Insgesamt gute Leistungen. Der Aufenthalt war angenehm. Flughafenshuttle ist sehr gut.

Habe das Zimmer im Februar für Ende Juni gebucht. Das selbe Zimmer hätte nur die Hälfte gekostet, wenn ich Anfang Juni gebucht hätte. Eine solche Preisdifferenz ist nicht akzeptabel. Leider hatte ich keine Stornomöglichkeiten.

Das Zimmer war leider nicht komplett für unsere fünfköpfige Familie vorbereitet. Eine getrennte Anreise verursachte mehrere teure Telefonate, da erforderliche Infos nicht allen Mitarbeitern am Empfang vorlagen.

No bathtub. Shower floor extremely slippery and no grab bars available. Had to request a rubber bath mat at reception.

Easy to find and close to the airport. Big shopping area and lots of restaurants close by. Has parking available.

It was too loud sleeping right beside the elevators.

We got a suite that can accommodate the 6 of us, which includes breakfast. The room was very comfortable.

Teve um alerta falso de incêndio durante a minha estadia, no qual houve pouca comunicação da equipe com os hóspedes. Uma esteira da academia ficou quebrada durante todos os dias que estive lá. E a academia precisa de manutenção e renovação. O serviço no café da manhã não era bom, funcionários pouco amigáveis.

Attempted to check in early. They didn’t have the room I reserved, offered me a complimentary upgrade. Great room, very nice airport hotel with airport shuttle. The staff was charming, even took our luggage to room. Restaurant was lovely and the food was very tasty!

Great location. Helpful and accommodating staff. Very comfortable bed. Good amount of space and amenities. Nespresso machine. Excellent curtains that were capable of making the room dark at night.

Carpet could do with a steam clean.

Zimmer sehr gut eingerichtet, alles da und sehr geräumig. Der Pool ist fantastisch. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Würde ich jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

It was a quick stay, but exceeded our expectations in every way!

Spacious rooms for a family of 5

The staff were always helpful and cheerful.

Coming from Asia, I’ve no complaints. For a hotel in Canada, we were received in precisely the manner I’d expect. The staff were courteous and always helpful. The food was North American. The cleaning staff were always professional and kept our rooms tidy and well stocked. The exercise equipment was very limited, but it did the job. I wish there had been more to it.

Really attentive staff at the front desk who tried to help. Property was within walking distance of restaurants and groceries for breakfast. The room design was awful - 2 bedrooms with a bathroom between. It was awkward because when someone was using the toilet or shower, you were stuck where you were until they were out of the bathroom.

Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 5 personnes avec 2 lits double et un canapé lit. Et il n'y avait pas de canapé lit dans la chambre... Le personnel nous a quand même proposé une solution avec un lit d'appoint pour mon fils. Pour une réservation d'une chambre pour 5 personnes, seules 3 serviettes de bains se trouvaient dans la salle de bains. Probleme vite résolu par le personnel qui nous a apporté les 2 serviettes manquantes. Chaque problème a donc trouvé sa solution mais cela reste tout de même un peu décevant pour ce genre d'établissement.

The hotel was overall great and pretty convenient. There’s a mall about 5 min walk away and you can easily order takeout and eat in your room. Amazing experience.

check in and check out was very quick. No hassle considering we came from a long haul flight and all we needed was to sleep.

Loved our stay. Service is excellent. Allowed us to check in early, kept our luggages before the check-in, room is spacious, quiet and clean. Also reserved courtesy shuffle for 3:30am to accommodate our early morning flight. The best Marriott property that we stayed. Thank you!

The entire stay was excellent. We arrived early, but the front desk allowed us to check outrageous amounts of luggage, and gave us recommendations about how to spend our day in Vancouver. We elected to eat at the hotel restaurant, and our server, Lisa, was wonderful! She was one of the high points of our entire trip!

Stayed at the Marriott for our last night in Vancouver so we could pay for late check out & get an aiport shuttle. Staff stored our bags when we arrived eearly from prior accommodation & also stored them an additional hour after check out while we grabbed some tea. We were able to use rhe pool while waiting for our room to be ready buffet breakfast was great. Cant fault the stay

The pool was empty. The hot tub was not functioning and they had a note in the elevator explaining it was closed for annual maintenance. It really didn’t make sense because it’s July and being in Canada you would think they would do the annual maintenance in the winter, it was really disappointing not to have a swimming pool on hot days outside we stayed four nights and I didn’t want to see anyone doing any maintenance on the pool so it’s some excuse for not having the pool functioning.

It would've been great if parking is free and more spots reserved by the entrance for people to at least check in. If you have no problem with mobility then you will be satisfied staying in this hotel. It was a nice stay overall.

Room was not as in the pictures. Way smaller and less appealing comparing to pictures. Front door was not opening with one swipe. Had to swipe multiple times. Very old room. Front desk was not helpful even though I asked for couple of hours for late check out because my flight was at night. They said I had to pay full amount for a night. didn’t even arrange another space for affordable price for couple of hours. Overall very bad experience. Will not recommend to anyone.

The hotel's location is very convenient. The room is actually two rooms with two king-size beds, separated by a bathroom, making it perfect for families. There are many restaurants and commercial facilities near the hotel.

I stayed at this hotel as an Expedia Gold member and a Marriott Silver Elite member. I booked a VIP Access room, which included late check-out as one of the listed benefits (subject to availability). During my stay, I requested late check-out but was informed that it wasn’t possible due to internal policies. This was disappointing, as I’ve consistently booked through Expedia and have had positive experiences with the VIP Access benefits in the past. The room and stay were otherwise pleasant. I’m sharing this feedback in hopes it helps improve communication around how VIP benefits are honored.

Check in not ready even at 6:15 PM as room is not ready! Firstly with check in time at 4 and check out at 11 is as is seemingly unfair, but to not have room ready late evening is unacceptable. This was despite our arriving at 9AM and were told the room will be ready by 1. Anyways Jason was helpful and accepted this deficiency and offered a discount on room and offered drinks. But this is unacceptable and hence leaving a review. I am told room will be ready by 6:50!

I like the location, it's easy to locate and has loads of restaurants nearby. It's also a 5 minute walk to the Sky Train. The room was awesome, it was spotless, and very comfortable.
