for the suite, poolside bed, breakfast menu and so on. We don't need to tell our likes upon each stay. This time, we spent 8 nights there. But it's still not enough. We want to live there. A stay for 3 or 4 nights is too short to enjoy the ultimate service fully. Most of the time during our stay, we stayed by the poolside or in the suite, including at dinner time. We didn't want to leave the resort for amusements and meals. We want to stay in the Royal Wing as much as possible. It will be a year until our next stay. This is our biggest problem in our life. We wish we could live there. The only one issue is the strong Thai Baht. The price of the suite hasn't changed since 2011, but Thai Baht became twice against Japanese yen^^;

We recently spent 3 nights at the Royal Wings Suites and had the most excellent experience. The hotel is immaculate with beautiful views, a relaxing pool area and outstanding food. The service was second to none - every staff member made us feel cared for and comfortable. Peter looked after us during breakfast and lunch, while Tassanee ensured our sunbeds were ready for us each morning when we arrived at the pool, and our drinks were on hand whenever we wanted them. Shout-outs too for Nathakan & Atthiphan, who also provided impeccable service. The manager, Thibault regularly checked to ensure we had everything we required and were enjoying our stay. The hotel is perfectly located - far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Pattaya, yet close enough to easily explore. I would wholeheartedly recommend Royal Wings for a luxurious, relaxing stay, and we will definitely be returning. Thank you to all the staff for making this an unforgettable experience.

We just completed our fifth or sixth stay at RWS, and already look forward to our next stay. We have enjoyed many luxury holidays but no hotel provides the same level of service quality, refreshed accommodation and personal charm. The large free-form pool is the finest we have experienced. The rooms and exterior have been repainted, the rugs renewed in a different palette but most importantly the RWS team remain the same. It is remarkable to find a large hotel that is able to retain excellent staff, in all the front and back of house teams. They are the reason for the quality of RWS service: efficient, prompt, personable, and always offered with traditional Thai charm. You drive from the bustle of Pattaya into the expansive Royal Cliff Resort, coming to Royal Wing Suites and Spa. It presents as bold and contemporary. You enter a spacious and timeless grand Thai themed lobby. Ratchanee and Matheson greet you with genuine warmth as you check into the hotel. You are escorted to your suite. Every part of the hotel is immaculate. The rooms feel so clean. Every part of the complex is equally clean and tidy. "A" and Thon lead an attentive Pool Butler team. Peter is delightfully charming and hospitable at the Terrace and Le Ronde restaurants. Thibault, the hotel Manager, checks in daily to ensure you are enjoying your stay. It is no wonder that some guests stay for weeks and even months. And why we look forward to our next stay!

This is like vacation home to us, clean and nice room, good view, good foods and excellent services. It was a return visit because the memories from before have always stayed with me. From the very first moment I arrived, I felt the same warmth as always. Every staff member was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. It truly felt like coming back to a place that remembers you. I would like to sincerely thank the front office team, including Sitthikorn, Aiyakarn, Suchart, Mathusorn, Ratchanee, and Dominador, for their warm welcome and seamless service throughout my stay. A heartfelt thank you as well to the housekeeping team, including Bualoy, Paweena, Baisri, Supinya, Apasara, and Suthida, for keeping everything spotless and making the room feel comfortable and perfect every single day. We visited for the Dining By the Sea occasion - a truly magical experience, private dinner on the beach overlooking a beautiful sea. Truly unforgettable - the food was fantastic and the staff were so attentive. In particular Peter went to a great effort to make sure we had a wonderful time and that we enjoyed the meal. Food was fantastic and dietary requirements were fully catered for. Would happily visit again and recommend to anyone!

This is the restaurant with the most beautiful view I’ve ever been to in Pattaya. The atmosphere is great and peaceful, and the staff provides excellent service—they remembered what I ordered even though I don’t go there often. The food is delicious as well. The prices are reasonable for the quality and the stunning view, so I think it offers great value for money. The restaurant is very clean and well maintained, including the dining area and restrooms. The noise level is low and comfortable, which makes it a perfect place to relax and enjoy your meal with friends.

