Lidt træls at sætte sig i stolen og kan se papir under sengen, som viser sig at være 2 italienske kvitteringer og noget slikpapir, så tænker jeg i alle tilfælde hmmm, er der andre steder der ikke er gjort rent?? Toilettet f.eks.??

Frukost fattig, frukt var jätte jätte gammal nästan ruten. Renhet I hotellet var dåligt, dyrt för det man får.

Lite mer kaffepulver på rummet tack!! O mjölk i småförpackningar.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Das Frühstück!!! Sehr viel Auswahl, sehr appetitlich präsentiert, Verzicht auf Plastik. Das Nachhaltigkeitskonzept von Scandic ist ein großes Plus! Praktisch war auch, den Frühstücksslot (30 Minuten-Takt) am Vorabend digital unkompliziert zu buchen. So fanden wir immer einen Platz. Die Matratzen waren okay (guter Schlaf), das Zimmer praktisch ausgestattet. Das Hotel liegt nur 4 Gehminuten zur Metro Sluseholmen, nur wenige Minuten von dort bis ins Zentrum.
Parken!!! Das Hotel hat die eigene Tiefgarage und den Outdoor-Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel outgesourct an EasyPark. Registrierung per Code okay. Leider ist uns beim Registrieren ein Fehler unterlaufen. Wir haben das Auto auf dem Outdoor-Parkplatz geparkt, versehentlich aber den Code für die teurere Tiefgarage eingegeben (übersehen, dass die letzte Ziffer im Code eine andere war). Folge: Strafzettel für umgerechnet circa 130€. Einzige Hilfe an der Rezeption: Hinweis sich an die Internetadresse auf dem Strafzettel zu wenden. Nicht EasyPark, sondern andere Firma. EasyPark hat die Überwachung der Parkflächen outgesourct an Guardian, Webauftritt nur in Dänisch und Norwegisch (kein Englisch!) Kontaktformular haben wir ausgefüllt auf Englisch. Dann haben wir noch Telefonieren probiert: automatisierte dänische Stimme: Warteschleife…schließlich Mensch am Telefon, weitergeleitet zur zuständigen Stelle. Sorry, konnte nichts tun. Sehr sorry, aber leider nichts machbar, obwohl wir sogar die teurere Tiefgarage schon bezahlt hatten. Zurück an der Rezeption: Wussten nicht mal, dass EasyPark weiter outgesorct hat an Guardian. In einem Hotel, das die eigenen Parkplätze und Tiefgarage selbst verwaltet, kann sowas nicht passieren. In der Hotelbeschreibung (Booking) fehlt aber ein Hinweis auf Outsourcing an EasyPark. Das ganze hat viel Zeit gekostet und Geld. Sehr ärgerlich.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Easy to find and good public transport links into the city. Although the hotel is a fair distance from the centre it's no problem. We discovered the water bus suggestion from a previous review, and this proved very convenient. Around 10 minutes walk to the nearest stop and a lovely approach into the centre on the water. The water bus is dog friendly, but make sure you download the right app to pay the fare. Timetables available at the hotel. Very helpful staff at hotel reception.

Wir hatten für ein Wochenende in Kopenhagen es mal wieder mit einer Hotelbuchung probiert. Mit Hund ist das immer ein Risiko was man dann so bekommt. Unser gebuchtes Superior Zimmer war beim Checkin nicht in Kombination mit Hund verfügbar. Ich hatte aber das Hotel vorab über den Hund informiert…Pongo is very welcome …war die Antwort. So bekamen wir ein Standard Zimmer zur Straßenseite. Der Hunde Aufpreis wurde uns als Entgegenkommen erlassen. Den bei Buchung noch kostenfreien Aussenparkplatz mussten wir via PayPal doch bezahlen.

Unfortunately, I didn’t heed the warnings and advice of other guests. This hotel doesn’t deserve to be called a hotel in the slightest. It’s down to the incompetence, disrespect and unfriendliness of the staff – Eliss, Mike and the General Manager – who didn’t even deem it necessary to give us his name. He didn’t even write the email we were expecting from him himself. A complete fraud. The staff’s response: he’s sooooo busy. Dirty towels. No apologies from the staff. Loud music outside the hotel entrance from 7.00 am until 11.00 pm It’s a right rip-off with the parking arranged through the external company Easy Park. Relevant information was deliberately withheld so that they could split the resulting penalty charges amongst themselves. Other guests have had the same experience in the past.

