La limpieza y la amabilidad de la única persona que había en el lugar cuando llegué.

El proceso de registro es odioso, pues debes cumpli con una verificación que no funciona bien. Si haces la reserva en Booking debes entrar con tu número de reserva, seguir los pasos, que no llegan hasta donde debe ser y luego de muchos intentos se logró, pero aún asi seguían llegando los mail diciendo que debía verificar y me hacía dudar si la había hecho bien o no. Como la reserva era para mi esposo y la pagué con mi tarjeta, entonces me dijeron que debía enviar un mail explicando que autorizaba el uso de mi tarjeta, lo hice. Luego de unos días me volvieron a pedir que la enviara. Y luego el check in en linea... en fin, es un sinfin de mails antes de la llegar. El lugar esta muy limpio y son amables, pero se van a las 10 pm. Y aunque se advierte que no debe hacerse ruido por la noche, otros huéspedes hicieron ruido toda la noche y no había nadie del establecimiento que les dijera algo.

Economical nights rest before flights out of Van Airport.

It was first time in a pod hotel and it was very comfortable considering I was camping during my time in Canada.

It can get quite hot in the pod so I had to have the fan on at all times.

The sleeping area was a bit hot. Since its a pod hotel, not possible to bring down. At 6am, an alarm rang. No one shut it off. Probably a guest slept somewhere else and forgot about it. I got up and left since I couldn't sleep. The bathroom doesn't seem to have good ventilation. It smelled a bit. There are other places in the area that are the same price. They have their own room and private bathroom. They are a little further from the Sky Train. The other places are better even with the little extra walk to the Sky Train

I would not stay there again, sleeping in this box was impossible. It was very hot, the fan did not work and the staff said there was nothing they could do about it. There was no chance to breathe in there without the fan. Also, supposedly, staff should have been there from 6am, but when I needed help at that time, no one was there and I didn't see anyone until I left at 6:40 am.

The stay was convenient. Its vicinity to the train station is the reason why I decided to try the pods. Parking was free and it was quiet/relaxing. Theres a little bit of privacy which I like.

Pillows were kind of hard, it really felt uncomfy just sleeping on it for too long. My head hurt the next day. Just getting on the upper pod was kind of dangerous. I understand the risk and given the price I guess you get what you paid for. I think it would better if it was like a stepping stool that stretches out if you want to up to your pod. The bed sheet was okay. Bathroom was clean and accessible. Everythint was explained to me so navigating was easy. I guess theres more room for improvement and I hope that they improve even further.

Capsule hotel should have beds that are enclosed, not just hidden behind a curtain

Let me start by saying the owner/ staff on duty was great and accommodating. But the property photos are misleading. When I arrived late I didn’t feel safe and actually chose to stay up all night at the airport instead of the pod. The idea of sleeping in a bed next to strangers with no security on staff on duty… and a curtain in between didn’t feel right, so I left. Expedia also doesn’t list their policy that if you book after 8pm and are arriving after midnight you can not check in. Only once I bought and paid for it did I receive that information in an email. The only reason I even considered a low-grade hotel was because I only needed it for a few hours to sleep between flights so that information should’ve been provided before I booked. Perhaps for some this type of stay is adequate, but for me, I would never consider it again

Hotel not as described, dirty and noisy. There are blind closures so light comes through and people can see you getting changed. Dirt, hair, and sanitary towels everywhere in female washroom. Poor service at reception. Limited light switches and lack of noise insulation. Asked for a refund but was denied.

that was busy chatting with each other but i think that was due to shift change....

you use to give water at check inn i was charged 2.90 , also you have NO STAFF from 2am to 7 am that left me feeling not as safe. my check out was nat 6 am . no one told me about not having access to my luggage during those hours. i have an email stating that there was no additonal charges...and you still charged me a fee. where is my 80 refund for the deposit. I checked out on Thursday am

Near a mall and the richmond train line. All in all a great experience.

I had a great stay for 2 nights. My only concern was the Female Restroom which wasn't secure so a member of the opposite sex could easily access this area especially in the shower area. When i was showering, i felt quite vulnerable. There was a tv mounted in the kitchen area but was told it wasn't working.

The slippers instead of shoes are a great idea, made the floors really clean. I also enjoyed the pods- I had a worry that they would be too small and feel claustrophobic but it was quite roomy.

Would have been nice to have access to a small fridge in the kitchen for milk in tea and coffee

To stay upstair, to go down is kind of dangerous, and boiler noise on the ceiling is so loud, ear pad even doesn't work, now it's 5am, I still can't sleep.

Very friendly staff

zero compassion for guest who was confused by the mobile booking website and was not allowed to stay in a hotel at arrival. grabbed all the money without providing any service to the guest. We made instant booking and arrived right after making the booking. We didn't hold a room for too long between making the booking and the arrival but still no refund provided even Booking.com asked for exception from them. Although this was the fault of Booking.com's system that caused the confusion but this hotel behaves zero compassion. They go extremes just for a little money!

Cool spot. A little hard to get in the top bunk but it’s an easy, and cheap option when in a pinch.

Emplacement pas idéal, dans un environnement très sale, au milieu de poubelles. Beaucoup plus petit que ce que j'avais envisagé, pas de fenêtre dans le "lobby", des prises électriques peu performantes (2h pour charger 20%...).