They say better late than never! The place has a style and level of service befitting one of the leading hotels of the world. I’ve had the pleasure of frequenting quite a few and can only say that this level of service is by far one of the best!! Attention to detail in every aspect is at its best When you return for the umpteenth time it’s usually because you feel welcome and recognised. To this end I can say I would be proud to call it my second home. This is highlighted by the teams senior manager Thibault Sellier who can only be described as Professional and personable. We have been at least 6 times to Royal Wing Suites and Spa. It has never disappointed. From the minute you arrive into the wonderful entry, and view, to when you leave, you are absolutely spoilt by the wonderful staff. The rooms all have a view over the fabulous pools and the sea. Breakfast is excellent and served beside the pool area by very attentive staff. My husband had a massage and found it excellent. We love going there. Special thanks to Ice, Ae,King,Mathuron and Iccey. You are all great.

Once more we are fortunate to be able to return to this "oasis". Why do we keep returning and writing reviews ? It is because they are deserving of our regular custom and of receiving recognition of the superb hotel. To keep returning year after year must mean something, and in our opinion we cannot wait each year for the annual visit. They call it a "home from home" and that really sums it up. From the moment one arrives in the opulent lobby, and during the entire stay it does feel so welcoming and friendly. Nearly every member of the staff remain here year after year, which adds to the pleasure of one's holiday. Even all one's personal requirements are remembered without having to mention them, which gives one such a good feeling of being special and welcome. No rooms, only suites with all that one can need, from daily fruit, chocolates, cold drinks in the fridge, bottles of water, flowers, etc. etc.. Even a little "nighttime" biscuit and chocolate on the pillow after the suite being "refreshed" each evening. No rushing out at 06.00 to put towels down on beds round the pool. Yours is reserved for the entire stay with pool butlers to see to everything, including cold towels, cold water and fruit skewers during the day. All the staff are amazing from the housekeeping, restaurants, reception, pool, spa, management, etc.. There are 4 hotels within the Royal Cliff complex of which the Royal Wing is the most exclusive and private, and all have a variety of different types of restaurants of which those we have chosen to eat at, have been excellent. Lastly a mention about "happy hour" where each evening those who wish to have a tipple before dining (in or out), meet up, and again it is not just the staff who remain the same but the guests as well. We have been regular visitors for couple of years now, returning every 3–4 months, and each stay only reinforces why we keep coming back. The suites are spacious and beautifully maintained with private beach access, and cleanliness, everything 5-star excellence. The resort is perfect for relaxing holidays and feels warm and welcoming. Our most recent stay was in December 2025 during Christmas and New Year, and it was once again outstanding. A very special mention must go to Aiyakarn, who is without a doubt one of the best staff members we have ever encountered in hospitality anywhere in the world. Her professionalism, kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care makes our every stay unforgettable. She understands preferences, and always goes above and beyond, a true asset to the Resort. Exceptional hotel with outstanding service. This is our third year of returning to The Royal Wing Suite and Spa and it never fails to exceed our expectations. The staff consistently achieve the balance of making you feel part of the family whilst treating you like royalty. I would also like to save a special thank you to Tong ( our pool butler) who every day goes above and beyond, he’s a true asset to the Royal Cliff hotel brand. If you’re looking for a location away from the hustle and bustle, with 6 star service then you need not look any further.

We stayed at this chain last year, but in a different building. Our New Year's Eve experience was a bit dampened by the Russian-speaking managers, who didn't convey all the information. This year, we decided to try again and had a fantastic experience. I'm very glad we chose this hotel! The grounds are beautiful, with lawns and lots of greenery, cleanliness everywhere, warm pools, individually priced breakfasts or a buffet breakfast in another building, daily room cleaning, plenty of water, a refilled bar, and wonderful compliments. The center is a 10-minute drive away, and a shuttle service runs around the grounds.I'd like to express my gratitude to all the staff for the cozy, cleanliness, delicious breakfasts, hospitality, and impeccable service! Special thanks to the reception staff for their warm welcome and smiles! We'll definitely be back again!

