The unbelievable price we had to pay for last minute accommodation that was certainly nothing very special

Comfortable beds and good tv.. Clean,, good bathroom size, good shower and towels etc provided.

Thin walls between rooms, so you to hear cleaners vacuuming and electric shavers being used. The AC unit was huge taking up alot of space in a small room.. The coffee machine didn't work properly.

Todo bien, sólo que en la página de booking decía que ofrecían servicio de transporte al hotel, una vez hecha la reserva recibí un mensaje del hotel que no ofrecían ese servicio.

- We arrived earlier, our room was ready. But the only way in is with an "early Check-In fee". Seriously? Do you turn any service into money now? I wonder when the elevator fee starts. - If you call yourself an airport hotel, you should offer some sort of airport transport. This hotel is too far from the metro if you travel with luggage, so a taxi is basically the only option as a guest. - It is nice that you offer a complimentary breakfast, but it starts at 7am on weekends. Even if your flight goes at 9am, you will have no chance to enjoy this. - Expensive room rate.

Beds were comfy

Not worth $400/night. Don't even have a bathtub. TV looks like a smart TV but the remote looks like it came from the 1900s. We weren't able to use it. Room doesn't smell clean. No slippers provided which would have been fine if the floor wasn't too dusty. I mean.. I expected more for that price.

Functional and close to the airport. There is a swimming pool that we could try.

The room air-conditioner smelt. I was required to purchase air fresheners.

The property was nice and clean and conveniently close to the airport and provides access to down town Vancouver in 25ish minuets during non rush hours. The staff were friendly and checking and checkout was seamless. I would have like to seen mini fridges in the room but that is just a recommendation.

Not much the property accomplished the goal of needing a quick place to stay for the night.

None of us (4 guests) could sleep well. The beds/pillows were very, very uncomfortable. The bed was also creaking every time someone turned over.

Great location in Richmond BC to all of the restaurants and close to the subway

Beds are small, wish it was queen size instead of double. Toiletries are minimal with small little tubes. Would be nice if they upgrade to the larger dispensers.

The facilities are pretty new and clean. Breakfast was casual and relaxing. Location excellent.

Struttura pulita e ben attrezzata, con una fermata della metro a una decina di minuti a piedi e molti ristoranti e supermercati attorno. Camera spaziosa con letti comodi, frigorifero e macchinetta del thé/caffé. Colazione a buffet buona.

Location to the airport, plenty of Asian eateries

The hotel was nicely situated for the airport with a $20 cost by Uber to the international part. There were plenty of Asian eateries, but found a nice place called Earls for a drink and Western type food. The room was very nice, clean and tidy and the staff were polite.

L'hotel est à côte de l'aéroport, donc très pratique pour se y rendre en voiture surtout le matin tôt. La piscine est petite mais bien. Il y a aussi un jacuzzi et un tres petite salle de sport.

L'isolation des chambres est vraiment faible, on a entendu tous nos voisins. Les lits doubles sont petits et pas tres comfortables. Le bruit des avions va avec l'emplacement donc supportable. Il n y a pas de navette pour l'aéroport. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré. L'environnement n'est pas tres soigné.

ארוחת הבוקר היתה בסיסית מאוד. בימים שהיינו היתה גם עמוסה מאוד ביחס למספר מקומות הישיבה. המלון רחוק מהעיר - לא מתאמים כנקודת מוצא לטיול בעיר

Expensive. No airport shuttle available. Desk was built in the credenza and was very high and not particularly comfortable to work.

The breakfast wasn’t very good. The coffee cups don’t keep the coffee hot.

The air conditioner was very noisy, the bathroom showere was not clean around the bottom and there was mould around the bottom on the inside and outside of the shower. The fire alarm went off in the night and there was explanation what was going on. The staff was not trained for this kind of emergency. There were no one letting you know what to do. That is a no no.. The alarm could not be heard everywhere in the building.

The bathroom could have been cleaner. Even though there were a few things we didn't like we were thankful for a place to rest and visit our granddaughter.

Address for main entrance is not the same street as parking lot entrance so a bit confusing to find with GPS .

The beds were very comfortable, this hotel had a very nostalgic feel to it. Great restaurants in the area as well.

