The room was clean

Front desk lady was very rude. I did report her. The room didn’t have enough towels for the reported number of family members. Directions to the room was vague. Building not numbered. It was over 100 degrees and taking our luggage to the room was difficult. They also closed breakfast early so we went to our hospital appointment hungry. It’s one of the reasons we stay here.

My husband and I were in charge of planning the 30th anniversary of the 34th Engineer Battalion Reunion this year and everyone who attended commented on how very nice and comfortable the rooms are and the staff was very accommodating to our needs. Lisa did a great job making sure everything was in order for us and was readily available to answer any questions or concerns. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the happy hour had a good supply of snacks.

The breakfast was great, however, the line was long for the omelets and could use another cook.

All of the plumbing in my room was very slow to drain.

It was a wonderful stay, but the property is so big and I wished the letter of the buildings were large and easy to see on the outside of the buildings. It would have also been nice to have someone from the hotel reminded the super loud people in the pool to keep the noise to a certain level. Overall, this is a great hotel, great value, nice employees, and we would stay here again - and also recommend it to friends and family.

Great breakfast with a personal omelet chef! Lots of breakfast options! We went for a staycation for the pool. Kids had a great time swimming! Pool was clean and towels were provided.

Our stay was great the only thing was the rooms living area was a little small. But the front desk did give us plenty of extra bedding apon request.

The evening reception was disappointing. The drinks were nice but the snacks were sub=par (including sliced cukes that were actually rotting).

The room definitely wasn’t clean there were smears on the walls, crumbs, and even a broken glass shard on the floor. The shower floor was brown. The bed and the pillows were extremely uncomfortable. I booked a room with a “pool view” but the only way I was viewing the pool was going out on the balcony and leaning all the way over to see it in the distance. Oh and TVs aren’t connected to WiFi so you only get like 30 cable channels.

The only good thing about this property was the location from the event my family and I attended and the staff. The staff was exceptional and didn't match the poor conditions of the property. Oh the breakfast made up for the sleepless night for sure!

THIS RUN DOWN PROPERTY SHOULD NOT CARRY THE NAME OF A HILTON!!!! It's not just old but it's rundown and unkept. If we didn't prepay or needed to stay longer than a day we would have immediately relocated to a better Hilton or another brand of hotels. - Rusty Shower & Tub - Dirt/Ring stains in the tub - Leaky tub faucet (water ran all night) - Hard spring bed - Stained sheets - Dirty carpet - Shower gel, hand soap, lotion smells like bug spray!!! Hilton is known for its great complimentary toiletries. - Old crunchy pullout mattress blanket

- breakfast (there was even non dairy milk for coffee) - rooms were big and spacious (had a coffee machine, mini fridge and a microwave) - the bed was comfortable and clean - rooms were quite - Gym was adequate - double lock on the room main door

- carpet could have been cleaner and corners of the room, light switches etc - Gym could have had a little more equipment - not much around the hotel

Very pretty and well kept

It was pretty confusing finding parking and then the room. The ice machine didn’t work. A light in the living room was always on…no visible way to turn it off.

The breakfast is fabulous and also free! Many choices and everything is fresh and delicious. It's the best free breakfast I've had anywhere in world. There's also an outdoor patio where I enjoyed eating and birdwatching. In my room everything was clean, comfortable, and functional. I loved having the two rooms ~ a living room area and a bedroom. The gardens between the buildings were shaded by large jacaranda trees that were flowering during my visit. The pool, hot tub, and gym are clean and easy to use. The staff is super helpful and friendly.

The air in my room seemed a little bit stale but the window opens so fresh air can come in.

By far the best hotel we’ve stayed in during our trip around the USA so far, in terms of quality of accommodation and facilities, genuinely warm welcome, complimentary items and convenience at the time of checkout. Breakfast was fantastic, and value for money simply unbeatable. Will recommend without hesitation. Thank you!

Rooms, surroundings, restaurants

No help with luggage, they used liquid eggs to make omelette for breakfast. It was not fresh.

made a reservation here to celebrate our anniversary and arrived for happy hour around 5:30 PM on 3/27/26. Unfortunately, it was far from a “happy” experience. The bartender, Lacey, was very unwelcoming from the start. Her tone and mannerisms toward us felt rude and dismissive, which made us uncomfortable. What stood out even more was that she appeared warm and friendly with other guests at the bar, while we were treated very differently. As the only guests of our ethnicity at the bar, the contrast in how we were treated made us feel singled out and unwelcome. Because of this, we chose to leave after about 10 minutes instead of staying to celebrate our special occasion. We were really looking forward to enjoying our anniversary here, so this experience was disappointing.

Right off the free way our room was terrible we herd traffic all night, sheets felt like sandpaper and a full size bed isn’t big enough for two adults , our room smelt like a swamp and smoke there was mud or something on the bathroom floor when we arrived , bathroom sink was plugged and the outlets didn’t work by the bed and the tv channels were terrible

The staff was welcoming and accommodating. Everyone we spoke with was pleasant helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast selection was plentiful and we enjoyed the fitness center.

Great rooms and breakfast!

I have stayed at A LOT of Hilton Hotels for many years. I have to say that Doris is by far the best front desk agent that I have ever had the pleasure to meet. She was full of energy, spunk, and compassion. We were there for a 12 U girls softball tournament. I unloaded my car onto one of the hotels carts. I had bags for 3 adults, 1 child, a softball bat bag, case of water, etc...The cart was loaded. I also had my elderly mother with me when I realized after walking through the front doors that I may have unloaded my car prematurely. Doris did not hesitate to tell me that she would take care of us. She walked with us helping pull the cart all while making sure my 88 year old mom was ok and asking if we needed to take a break. She walked with us to the far elevator and explained how to get up to our room! Doris' customer service skills are TOP NOTCH!!! She went out of her way to help us and to make sure my mom was ok. This meant the world to me. We saw her the next day and she remembered us and asked about my granddaughters tournament. Thank you Doris, you are a shining star in our world!!! Julie D.

Really great value. We didn't realize there would be a reception with free drinks so that was a cool bonus. Room layout and cleanliness were good. Really liked having a separate "living room" that had a door between it and the "bedroom" to avoid waking others up when you're up.

Didn't have a chance to try the breakfast because it closes earlier than we were prepared to wake up.

I was blown away, honestly, by all of it. It was a gorgeous hotel, I loved, loved, loved our rooms. (We were here from So. Cal for my daughters graduation at ASU) she had her own room. The breakfast was delicious, the grounds were beautiful, we enjoyed the pool and the happy hour snacks and drinks, everyone was really nice and helpful.

Our room was plagued by fruit flies the entire 4 days. We were constantly being buzzed by them.

The eggs your way station was nice and the make your own waffles were good. There was lots of free parking and the location was pretty central. Great coffee shop accross the street.

Facility overall was very dated. There was a lot of highway noise. Besides the eggs your way and the make your own waffles, the rest of the food items were low quality. Also no gluten free bread choices. Price was high for what it offered.