The Royal Wing is among the finest hotels in the Pattaya area. The rooms are spacious and clean, the views and grounds are fantastic, and the property is expertly managed to a very high standard. After 15 years, returning to the Royal Wing Suites felt like coming home. In terms of hospitality, this hotel offers something truly unique. The same familiar faces, the same warm smiles, and the same outstanding service it’s rare to find such consistency after so many years. A special thank you to Mr. Chaiyanan, who greeted us just as he did all those years ago, as well as to the General Manager, the housekeeping team, and the room service staff who delivered delicious food even in the middle of the night. Sometimes, words aren’t enough to describe an experience and this is one of those times. The Royal Wing Suites remains, without a doubt, the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

Royal Wing Suites & Spa - Extended Stay, Zero Regrets I planned to spend some time at the Royal Wing Suites & Spa and explore what Thailand has to offer. I've extended my stay and have yet to leave the hotel grounds - I simply haven't needed or wanted to. The Royal Wing isn't trying to be everything to everyone. It's focused entirely on one thing: making you forget your worries and the outside world. What Makes It Different: The service here operates on a level that I haven't experienced before. Dedicated deck chairs poolside, pool umbrellas adjusted around you as the sun moves. Fresh fruit and water appearing poolside. Staff calling elevators for you as you approach. They remember everything - your order, your dining preferences, your seating preferences, when and how you take your coffee are just a few examples. They'll do everything but cut up your food and feed you - though I suspect if you asked, they'd genuinely consider it. The Setup: Every room in the Royal Wing starts at suite level. The rooms are well-appointed and spacious, overlooking the pool and ocean. As a Royal Wing guest, you have access to all Royal Cliffs hotel group facilities - pools, restaurants, bars, gym, tennis courts, and more - but Royal Wing facilities are reserved exclusively for Royal Wing guests. One thing that struck me was the high percentage of regulars. Some stay 5-6 weeks at a time. When you see that, you realize this isn't just a nice hotel - it's somewhere special. Sunset Bar & Dining: Watching the boats go by and the sun go down from the Sunset Bar during happy hour became my routine. Change your mind about which restaurant? They already have a table booked for you. It's not just efficient - it's thoughtful. Who This Is For: This is for you if you need to completely decompress from life. If you want quiet luxury where nothing is ever a problem. If you're after service that anticipates rather than reacts. The atmosphere is relaxed and service-oriented, with a peaceful focus. Exceptional stay at Royal Wings Pattaya! Impeccable service from Mr. Sellier and team. Loved the pillow bar, proactive breakfast staff (even brought mosquito spray!), and top-notch pool service with fresh fruit, water, towels, and umbrellas. Unfortunately we stayed at the hotel in the rain season so we couldn’t truly enjoy the breathtaking view balcony due to lack of rain protection . I spend about 3 nights at the Wing hotel. Very relax, the pool is quiet and the service is good. Perfect egg benedict for breakfast, I had it every morning. I also recommend the Indian restaurant with the cheese nans. Finally, the gym is well equipped and the sauna is new. Nothing too much to ask for the staff.

We had the most wonderful family weekend at the Royal Wing. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Icy and Ice, who made us feel truly special and at home. The breakfast experience was excellent — so private and peaceful, almost like it was designed just for our family, which made mornings feel very relaxed. The gym facilities were a great bonus, allowing us to keep up with our routine, while the kids were over the moon with the slider — they didn’t want to leave! Everywhere we went, the atmosphere was calm, elegant, and very family-friendly, which made our stay not only enjoyable but also memorable. I had an amazing stay at his hotel, it truly offers everything you could want it one place. The suite was clean l, spacious, and every comfortable making it the perfect place to relax. The new pool was beautiful and well-maintained, ideal for both swimming pool and lounging. What really impressed me was the top-class fitness center, fully equipped and perfect for anyone who wants to stay active during their stay. The sauna and steam rooms were a great bonus, offering a relaxing escape after a workout or a long day. The spa service were excellent and added a real touch of luxury. On top of that, having a squash court right on the property was a fantastic option for indoor sports. Overall, this hotel combines comfort, wellness, and recreation all in one convenient location.