The walls and windows weren’t well insulated; you could hear all the noise from the street, you can hear the cars passing by all night long. Fine if you’re a heavy sleeper or if noise doesn’t bother you.

Lage nahe Vancouver noch bezahlbar, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Selbstversorger in der Nähe ausreichend vorhanden, Pool, Gym. Betten sehr gemütlich obwohl sehr schmal. Nettes Personal. Bad schön groß.

Poolbereich könnte sauberer sein, besonders der Boden. Frühstück war eher mittelmäßig, besonders das Omelett aus der Tüte wird uns in schlechter Erinnerung bleiben- dann lieber keine Eierspeise anbieten. Hotel insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Wir haben das Hotel gebucht, weil der Weg zum Flughafen sehr kurz war. Personal war freundlich Zimmer komfortabel.

Hotel befindet sich in der Einflugschneise, hat uns nicht gestört, wenn man aber einen leichten Schlaf hat, nicht so empfehlenswert

Located reasonably close to airport but no airport shuttle was offered, must take Uber/Lyft. The room was clean(ish) but old. Breakfast was offered. There is a small swimming pool and hot tub. Our luggage could be stored for free the day of check out. Tea, hot water and coffee available at reception area but no milk or cream provided.

Breakfast is really awful and needs to be improved. Disposable cutlery and plates are used. The food is terrible. We could only eat the muffin and the yoghurt. There is no tea or milk provided in the room, just a silly coffee pod machine. There were some stains on the bedding. There was construction work happening outside which gave a really bad smell. The smell in the corridors was very bad. The pool is very small and located next to the reception which is weird. The price is far too expensive for what is offered.

Large comfy bed. Unfortunately noise levels were excessive as it is directly next to a runway. Poor double glazing make it impossible to sleep. I would not recommend this to other people.

Construction work being carried out at property. Directly next to the plane take of zone. Noise levels were excessive in my room. Not possible to sleep. Tried ear plugs but noise was still to loud. Asked to move rooms but none available. I checked out after two hours and asked for a refund. Receptionist apologised and said to contact booking.com for a full refund. Offered a minimal token amount instead of full refund. Issue is still ongoing and not resolved.

Great location, lots restaurants around, convenient for taking public transportation. There is coffee in the lobby all day.

Das Personal war hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir mussten aufgrund der lauten Klimaanlage das Zimmer wechseln. Frühstück war in Ordnung. Parkplatzsituation ebenfalls.

Wir haben schon in einigen Airporthotels übernachtet. Leider müssen wir hier aber eher abraten. Der Fluglärm ist auch bei geschlossenen Fenster wirklich sehr laut und bei geöffneten Fenstern eine absolute Zumutung. Die Maschinen donnern bis nach Mitternacht und dann auch wieder ab 5:30 Uhr direkt über das Hotel. Damit sind wir bei dem zweiten Problem. Die lauten Klimaanlagen. Wir hatten drei Zimmer probiert. Auch hier kennen wir von den USA und Kanada andere (leisere) Standards, so dass man wenigsten mit geringer Stufe Nachts schlafen konnte, was in diesem Hotel aber nicht ging. Also entweder Lärm ertragen können oder in einem zu warmen Zimmer versuchen, Schlaf zu finden. Beides eine Challenge.

Gute Lage. Nächste Skytrainhaltestelle unter1km entfernt. Frühstück inklusive, war ganz ok. Parkplatz inklusive vor dem Haus.

I appreciated the breakfast and the proximity to the airport. It was great for my wife, 1 and 3 year old. Free parking right outside the door was great, and there's a walmart right around the corner. I would definitely stay here again.

Given I had 2 young kids, I requested a cot for my 3 year old on the booking app. When I arrived there was no cot in the room and the kids were ready for bed. I was told a cot was an extra charge, but a crib was free. Unfortunately, there were no available cribs so I would have to pay for a cot. With a bit of negotiation, the front desk agreed to provide a cot free of charge. This was much appreciated. I would recommend calling in advance to confirm you have the cot/crib that you need so you're not stuck with two tired kids past their bed times waiting for a cot to be delivered! To be clear, this was a minor complaint that the staff addressed quickly and at no extra charge. I would return and stay at this hotel on future trips.
