Reviewed Sep 19, 2026・朝荷物を預けようとしたら偶然部屋が空いておりチェックインができてそのまま部屋に入れたこと ・ウェルカムドリンクサービスがあった ・毎日ベッドメイキングとタオル交換はあった(初日タオル交換がされていなかったが、レセプションに話をしたら新しいタオルはもらえました) ・最寄駅のSydhavn St.から徒歩10分圏内
・備品が少ないため持参した(パジャマ・湯沸かし器・ティーバッグ・歯ブラシ・歯磨き粉・スリッパなど) ・床清掃はしていないように感じた ・喫煙所がホテル入り口にあり少し嫌だった

Grote van de badkamer viel wat tegen. Toilet staat in de weg als je de wasbak gebruikt. Tv kanalen lopen vaak vast. Niet stabiel.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Not much, the place tries to be groovy but it is like eating two burgers at McDonalds, hungry 5 minutes later and constipated.
Paid for a room with city view, room switched to a ground level room without even asking. There was a lot road noise and noises from the gym. Raised the .matter with the staff, answer was we are fully booked out, deceptive conduct.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Gut gelegenes Hotel, in einer ruhigen Gegend, ich im Zentrum, aber gute Verbindungen in die Innenstadt. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet mit allem was man brauch. Das Zimmer selbst war sehr sauber, gross und bequem. Wir gingen stets ins gegenüberliegende Cafè zum Frühstück... empfehlenswert...

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026The hotel is well located within about 20 minutes walk to the city centre. There are a small selection of bars and restaurants withih 5-10 minutes walk. There is a local service station shop adjacent to the hotel. Larger supermarkets are a 7-10 minutes walk. The buffet breakfast is good with plenty of cereal choices, yogurts milk and juices. There is also cold meats and cooked eggs and sausages and cooked vegetables. Overall tasty and good selection.
The outside appearance of the hotel is uninviting and dirty looking.

Le camere pulitissime, letti comodi, una hall interessante ed originale in cui potersi rilassare con poltrone comodissime... Un hotel che offre una buona sistemazione collegato bene con il centro prendendo la metro in un quartiere tranquillo.
Il bagno un po' troppo piccolo.

Es gab lediglich 2 Haken, 2 Stangen und 6 Bügel für die Kleidung. Keine Regale oder Schubladen.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Das Hotel verfügt über keinen Safe. Wir waren von daher gezwungen unsere Wertgegenstände immer mitzunehmen. Die Fenster durften aus unerfindlichen Gründen nicht geöffnet werden. Den Grund dafür wollte uns das Personal nicht genau sagen. Die Klimaanlagrnluft ist einfach nicht genügend/ gut. Bei mir hat das sogar zu Erkältungserscheinungen geführt. Es gab keine Ablagemöglichkeit für Kleidung (Regal/Schrank), man will hier wohl auf modern und cool machen, das ist aber nicht gelungen. Das Personal war eher gelangweilt und wollte sich unserem Problem erst gar nicht richtig annehmen. Die Beschwerde an booking.com wurde zudem auch bis heute nicht beantwortet. Der Hotelanbieter (Bonvoy/Marriott), bei dem ich mich zudem separat beschwert hatte, hat wenigstens reagiert.

Vážně mizerná postel. Měkká matrace nevadí, ale tady bylo uprostřed údolí a navíc ten typ, kdy ten druhý skáče při každém otočení:(. Zkoušel jsem reklamovat, ale asi to nemělo řešení..

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Alles sehr stylisch und modern eingerichtet. Der Barbereich mit integrierter Rezeption ist praktisch und man fühlt sich wohl.
Dass wirklich keinerlei Schränke im Zimmer sind, ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. 3 Haken mit 5 Bügeln sind für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt vielleicht zu wenig. Als Frau möchte man eventuell Kleider und Mäntel aufhängen. Als Mann vielleicht Hemden, die nicht Knittern sollen. Auch finde ich (nur) eine Sitzgelegenheit im Doppelzimmer zu wenig.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Hotel fuori dal centro di Copenaghen, ben collegato con metro o treno. Presente parcheggio davanti e nei dintorni (non so se a pagamento perché non ne ho usufruito). Hanno le biciclette a noleggio per gli ospiti. Camera piccola ma c'era tutto quello che serve, moderna e con bagno spazioso (presente phon vero!). All'arrivo viene offerto cocktail di benvenuto. Colazione a buffet continentale molto ampia.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026The room was big enough for two people, and both the rooms and the lobby were stylishly decorated. We really appreciated that our room was cleaned daily and fresh towels provided everyday. The reception staff was friendly and welcoming. Little touches like the welcome cocktail and complimentary tea and coffee made a very positive impression.
The hotel is located a bit far from the city center, though it is fortunately within walking distance of public rail transport. Our main issue was the air conditioning system; because it couldn't be adjusted outside of fixed summer/winter settings, it was locked at 21.5°C, which left us feeling cold at night. Additionally, the bed was somewhat uncomfortable, as you could easily feel every movement of the person sleeping next to you.

