Our stay was fabulous and the staffs are very friendly, reception are so nice, food is great.

Lacation is close to the airport.

We had 2 rooms and requested them to be close together and they where on 2 differant floors.

Het eten is toch wel vrij prijzig voor een Fillipijns hotel maar daar krijg je dan ook wel wat voor.

It was a wonderful experience. Specifically the club lounge perks it was a good have amenity. They Club Longe agents are all accommodating. Specially Kevin and Ella. Kudos to them!

The room that was assigned to us was spacious and the bed was soo comfortable. It has complete kitchen amenities and they also offered daily water refill. What I love about our stay was that Dhusit gave us Dhusit Club amenities ( free afternoon tea every 2:30pm to 5pm and free cocktails every 5:30pm to 7:30pm). We almost nevet left the hotel because of the amenities that we enjoyed.

We booked the dusit thani residence with exclusive lounge access, the staff are very accomodating, good and delicous foods. I want to book again here soon. Thank you very for the very nice and memorable experince!

Pigeons everywhere, feathers in the pool. 5/6 power outlets didn’t work in H511, 1 out of 2 showers spikets didn’t work, elevator out of order, and just an aged property. Grossly overpriced for what you get. Don’t recommend.

We are Dusit Gym members and we always use the pool. The pool has bird poop all the time :( please do something about shoooing the birds away. Before it was tolerable but today when we got to the pool there WAS SO MUCH BIRD POOP. We even had to scoop it out ourselves. Do something about it. It could also he a health hazard. Use the frequency technology for this. The photos was not even it as we asked the kuyas to net it out some we scooped ourselves. So gross

For the price point of Dusit D2 Davao, I expected a clean and well-maintained room. Unfortunately, the housekeeping and sanitation were far below acceptable standards. The room floor was dirty from the moment we arrived — it clearly hadn’t been vacuumed — and even after requesting housekeeping, the floor remained just as dirty. The tables weren’t wiped, drink marks were still there, and on our first day I even found a pubic hair on the carpet. The bathroom also wasn’t properly cleaned; there were visible mold spots and the space didn’t feel sanitized at all. When housekeeping finally came, all they did was change the sheets. They didn’t wipe any surfaces, didn’t clean the chairs or tables, and didn’t replace the towels. When we returned to the room, we had no towels, and even the toilet paper wasn’t replenished. For a hotel charging this much, the lack of basic cleanliness and proper housekeeping is unacceptable.

The room was spacious and clean, the staff were very welcoming, and everything felt so relaxing. The hotel itself looks classy and peaceful. Would totally recommend staying here if you’re in Davao

Staff was friendly and attentive. The room assigned to us was as request in a quiet area. The location was also convenient for us since we had an early morning flight on our departure day and took us only 15 mins. to get to the airport

The interior and tables, in the Madayaw Cafe has seen better days. We sat by the glass widows beside the pool, and due to condensation from the aircon vents, water was dripping on us and the tables. The tables are also unstable and wobbly, despite the staff putting something underneath to stop it from wobbling. Both for dinner and breakfast we had to relocate our positions. At least 3-4 tables that we checked were wobbly.

My husband and I went to the club lounge to have our cocktails. Kevin, the club lounge manager was very accommodating. He walked us through the food stations and drinks. Service is top-notch and everyone is friendly. The lounge is well kept. Love the smell and ambiance. Overall, our experience was very pleasant.

The hair dryer doesn't work. Smart tv was not mirroring. Some of the power socket are not working too.

The only complaint I have about my last stay is that the Breakfast Buffet is from 6 AM to !0 AM. The last stay most of the food was gone at 8:20 AM. The staff did not have back-up of the food, and I needed to eat. The staff suggested that I buy food and have it sent in from the Kirchen. I said our breakfasts are always included with our package. I was a bit upset but, someone in the hotel made us something and understood they are understaffed. This is the second time this has happened. I ate my food and felt sorry for the people who were stuck with just bread, pancakes and what was left over. This is why I despise the free breakfast or one that is included in the price because your stuck. The staff was awesome and rooms very clean,

Near the airport

We had a great stay last March with my friends. Perfect place to celebrate any occasions. The staffs are very hospitable, they will really exceed your expectations.

We love this hotel. Wonderful staff in all the restaurants and lobby bar. Each morning, Shannen greeted us warmly for breakfast and wonderful customer service by her. The pool is lovely, cooling swim. We had a day at Paradise Beach resort on Samal island, the ferry is a short (less than 100 peso) taxi ride to ferry. The food and service in Dusit's Thai restaurant is outstanding. DusitD2 is now our go to hotel in Davao and one we recommend to friends

Kids had fun at the pool! Kids ordered hot choco drink like 4 times i think lol they really liked it. They liked the popcorn and dark chocolate cookies. We were so happy to know that you have a now a chinese menu! We had the lemon chicken with almond crust, butter prawn, beef (forgot the name but it had asparagus), bokchot with mushroom, and the best spareribs!! The fried rice was great with chunky shrimps! Although the restaurant set up was a little confusing lol we thought there was an exclusive event or something, we didn't cross that line during breakfast. Then upon asking when exiting the resto, turns out that was the chinese dining area (that's why we ordered afterwards lol). Regrettably, that section had the main courses for breakfast. You have to put some signages what offers this section of the buffet has. You need to have a staff dedicated to interact with your customers. Small chatter can open up a wide conversation like knowing a lot of your clients do not know where your other food set up is. When chatting at the elevator, a couple & a family joined our convo that they too did not know and knew from us what that section was haha! Seems like we have a reason to come back lol. To add, while waiting for my cappucino from your machine, i asked your bar guy for some sugar packets. He just answered that it's on our table already. I said we are seated outside to look after our kids while swimming and there were no sugar or creamer on our table. So he reluctantly went to the table just behind me and snatched a bunch of sugar & creamer hahaha i could have done that, i don't want to make him mad :))

Currently enjoying an amazing 3-day stay at Dusit Thani D2 Davao with my partner. The ambiance is relaxing, the food is great, and the staff have been incredibly welcoming. Definitely a memorable getaway we’re still soaking in.

The room was comfortable and a decent size plus it is convenient in terms of location to the Airport. One highlight at the hotel was the food in the lobby lounge - that was delicious! We hosted friends there and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. It did take a long time to come but in the end was worth the wait.

We expected better quality in every area considering it claims to be a 5 Star Hotel. We were a bit disappointed (aside from the food) and would not stay there again for the price we paid! We asked for our 3 rooms to be located close to each other on the same level but sadly one room was on a different level.

Awful view, Thai restaurant very mediocre, ageing room with stained sofas and bathroom cabinets. All in need of a renovation.Barely warm shower. Roosters and large trucks just outside your room.
