Convenient location, very nice King Fitness suite.

Only issue we had was the shower was really slippery, but other than that, everything was perfect

My bathroom in room 328 smell like backed up sewage.

We were awakened at 1 amby our next door neighbors’ thumping rave music and loud sexual noise. When I called the front desk the first two times, the young woman promised to ask them to lower the volume of the music. On my third call, she informed me that she was actually the only employee on the premises and there was no security presence, so she was powerless to deal with any customer issues. The next morning, while we were changing rooms to avoid a second night of noise, we witnessed our next-door neighbors checking out with professional video and audio equipment. All signs point to them filming adult content in the room next to us. The front desk comped me two nights of parking and gave us a bag of pretzels and an apple juice for our trouble. One question - why do we have to pay $12/night to park in the hotel’s own lot? Which is not guarded or gated and, we now know, has no security presence? Be aware that if you stay here and have an issue with another guest, no one will help you.

I like the bed. The only thing that I didn't like was the lack of television stations on the tv. I booked the room to watch FIFA but the tv did not have the local station on Fox tv. That was disappointing for sure.

Had a great time staying there last weekend. Upon returning home I realized I left a shirt hanging up. Vinson Bartley was super helpful and is shipping my shirt to me. Very much appreciate how much of a help he was and how easy it was to remedy the situation.

The whole place was just odd. There was a strange exercise pole in the room, and something that looked like an empty poster frame on the wall. Only one chair. It had a large walk-in shower but no way to turn off the overhead rain shower head and just use the hand shower head. The ice marker on our floor was broken. The hotel lobby did not have complimentary coffee, something you would expect in even the most low-cost hotel. It costs $3.00 per serving, no breakfast included, and they even charge for single-serve cereal boxes. The first luggage cart we tried to use had locked-up wheels.

The room had 2 queen beds and was very spacious. I was able to fit my mobility scooter in the room without any issues. The pre-online checkin made check in super simple. The ice machine was able to fill water bottle with ice and water. The tv allowed you to stream from any service. The room was very clean. I loved the walk in rain shower. Also, there are electrical outlets be usb plugs all over the room. We were all able to charge all of our devices.

Great staff accommodated all of my requests in a timely manner and served an exceptional breakfast!

Very pleasant stay. Very nice and helpful front desk staff. Nice clean and comfortable room. A special shoutout to Bonnie at the breakfast counter who went above and beyond and got each morning of our stay off to a great start!

Expecting guests to pay for breakfast that was more than 15 minutes late of being open and having the hotel employee making it seem as if we were wrong for expecting the service as advertised.

Self-parking is $12. IHG app says self park. Had not paid on previous visits. Told it is because people park there for amphitheater. Why charge your guest for no valet, not gated self parking to customers for what others are doing? Two sign there but not obvious to those attempting to use hotel as parking for an event. Hotel customers punished not folks parking there as non-guest. So won’t stay there any more. Will stay at Holiday Inn Express one exit down and get free breakfast. I travel there regularly but bye-bye Even hotel. Not paying $12 to park my own car in your lot. You penalize your customers not violators. Just won’t stand for that BS!

Location was good and the rooms were clean

I did not having to pay extra to park in the EVEN parking lot when I was already a guest. This should be included in the cost of your stay.

I asked for a room with a view and I got just that. I was placed on the top floor (6) looking out over the city...and close to elevator. The staff was wonderful. Loved the lighted mirror in the bathroom and the shower.

The ice machine on our floor(6)was not working,and there was not an ice machine on the 5th floor. Had to go down to the lobby to get ice. There wasn't a microwave in the room.

I stayed here from Mar. 2-5 and was very pleased with the rooms, location, atmosphere and service. Jenna and Asad were consistently professional, helpful and attentive. One perk that I especially enjoyed was the exercise equipment in the room itself (yoga mat, block, roller and resistance band set up). One change that would be good to see would be that there be a variety of bed pillows in the room rather than all the same, in order to be able to choose the one that works best for comfortable sleep. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The area was nice and quiet. We had breakfast there- the food was good. I liked how they had workout items in the room! That was different and cool. The only thing I didn’t care for was the paid parking - it is literally a parking lot that has plenty of spots so I don’t see the need to charge. It’s $12 a day. That is the one thing that would make me not want to go back. But I love the location -Near the shops of Avalon. Again calm, peaceful area. Check-in was a breeze and Asad was amazing! He is funny, friendly, helpful, and a pretty cool guy. I enjoyed coming to and from the hotel and seeing him at the desk. It was a very comfortable feeling. Thanks Asad!!!! Very nice staff. Guests are also pleasant.

Parking - charging daily for parking at a hotel of this standards and is outrageous. Breakfast - they charge extra for this as well, we were very surprised it’s not included. It’s a good thing Starbucks is near by. Shower - tub facet was leaking, so the water flow from above was weak, they couldn’t fix it - even after saying they did, overall shower is good but it could have been great if that was to be fixed properly.

Breakfast was a bit spendy for the offering. Most hotels of this type offer a complimenary breakfast.

First day when I get key I went upstairs. Open and get in. I shocked room was untidy towels on the floor bed sheets awfull. Soneone still living in the room. I really shocked. Then they changed the room asap.
