Svegliarsi con una vista così bella è qualcosa che rimane nel cuore. Una menzione speciale va a tutto il personale: professionale, gentile, disponibile e sempre sorridente. Ci siamo sentiti accolti e coccolati dal primo all’ultimo momento. Un servizio davvero di altissimo livello. Anche la colazione e la ristorazione sono state all’altezza delle aspettative: qualità, varietà e sapori eccellenti, con un’attenzione ai dettagli che fa davvero la differenza. È difficile trovare qualcosa da migliorare, perché tutto è stato semplicemente SUPER: struttura, posizione, pulizia, servizio, atmosfera e qualità. Wir waren das zweite Mal im Terrace, das Zimmer und der Ausblick unglaublich schön. Das Frühstücksangebot ist wirklich Spitze. Das Personal vor allem an der Bar war super freundlich, was man leider vom Restaurant Personal nicht ganz so sagen kann. Der große neue Pool, inkl. Poolbar hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Die Poolanlage gerade im unteren Bereich ist nicht mehr so schön wie früher, wurde umgebaut. Die Sauberkeit dort war leider nicht ganz so zufriedenstellend. Fliesen zum teil defekt. Leider hat man beim Frühstück auf der Außenterrasse das Rauchen erlaubt, was für Nichtraucher unangenehm ist. So konnten wir nur drinnen frühstücken

This was our third visit to this hotel and it won’t be our last. We just love this place and everything about it. This time we had breakfast included which had a wonderful choice and was continuously replenished. Our room had an updated bathroom which was much better. We love the balcony with comfortable sun beds and relaxing views. The many facilities are amazing and the location an oasis of calm between the madness of Pattaya and Jomtien. The staff throughout the whole hotel are excellent with their professionalism, helpfulness and commitment to making your stay the best it could possibly be. We thank you all for making our holiday so enjoyable.

Hotel is located 10 mins from Pattaya city by car, and we loved that. You get peace and quiet and the most amazing views. We were treated and met really well from the staff. We especially enjoyed the service from the pool-bar-staff as well of the pool-men who handed out the towels. Also the staff at the Sunset Bar was absolutely great. So nice and friendly. Thank you for that. We stayed at the Beach terrasse hotel in anniversary suites. Again beautifull views and comfortable bed. Bathroom is a little outdated and very the sink very small. Housekeeping excellent. The poolareas are the best thing about this place. Easy to get sunbeds in both sun and shadow and the poolbar have a varied menu in drinks and foods. Fitness-room/club is great and there is also a cool poolarea. All in all a great stay.

There was a huge dinosaur placed close to the poolarea we used. It was “roaring”/saying loud noises all day, which we found irritatiting to listen to when you wanna relax. It was some kind of advertising, so probably/hopefully not there for good.

My partner and I have just thoroughly enjoyed two delightful weeks at this fantastic resort; ideally located a short (20minutes) walk from Pattaya and Jomtien (45minutes). It has its own private beach and safe swimming area. Check in was super smooth and we were privileged to get our room earlier than expected. The room itself was amazing, everything one could ask for, impeccably clean and well presented, superb views and ultra comfortable. Our lovely lady cleaner, Vasana, kept our room spotless and well stocked during our stay, and is a great credit to her employers. The breakfast menu selection was fantastic, all nationalities were catered for and such an amazing selection of food was always available, only the grumpiest of guests would find it difficult not to find something!!! The service staff were delightful and so friendly, again a great credit to the hotel. The hotel complex is quite a size, we enjoyed the lovely swimming pools and also enjoyed the beautiful beach; towels are provided at all locations and are freshly laundered. The security staff and lifeguards were also super friendly and a credit. We were fortunate enough to enjoy the once monthly Grand Buffet, a gastronomical feast that shouldn’t be missed, we also enjoyed an absolutely delicious meal in the Indian restaurant, Maharani, which shouldn’t be missed either. We honestly didn’t experience one member of the staff who didn’t make us feel welcome, from the delightful smiles of the staff at reception and the breakfast dining room, the kitchen staff and chefs, the cheerful cleaning staff, the lovely security guards who saluted us in the evening; thank you all for such an amazing experience. And as for the hotel, again we honestly couldn’t fault anything and thank you Chaiyanan for allowing us the later check out and we very much hope to return one day.