Outstanding and my new No1 hotel in Thailand and one of the best in Asia Part of the huge and impressive Royal Cliff complex it is their elite level and lives up to its billing. Big, beautiful rooms and 6-star service. Lovely food and pool was magnificent. I won’t stay anywhere else again in Thailand.

First time to stay in this hotel that was recommended by a friend. Comfortable suite with Jacuzzi and beautiful pool overlooking the sea. the staff was very helpful and helped for booking the Spa and restaurant nearby. Good breakfast also seated, which I like compare to buffet breakfast. I will be back soon.

Very nice hotel with private pool overlooking the sea. It is located on the huge resort with many restaurants and facilities. There have tennis courts were I practice with a coach, very friendly and professional. Love the breakfast on the Terrace many thanks to Khun Tassanee for the good service. I hope to have the chance to come back soon.

Excellent staff and service all around

I have just spent 4 nights at the Royal Wing. This beautiful hotel is located by the sea and has a stunning pool, private for the guests staying there. They put your name on brass plates on pool beds, feels like you have your private space. Also, the service is perfect, staff is very attentive. I will stay here again.

We came to the hotel in the morning, I asked if we could check in early. It was not a problem , the suite was ready. They asked us to sit in the lobby and offered welcome drinks and cold towels and explained about the resort.Very friendly staff and attentive. The suite was comfortable and offer a perfect sea view, I also used the new pickleball ball court and played with a staff for 1 hour.A lot of activities available around the resort.Hope to visit again.

I came to stay at the Royal Wing with my girlfriend for our Anniversary. They made a surprise beautiful decoration on our bed as a welcome wishing us a Happy Anniversary. The receptionist was very friendly and assisted us to book a nice Thai massage. Great time at the Spa, we had a perfect stay. We look forward to coming back soon.

The Royal Wing is a luxury hotel away from the noisy city and offer a private beautiful setting. I love the pool which is only for the guest of this hotel. The fitness centre is superb, you will find all the equipment you beed there with sauna and steam room as well as tennis courts.

Perfect destination a weekend getaway. The pool is exclusive for the guests staying at the hotel and they have delicious breakfast available on a stunning terrace overlooking the pool and see. Thank you to Mrs. Tassanee and her team for the great service. All the staff are very friendly and attentive, nothing is too much to ask! The Spa is also very good, the therapist gave the best oil massage I ever had.

Royal wing is an outstanding destination. Providing excellent services and ameneties. I personally like to swim, there were alot of pools in the hotel with a private beach. The service is amazing and the staff at the reception are super friendly and always ready to help with anything you need. My room was trully wonderful filled with ameneties you could ask for with a beach view. The hotel is luxurious indeed. Keep it up

The hotel is so stunning, surrounded with the natural beautiful cliffs and beaches. The food is really delicious, especially the Japanese restaurant they have. The staff are all well-trained, friendly, very impressive.

On our stay in Pattaya, we inspected the Royal Wing for a future stay and were very impressed. The location is fantastic. It is protected from the noisy city and is still central located. The front office was very friendly and approachable, showing us the beautiful rooms. All rooms are facing the sea with exclusive pool and private beach access for guests staying in this building, which is one part of a bigger hotel complex. It is the most beautiful and luxurious hotel we have seen in Pattaya and will definitely select for a future holiday in Pattaya.

Outstanding hotel and holiday. Location was great being just a shortly taxi ride down to the hustle and bustle of Walking Street. All of the staff were extremely polite and couldn't do enough for us. The room (Presidential Suite) was superb with a great sea view.

We loved the Luxury Hotel as there was no children. We wanted a quiet place & this was perfect! The restaurants, pool staff, room service & housekeeping were excellent! We couldn’t fault them!!

Incredible level of service and personalization in this integrated resort of 4 hotels. Amazing facilities including a selection of swimming pools, tennis courts, squash, fitness and spa. Royal Wing suites are exclusive and uncrowded at all times with their own freeform swimming pool and small beach. Separate infinity pool and semi- private beach available at the adjacent beach hotel in the same complex. Great sunset drink spots and wide range of excellent food choices - Breezio is highly recommended, perched above the semi private beach with excellent seafood. We visit the resort as a destination in itself but the resort is not located in the heart of Pattaya, it is south at Na Jomtien so plan accordingly.