Das Zimmer und Bad war zu klein für eine Woche Urlaub und es gab keinen Schrank für die Kleidung! Wir haben aus dem Koffer auf der Erde liegend gelebt.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Das Zimmer war (sehr) klein, aber fein; die Möglichkeiten, Kleidung aufzuhängen, waren allerdings sehr eingeschränkt; der eine oder andere Haken mehr, wäre schon praktisch! Das Hotel liegt ca. 3-4 km südlich der Innenstadt; für uns war das okay: wir konnten problemlos mit dem Auto anreisen und parken (gegen Gebühr) und sind mit unseren Rädern in die Innenstadt gefahren; die Räder konnten wir ebenerdig im Hotel verstauen, was sehr angenehm war. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und hat eigentlich alles geboten, was man braucht: Eier, Wurst, Käse, gutes Brot, Früchte, Müsli etc. Außerdem konnte man in der Frühstücks-Location jederzeit einen Kaffee holen und es war angenehm zum Sitzen, Spielen und um einen Schlummertrunk zu genießen.
Die praktisch nicht vorhandenen Möglichkeiten, Kleidungsstücke aufzuhängen

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Modern hotel that has very comfortable location. Breakfast has not much variety but you will find anything you need from pastries and vegetables to omelet with sausages. I was surprised with delact milk and free coffee or tea 24/7. Also you may rent bike or umbrella.
Pillows weren’t comfortable at all.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Das Personal war außergewöhnlich toll - sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr kompetent. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und die Zimmer sauber. WLAN war super.
Es gibt keinen Kleiderschrank, auch kein Brettchen -nur vier Bügel, für vier Handtücher im Bad gab es eine ca. 50 cm Stange. Leider sind die Fenster nicht zu öffnen, dafür funktioniert die Klimaanlage gut. Leider roch unser Bad nach Gully, weshalb wir kurzfristig das Zimmer wechseln mussten bzw. konnten. Das neue Zimmer war besser, roch nur einmal kurz nach Abwasser-wahrscheinlich gab es ein generelles Problem. Eine Sanitär-Firma war aber beauftragt und vor Ort.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026La stazione metro è a pochi metri (basta percorrere la strada di fronte all'Hotel) e Copenaghen si gira benissimo usando semplicemente i trasporti PUBBLICI eccellenti. In questo caso la METROPOLITANA ! Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Pulizia eccellente, personale gentilissimo. E' arredato con gusto ed è un ambiente molto rilassante! Se dovessi tornare a Copenaghen sceglierei di nuovo Moxy Hotel. Non fosse altro per la PULIZIA delle camere. Davvero ottima!

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Die Lage war gut, S-Bahn Station war in 5 Minuten zu erreichen und 2 Haltestellen bis Centralstaion Kopenhagen.Die Betten waren bequem.Man hatte leider keinen Schrank im Zimmer zum Verstauen. Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Það var enginn öryggisskápur og ekki mini fridge - og sjónvarpið beindi ekki að rúminu. Rúmið var líka ekki alveg tip top.

La silenziosità delle stanze (ho avuto una stanza all'ultimo piano, la consiglio per chi vuole riposare tranquillamente). Colazione nel complesso di buona qualità e sufficientemente varia. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo
Fondamentalmente l'allocazione degli spazi nelle camere. Non vi sono armadi, vi sono solo "punti" per appendere gli indumenti, con un numero limitato di grucce. Questo fatto rende le camere adatte principalmente a clienti giovani o facilmente adattabili.

A wardrobe would be great - we had to keep our cloths in suitcase. There was also no safe in the room.