Comfy, great location

The interior architecture and interior design of all the buildings on the complex was stunning. Its a huge resort with 5 major buildings on the grounds. There is a driver on request to take you to the gym complex or restaurants. There are 5 restaurants available. Japanese, Indian, ala carte, seafood and Thai. The beach section allocated to the resort is patrolled by security and has a roped off netted swimming zone. Stayed in the honeymoon rooms on the terrace and the beds were very comfortable. Room was very clean, large with a great shower and deep big sized bath. The balcony faces west so in the morning with the curtains closed is very dark allowing for a long sleep in if you like. It also gives you great sunsets over the ocean from your room.

Food prices are typically a little higher then outside the resort but a quick 10 minute walk and you get access to street food and many cliff top restaurants and good massage places if you are looking for something else

The Royal Cliff complex lived up to its billing. Perfect for a holiday of relaxation with beach access, whilst connected to a city that has services in need. Noted there werr hotels next to the main centre beach, but Royal Cliff allows you to escape the hustle and bustle. Great rooms at good value, multiple choice in terms of restaurants and most importantly, great service by staff all round delivered with a smile.

No nearby 711s have get taxi. Most staff dont speak sufficient English considering they work in tourism. Not enough chairs around the pool.

Very bad experience – feels like a scam This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. At check-in, they charged my card and then claimed the transaction was unsuccessful, asking me to pay in cash instead. I paid in good faith. Minutes later, I checked my bank statement and discovered they had charged me twice. I tried to resolve the issue with the reception staff, but their English was extremely poor, there was no manager available, and everyone spoke in a robotic, unhelpful manner. No one took responsibility or offered a proper solution. On the day of checkout, they kept calling me repeatedly throughout the morning to tell me I had to leave, which was very annoying and unprofessional. The hotel itself is almost empty and feels like a ghost hotel. There is no entertainment at all except for the pool. Do not be fooled by the nice photos of the pool—if you are looking for a pleasant tourism experience, choose another hotel. Although the rooms are renovated, they still feel old. On top of that, they charge extra for almost everything you request. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing stay. Poor management, poor service, and a complete lack of professionalism. The management clearly needs to be replaced, and now I understand why this hotel feels abandoned.

Sehr große saubere Anlage mit mehreren auch großen Pools. Direkter Strandzugang, schöne Aussicht. Auf Fragen und Probleme wurde sehrgut eingegangen. Sehr schönes Zimmer. Das indische Restaurant ist sehr gut.

Kein kostenloses Shuttle, teurer als ein Taxi. Das Bett war viel zu hart. Nach einer schlechten Nacht und Nachfrage aber sofort mit einem zusätzlichen Topper verbessert aber diese sind leider viel zu dünn. Den Begrüßungsdrink gibt es nur in der ungemütlichen Lobby und ist ein blaues übersüßtes Getränk.Keine Auswahlmöglichkeiten.

This is our 2nd stay in this wonderful Hotel and we are loving it like we loved the first one. The room is spacious and comfortable but of course the most appreciable is the terrace with the 2 sundbed with the ocean view. The perfect place for the sunset. All the staff is very kind and we specifically want to thanks Mr Chaiyanan from the reception desk who helped us a lot and contributed to make our stay unforgettable.

We had an excellent stay at the Royal Cliff Terrace. The Front Office Team ( Ms. Raphat, Ms. Rujirait, Ms. Somprong was awesome. The service was excellent.

The location is in its own area so you do have to get a grab to pick you up if you want to go to the main places. The hotel itself is huge, clean and the staff are super lovely. We loved the private balconies, and the views were amazing. Definitely can’t go wrong for the price. If we come back to Pattaya, i’d definitely stay here again. The pools are clean and overlooks the sea too!

Royal Cliff Beach Resort Pattaya: Pure 5-Star Bliss! I’m beyond happy with my stay at Royal Cliff Beach Resort in Pattaya. Everything is ultra-modern and kept in perfect shape. My honeymoon suite in the Terrace building had jaw-dropping sea views and was just a 2-minute elevator ride to the beach. The room came with a smart TV loaded with Netflix, YouTube, Amazon... exactly what a modern 5-star should have! The price-to-value is insane; I’ve rarely gotten this much luxury for the money. Getting to Walking Street is a breeze: 10 mins by taxi on good days, 20 when it’s busy. Honestly, everything about this place is stunning. Can’t wait to return!

We had a beautiful Halloween night with the guidance of somray and anusak who guided us through the party and face painting, they are very friendly and kind and this made us extend our stay.