You will not find better in pattaya.truly a luxurious oasis,yet only a 10 minute taxi to shopping +sleaze! Suites are lovely in a traditional style with lovely ocean views. They have an almost "homely "vibe:also spacious.staff are friendly + professional. The food and service in the "caprice"restaurant is the equivalent of the hotelde Paris in Monaco,at a very different price! The new infinity pool in another section of the royal cliff is one of the most beautiful pools i have ever seen!Bali+the Maldives would be jealous!

I would also like to extend my gratitude to Thibault Sellier, The General Manager. It was a pleasure to be personally welcomed by him. His dedication, organizational skills, and hands-on approach are truly commendable. Additionally, I appreciate Tassanee, the Restaurant Manager at Caprice, for her outstanding service, hospitality and eye for detail. I miss the breakfast inclusive rates which were there before on the website as it was more convenient. Overall, I had a wonderful experience, and I look forward to returning!

This was our first time staying at The Royal Wing. All I can say is that the place is wonderful. The facilities are top notch, the staff is very attentive. Simply put The Royal Wing is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Pattaya is a busy, vibrant city and coming to The Royal Wing is like stepping into a different world. Complex is dated a bit. Ceiling are low in the units, a tall person would not enjoy the property. They are very helpful and nice towards the patrons.

The Royal Wing was absolutely top notch. The room was an absolutely elegant traditional Thai decor , and so comfy. The food is great, the staff is amazing and so welcoming, I will absolutely be back here soon! Just a great experience all around.. and by the way, for those travelers who like a good strong air-conditioning (like me) in the room, these rooms definitely have it! You can keep your room nice and cool all day long! Overall, 5 stars all the way. Loved Royal Wings Suites!

Amazing places

It is hard to believe that once again we are here at our "home from home" and already our trip is heading towards the end. Each year we return at this time to this luxury hotel because that is exactly what it is. Look no further if you want exemplary personal service, basically by the same staff year after year. No rooms here, just suites (as the hotel name implies). Each one decorated in Thai style with everything you could need. We receive daily chocolates, flowers, fruit, and soft drinks in the fridge. There is a coffee and tea machine, daily newspaper, every sort of bathroom accessory and necessity together with a round jacuzzi bath, walk in shower, bath robes, slippers, plenty of towels, etc... There is nightly turn down service with fresh towels and yes, further chocolates and biscuits. Breakfast has almost every choice you could imagine, and there is no having to rush out to put books, etc. down around the pool as every guest has their allocated umbrella and sun bed for their whole stay, with the pool butlers there to put out the towels and to bring round cold water and fruit during the day. The Royal Wing pool is ONLY for guests of this suite hotel and not for entry by others from sister hotels in the complex. The Royal Wing is in fact just one of 4 hotels in the complex, each one having restaurants that can be frequented and charged to your suite. Indiian, Thai, Japanese, Chinese, European (open 24 hours a day), Seafood and Fusion, Fine Dining, and even room service. One must not forget "happy hour" (or two) to start your evening off on the right foot !! There are fantastic spa facilities, with really professional knowlegeable massage therapists and a fitness center within the grounds for tennis, squash, saunas, gym, and a further swimming pool. To be welcomed back each year by familiar staff faces really does help to make a special vacation, and there are so many regular returnees year after year, making one really feel at home. Terrible hotel in Pattaya. More than 20 years old. Its look like an old farm. It’s very dirty place old. This place is horrible every where construction workers make noice. No bed available by swim pool. Rooms old dirty and every where muscitos .

We stayed at the Royal Wing for 3 nights and had a fantastic experience. We were celebrating our 25th anniversary and had booked the “Dining under the stars” experience. The setup was amazing and very romantic. Food and service was also top class. This place is just the best. The staff has this unique way of noticing the smallest detail and make sure that you are as comfortable and relaxed as possible during your stay. Don’t go here for the beach though. Don’t matter anyway, the pool complex is world class.
