Reviewed Sep 18, 2026café da manhã excelente, variadas opções de alimentos, prontidão da equipe do café em atender aos pedidos. a localização atendeu bem à expectativa, contudo, a acomodação está distante uns 3 a 3,5 km do centro nervoso de cph, é possível ir à pé, 40 minutos, ou de trem, fácil e rápido.
considero que a equipe da recepção merece treinamento para receber pessoas de diferentes culturas, são frios, pouco atenciosos ou gentis, parecia que eu estava sendo atendido por um robô. O atendente Andres foi péssimo na abordagem inicial, lamentável, o atendimento desse rapaz me fez repensar se um dia ficarei novamente no hotel ou em um hotel da rede scandic. o atendente é uma porta de pau brasil rústico. a limpeza deixou muito a desejar, não passaram nem para recolher o lixo dos banheiros, ponto altamente negativo no hotel. limpeza não é o forte dessa turma.

The breakfast was good but a bit overcrowded (and loud because of the kids), we had to sit outside in the bar area one day, since there were no space to sit inside the actual breakfast room. The location is convenient, near the train station, but you have to walk through the parking lot and it is the only way in... So when we came from the direction other then the train station (there is a ferry stop in 15-20 min walking distance, that goes to the city center), the fence does not allow to directly go to the entrance of the hotel.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Snídaně velmi bohatá, hotel má skvělou lokalitu, blízko ke kanálu, blízko k zastávce vlaku, blízko k lokálním restauracím. Líbila se mi sauna a posilovna v posledním patře s možností využití terasy:-), úžasné! A hotel měl k půjčení kola ve skvělé kondici a personál ochotně vysvětlil vše kolem zapůjčení kol. Výborný servis a Kodaň jen na kole! :-)
Trošku nekoordinovaný chaos u snídaně. Větší vzdálenost z recepce na pokoj. A to, že jsem si pozdě všimla ve výtahu, že o úklid si musí člověk zažádat v aplikaci.

Больше всего поразила плесень в ванной. В таком колличестве в отелях я ее еще не встречала. Еще очень неудобные подушки, понимаю мелочь, но уснуть на них прям очень тяжело.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Das Frühstück und das Essen im Restaurant/Bar ist sehr gut, Das Frühstücksteam ist gut organisiert und Schaft auch größere Gruppen, die Lage ist super, von der Autobahn ist das Hotel gut zu erreichen und mit der Bahn (wenige Schritte vom Hotel entfernt) erreicht man ohne Probleme die Innenstadt.
Leider ist das Parken auf dem Hotelparkplatz nicht kostenlos. Man benötigt die esaypar-App auf dem Smartphone. Es gibt keine Parkuhr oder dergleichen!

House keeping is horrible. They do clean your room once a day but they do not clean the bathroom drain. You will see your hair in the shower until you leave. Also they do not change cups to clean ones. Suggest you to bring your own shampoo&conditioner as they are the worst quality i’ve had in a hotel

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Das Zimmer war sauber und zweckmäßig. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, insbesondere durch die Nähe zum Bahnhof und die gute Anbindung. Praktisch sind außerdem die Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Hotel, die unkompliziert über EasyPark bezahlt werden können. Das Frühstück war insgesamt in Ordnung.
Das Zimmer war insgesamt recht spartanisch eingerichtet. Vor allem beim Service während des Frühstücks sehen wir Verbesserungspotenzial. Die Reservierung fester Frühstückszeiten erschien uns wenig sinnvoll, da der Frühstücksbereich trotz Zeitbuchung sehr voll war. Zudem wurden benutztes Geschirr und Tische nur selten bzw. mit deutlicher Verzögerung abgeräumt und die Tische nicht regelmäßig gereinigt. Insgesamt wirkte die Organisation beim Frühstück dadurch etwas unkoordiniert.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Hotel je v dosahu MHD, čistý, snídaně jsou pestré a jednotlivé suroviny často doplňovány. Tlak vody ve sprše byl luxusní. Možnost bezplatné úschovy zavazadel.
Úklid pokoje pouze na přání, jinak až po odjezdu. Snídaně, i když pestré a chutné, tak ze čtyř kávovarů vždy alespoň jeden nefungoval, tudíž se tvořily fronty. Hrnky na kávu a čaj nemají ucho, tudíž z vařící vodou i kávou je komplikované je donést ke stolu. Personál občas nestíhá poklízet použité nádobí.

Das Hotel hat in einer Email mitgeteilt, dass die Parkgebühr kostenlos ist., wenn man sich am Tablet registriert. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption hat jedoch gesagt, dass ich eine Parkgebühr an Easypark bezahlen muss. Diese Betrug gür eine Nacht ca. 20 Euro.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Family friendly hotel. We're staying in Master suite with 2 children (9 and 11 years old) and there was enough space for everyone. The beds were good. Breakfast also was good enough with a variety of options. Small kitchenette in suite is also good feature, despite the fact that there were no cutlery (you can easily ask for some at the bar) Parking in front of the hotel is being easily paid using EasyPark application.