Return, year after year as a family. Everything is perfect from the moment you enter the hotel. The hotel grounds and scenery are immaculate, security are friendly and very professional, bags are immediately taken care of and check in was a breeze. A special mention to Mr Chaiyanan Boonyachalayont who made everything so special and easy for my older parents and our children Breakfast served specially by Mr Somchai is amazing. His service is impeccable. Somchai remembers us each time we visit and reserves a perfectly presented table for us every morning. The buffet has everything you could think of and is served til 11am if you’d like a sleep in. Highly recommend the evening buffet as well. On arrival to our room there was a “Welcome back” pack including card, flowers, fruit bowl and fun designs for the kids. The room was immaculate. Rooms are huge, modern and tastefully designed including the big beds which are really comfortable. Air con is great and can be turned down to make the room freezing. We always stay in the Beach terrace hotel with have best views of the private beach. Short walk and up some steps to Sky Gallery, Chocolate factory and Oxygen. The hotel restaurant Breezio is always one of our favourites. My favourite dish is either the Wagyu burger or Khao Soi which I believe was only about 200 baht? Chefs and waiter/waitress extremely polite and friendly. Every member of staff make you feel special. Exotic luxury at the cliff terrace bar with 2 for 1 happy hour. The Infinity Pool is very modern, relaxing, Never was the pool over crowded - total peace and relaxation to rewind. Drinks prices are slightly too high but compensated with food prices being cheap. I preferred relaxing on the private beach with a few beers from 7/11 Royal Cliffs is in a quiet area and you would definitely need transport to get around. But thats what makes the place so luxurious and tranquil compared to the madness of Pattaya city. Recommend using bolt taxi app or the free shuttle to go out. The hotel is picture perfect, Instagram worth haha. Everybody always asks, where is this? Thinking a tropical island in the south. Perfectly placed in between PC and Jomtien. I believe the best area now being Pratumnak The hospitality is 5 star and literally cannot speak highly enough for the hotel and its staff. This was our second visit this year to the hotel we consider to be our second home. It is definitely a 5 star hotel which lives up to its reputation. The level of service was always consistent however many guests were staying . The management and staff went out of their way to ensure that our stay was as comfortable as possible. The appointment of the room was carefully thought out and nothing was left to chance . The cleanliness throughout the hotel was faultless . The food in the Panarama was varied and of excellent quality , the breakfast was particularly enjoyable so a special thanks to Somsai , Saisuda and Rate . The hotel is obviously run using very strict guidelines as all the staff are knowledgeable , considerate and helpfull . This we assume is all overseen by the very professional eye of Thibaut the hotel manager .We are looking forward to joining you in November for our next visit.

A bit of a mold scent in the room

Die Pools sind genial und schön gemacht. Das Hotel gibt sich sehr Mühe und baut um, verschönert und renoviert die Fassaden. Die Angestellten sind alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind schön und gross und waren immer top gepflegt. Die Kids hatten sogar Tuchtiere geformt. Der Kidsclub bietet tolle Aktivitäten an, und der Fantasyclub ist gross. Es war für uns alle ein toller Aufenthalt und wir würden es zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Great place with amazing facilities and brilliant staff. Amazing breakfast. The Japanese restaurant was superb as was the indian. The seafood restaurant on the beach was disappointing however. Not fresh seafood.

We stayed in the terrace. I felt the bedroom area was 5 star. The bathroom only 2/3. Small and cramped. Take the silly bath out and get more space for a decent walk-in shower (the current one is tiny cubicle) and a bigger sink area.

A lot to do as it’s a HUGE property. In room dining was excellent, I loved the bath tub, bedsheets so crisp. I really loved this accommodation oh and thank you for the birthday treat! I was also really happy that theylet us check in early cos I was so damn tired from the Bangkok drive! I loved this property!! The receptionist was also so kind and the swimming pool was one in a million! Please do not hesitate to book them!

The sea food restaurant has a nice view though the food was a bit average.

The place turned out less nice than we imagined. The room and facilities were a bit run down. The bathroom was surprisingly small and basic. Perhaps it was also the fact that it was off season so the whole place gave a Shining in Summer vibe! The beach next to the hotel is also a bit uninviting. We booked a hotel car for the airport drop for our early morning flight and it turned out to be a basic city taxi with seatbelts not working and crack in windshield! We could have gotten a MUCH nicer car at a cheaper price using Grab. So the least hotel can do is ensure the car coming is up to the standard.

I tried the Indian pancake it it was awesome. Thank you Chef Ratc and Chef Banu at the Panorama Restaurant. The Chefs were very nice. All the other food was great too.
