The hallways in the Dusit Residences smell musty and old. NO air conditioning . Dinner buffet not worth it for the price. Poor selection of food . Pigeon poop everywhere ! Balconies , side of pool , at times poop in the swimming pool!

Too many pigeons, which came with droppings, feathers and cleaning signs everywhere. Surly this needs to be addressed. Club lounge food was well below expectations, uninspiring, cold and an afterthought from the chef. Breakfast average, everything was warm, not hot and we arrived for breakfast early each day

Property is old and in need of renovation, The room smells damp, the AC ducts are leaking all over the property,It has a major problem with Pigeons everywhere especially around pool area, The pool itself is a health hazard with feces from pigeons floating. Large majority of staff have no idea what they are doing. Having stayed in various Dusit locations including Manila this is not a good representation of the brand.

j ai du a plusieurs reprises réclamer des croissants pains au chocolat avec une attente certaine pour RIEN chercher plusieurs minutes des assiettes attendre cinq bonnes minutes que une table soit non pas libre mais nettoyée la chambre était louée pour deux personnes et la facture a ete payer comme telle MAIS il n y avait que serviettes savons sortie de bain pour UNE personne peut et doit mieux faire

I recently spent an overnight stay at the Dusit Thani Residences with my fiancee to celebrate my birthday, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The property itself is beautiful, modern, and offers top-notch amenities, making it the perfect place for a special celebration. The major highlight of our stay was the Executive Club Lounge. The atmosphere was perfect for unwinding, but it was the staff that made it truly memorable. I'd like to give a special shoutout to Kevin, whose service was nothing short of exceptional. He went above and beyond to ensure my birthday stay was comfortable, paying attention to every detail and always greeting us with a genuine, warm smile. It is rare to find that level of dedicated, personalized care, and Kevin truly made us feel like VIPs. Between the stunning accommodations and the flawless service at the Club Lounge, Dusit Thani Residences made my birthday incredibly special. I highly recommend staying here, and I can't wait to return!

The room is beautiful. Big, clean, well finished. That is the only good thing I can say. Then you look out the window. Lying right there, in plain view, are two lifeless pigeons. Good thing the windows do not open or the smell would have made the room unbearable. And the actual view behind it is a gas station with massive fuel tanks and tanker trucks. That is what we paid for. There was no face towel and no hand towel. Only a single regular towel. This is supposed to be a five star hotel. Even smaller, far cheaper hotels provide a complete towel set as standard. There is no excuse for this at Dusit. Check-in took almost 30 minutes. Only two people were working the front desk for a line of more than ten guests, about five minutes each. At the same time there were many bellboys and greeters standing around with nothing to do. The two receptionists looked exhausted and clearly unhappy. They are carrying the entire front of house alone, and it shows. For a property at this price, under this brand, none of this is acceptable. Dusit management needs to see this, take it seriously and not just a PR reply.

Do not waste your money on a suite at this property. The "premium" experience was non-existent from start to finish. My arrival set the tone: no one opened our car doors or helped unload my heavy luggage. When I walked toward the entrance, the security guard publicly called me out for not using the luggage scanner—an honest mistake caused by the complete absence of staff guidance at the door. Check-in was equally frustrating, featuring a very poor explanation of their security deposit policy. Inside the suite, things only got worse. The coffee maker was completely busted, housekeeping ignored my request for an extra pair of slippers, and the bathroom ran out of shower gel on our final night. To top it all off, the front desk was unable to process my security deposit refund during check-out. Paying for a suite should guarantee top-tier service, but this hotel failed on every basic level of hospitality. Avoid this place.

Room is spacious with a mini kitchenette and fridge is +++ bonus. Unlike sa Ibang mga hotel breakfast, the bacon is in the cloche na at Dusit you have to wait for more than 30 minutes and for 8 pax hati hati lang kami. Though the price we paid including our rooms is a bit pricy kesa ibang hotels. Ang laki nang rooms Nila and they really catered well sa mga requests namin +++ sa nurse at lifeguard na nag assist sa mga minor cuts nang mga pamangkin ko. Daming pigeons Kaya medyo minsan may mga small poo galing sa pigeons. We asked extra robe salamat talaga sa prompt na pag bigay. Mga staff(s) naka smile at laging nakaantabay to help. Yong lady na nag assist sa amin the first day nang breakfast ang kind and warmth din.

We had a 1 bedroom suite and even though it didn't face the ocean it still had a great view of the city. The bed was very comfortable with nice bedding, loved the seperate tub in the bathroom, and the kitchen had supplies needed so we didn't need to eat every meal out. My only complaint is there is no microwave and there are pigeons everywhere so we didn't get to enjoy the balcony due to bird feces. Staff is very friendly, the bar had some good drinks, and I liked that there were plenty of filipino food options (I tend to not like it when resorts only offer cuisine that I can get in the USA). The pool was a little cold for me but my husband enjoyed it, it was a nice area with the exception of all the pigeons. Staff seemed to be able to keep it super clean. The Namm Spa was amazing, I had a body scrub with a 90 minute massage. Highly recommend this treatment!! We will absolutley stay here again when we return to Davao.

We arrived late in Davao and were second time lucky in managing to get a booking in this hotel at short notice. Outwardly the hotel does looked luxurious but closer inspection revealed that it was a little worn and tired. I think the staff were polite. The room was nice and we did not have the opportunity to exploit the outdoor swimming pool. We found that the breakfast offered a wide range of global food yet the quality was not great. For the price of circa £200 / night, it was seriously overpriced and decided to try elsewhere when we returned to Davao. All in all, I would not have begrudged paying the money if the room had be luxurious. However, we both thought that the room had seen better days.

Cleanliness was poor, bed linen was raised as a concern and room rejected on arrival, hallways to room walls very worn appearance, scuffs and marks in the paint, i was expecting a fresher look not a tired, Menu in reception bar area was very limited for EMEA based people, could be improved, food quality ( mini burgers ) was very poor and could not eat the beef, lots of sinue in the beef patty...

The room we’re in has a moldy smell we ignored at first . We were booked for 3 nights & on the 3rd day we found molds under the bathroom sink walls. We took pictures and showed it to the front desk to bring it to their attention. Molds are unhealthy for our health.