I did not like anything. When I checked in and saw this facility, I decided to find another hotel - I booked into the Sheraton instead

A pile of smelly garbage at the front of the hotel. You can only lay down in this "hotel" It rather looks like a shelter than hotel No air flow

If you are solo traveller & want to be on cheap budget, this would be a good place to experience this. I don’t mind the single pod bed & amenities that come with this. I wouldn’t recommend for big families or big groups of people to do this. It is convenient that it’s close by to the Richmond Centre & Transit. Overall, not bad experience!

Location is good, mattress is comfortable enough, but $150+ for those facilities? I don’t think so. Next time I would pay the additional fees even for a short stay hotel room on a Sat night.

The facilities are a lower standard than a small community swimming pool. - 2 urinals, 3 toilets, 3 showers I was so glad I got in late 23:00 and was leaving by 6 because people know what some hotel checkout desks or breakfast buffets can be lined up like in the popular morning rush… imagine that just to use the toilet or shower!! Facilities nowhere near the capsule hotels in Asia that can cost 1/4 or 1/3 of the price. Front desk is no longer 24 hour as stated online and on the information pasted inside the pod.

Who doesnt love a pod/capsule hotel? But this is twice the price that it should be. For this price, you can get a pod hotel in NYC with individual shower rooms, individual toilet rooms (not stalls) and an actual “room” where you can stand like a dignified person and put on your underwear. Typical Vancouver. 2 star quality for 5 star pricing. Because… Vancouver.

For $100+ per night, I wouldnt stay again. Inteied it to experience the sleeper pod model but the price point needs to be lower in my opinion.

Good place to stay when you just need a bed.

This is a hostel not a hotel. It was really smelly and bathrooms dirty. It is a dorm of 50 people in one room, not a pod but bunk beds blocked by a curtain. It was noisy as people are travelling to airport so all you hear all night is alarm clocks, and slamming of doors. Do not advertise this as a pod hotel because a pod hotel is a enclosed unit.

It was clean and surprising to me there were 70? Pods. Lucky for me, Angel, who was working the day I checked in, assigned me to the “wheelchair” bed. So much room. I left a thankyou note for her. I am a mature woman, but not in a wheelchair. Very grateful

On 07/17, I checked in and was billed and paid $490.58 for 4 nights. 07/18, I looked at my online bank statement & $490.65 was in a pending status from Panda Pod. I understood there was an $80 dep. It is 07/21, at 10:45 PM. I vacated @ 11AM. The charge is still in a pending status on my account. WHY? I’ve talked to the bank as well as Panda Pod(PP). No one can explain it. I’m a Senior and NOW, bc of the pending $490.65, I am BROKE. Even though it’s in a pending status the money is taken out of the account. HELP ME. I talked to several bankers @ Wells Fargo & many admins @ PP about what that charge can be. HELP

Great staff. Clean well cared for. Seedy environment with garbage bins fro restaurant but tolerable. Neat outside decorations with synthetic shrubbery.

I like the Pods instead of bunk beds as it makes it feel more cosey and private. I also like how each pod had its own power outlets, fans, accessories etc. The staff were friendly and helpful and the facilities are modern and well kept. The location is also ideal as it is close to the Airport and Downtown. It was great for one night or two.

The room was quite warm as there is no air conditioning (the pods do have mini fans though) and the pods itself are quite sensitive to movement meaning if the person above or below you moves around in their sleep it's definitely noticeable and probably not ideal for light sleepers.

The facility was very clean and the staff were amazing. It was great.

The individual sleeping area was not as secure as expected. I thought each pod locked. As a female traveling alone I was not comfortable with the set up. I wish there was a way to lock on the privacy screen.

It is very convenient for my purpose of one night stay, believe i will book lower bunk if and when i use them again. Staff were very friendly and supportive. Hotel was what i expected.

They should advertise as a hostel not hotel

The mattress was sooooo comfortable and the sheets soft and inviting.

The beds were super comfy, staff were really friendly and helpful. The showers were nice and hot

I wish I could have had a space to keep my big bag with me at the pod but the space under the pod was too small. I had to keep it at reception. A couple of nights you could hear people chatting at normal volume rather than keep quiet at night time.

The location was very convenient to find and close to the airport.

The pre cancellation petiod was something like 72 hours. This is unusual so I didn’t notice it. I tried to cancel 2 days in advance. Too late. Then I went to some trouble to inform the hotel so they could at least use the room pod for someone else, but even though I didn’t show I get these relentless emails asking for a review. So here it us.

Great option for a quick nite's rest after a travel day or before heading out somewhere. Bed comfortable, great shared shower area, lots of lockable storage. Great reception staff!

The check in could have been a little smoother, a bit glitchy with the app, that the friendly recepctionists quickly figured out.

Like the name tells the place was super small. Don’t expect anything. The main positive thing is that it’s not super far from metro station.

Convenient, affordable. Staff was very nice and accommodating of a pod change (post surgery so had trouble climbing to the top pod). Close to mall, groceries and restaurants. Area outside in the parking lot and surrounding area is a bit sketchy, and not clean.

Staff was really nice and professional and the site was really well maintained.

Great location, just a walk from the Richmond-Brighouse station. Love that it’s 24h check-in. Lots of locker space. Felt very secure, and I slept well in my pod even though it’s small! Clean bathroom as well.

Very clean, quiet, comfortable and affordable ! I felt safe and had a clean lovely pod, and the bathroom was exceptional for a shared facility.

I switched my shoe locker and key in the evening and very early morning when I needed my shoes, I realized they were locked in my old locker to which I had no key to. With no staff at 5am I thought I was destined to catch my flight without my shoes. But then I saw that the staff were thoughtful enough to change shoes to my new locker the night before. Key attention to detail, thank you!