Prisen - måske havde vi sovet i timen ved booking? Vi brugte booking systemet, og det overraskede os meget, at vor bestilling var uden morgenmad, samt at der ikke var fri parkering. Det har vi nok ikke selv været nok opmærksom på - desværre. Ville prisen være den samme, såfremt vi ringede direkte til Scandic?

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Das Zimmer war grundsätzlich okay. Lobby und Außenbereich haben ein schönes Ambiente. Parkplätze, bei Bedarf, wären auch vorhanden. Bushaltestelle und Metro sind fußläufig schnell zu erreichen.
Für vier Nächte, ohne Frühstück, über 1000,- Euro ist schon recht teuer. Im Bad fehlten ein Bodenhandtuch und Kosmetiktücher. Wohl dort nicht üblich? Außerdem gibt es keine Zahnputzbecher.

Es sind die Details, die nicht gestimmt haben...der Haarföhn hat nicht funktioniert, der Fernseher hatte nur drei Programme, die Fernbedienung funktionierte nicht, die Steckdosen beim Bett hatten keinen Strom. Das Gebäude machte auf uns einen stark gebrauchten Eindruck.

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever been to. Especially the value vs price is by far the worst. The hotel is located in an ugly area next to a noisy road, far from anything interesting. The hotel is miserable and dated both from the outside and inside. The most disgusting detail was that the ceiling above the reception seemed to be leaking something, and there was a dirty cardboard thing covering the ceiling. Room was something I would expect in a budget motel, with marks and stains on the floor. Fitness room was tiny and smelly. The price for this experience per night was 340€ - and of course pets, parking etc. were extra on top of this.

Oda çok soğuktu Ağustos ayında gitmiş olmamıza rağmen. Klima dersen yok kalorifer de yoktu. Oda buz gibiydi gece de donduk ve yataklar rahatsızdı yatak bile değildi sanırım yorgan serilmiş gibiydi kenarlarıda çok temiz gelmedi yatağın yani.

Fick tyvärr ett rum intill hissarna så vi kunde knappt sova första natten. Ringde ner vid midnatt och försökte få till ett rumsbyte men det var fullbokat. Vi fick dock byta rum dagen efter. :)

Ontvangst bij receptie was zeer kort en elke vraag werd zeer beknopt beantwoord. Dat een app diende gebruikt om de kamers te laten reinigen werd bijvoorbeeld niet meegedeeld. Na vraag om kamerreiniging gebeurde er ... niets. Let op bij gebruik parkeerapp, als je de minste fout maakt krijg je een boete van meer dan 1000 kronen. Volledig uitgerust maar zeer duur hotel.

Stayed 3 nights Arrived around 1pm. Room was ready but the reception asked for extra charges for early access to room. Basic room, small TV with only few channels. Very poor water pressure at shower. Not even a bottle of water in room. Small towels and no mat available between shower and toilet. No room cleaning. When I asked reception, told that we need to book this. Did for next day and also reminded them at reception next day, nothing happened. Total mess as they are eco friendly! Very unreasonable for a hotel with this cost. Tried the restaurant and very disappointed, two very cold burgers however they managed to change both after waiting extra 30 min.

Dass wir eine Busse erhielten für die Tiefgarage, weil wir nicht registriert waren - dies wurde uns nicht so vermittelt! Schade, dass man am Schluss so abgezockt wird (ca. 200 Euro) und das Hotel könne nichts machen, weil die Garage ja nicht zum Hotel gehört, obwohl man von dort direkt zu den Zimmern kommt mit dem Lift!!!

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Staff were generally very friendly, mattress was very comfortable but pillows were too flat. We were lucky to have a room at front of hotel which was opposite side to the main street which was very noisy.
Was very disappointed to be asked for an early check in fee of €26 at 2.30pm (90 mins) before official check in time even though there was a room available and I had booked 3 rooms ( the other 2 were not required until after midnight)
