Room needed some attention. Wallpaper was peeling in one spot, toilet has been broken at some point and glued back together.

The whole property is non- smoking. However, our room smelled of a previous occupant that smoked in the room. Also, there was a cigarette burn on the ottoman. I called the front desk and was assured that all the rooms are non- smoking. Since we were staying 2 nights, we decided to stay in the room and turned the fan on high. We left and returned 4 hours later and the smell was much better. We did tell the staff at check out and they apologized and would check the room.

Die Zimmer sind extrem in die Jahre gekommen. Teppichböden, Vorhänge und Couch machen einen schmuddeligen Eindruck und man möchte am liebsten nichts berühren. Es herrscht ein extrem unangenehmer Geruch im Zimmer (alt, modrig, muffig)

Excellent location by my nieces and nephews. The pool was lovely! The personnel exceptional especially John, Michael and then Alexia at breakfast. She was so kind and efficient. Alexia was busy keeping our tables clean, with a very pleasant personality. I told her she should be manager soon. My only suggestion would be higher toilets. As a retired teacher I needed a taller toilet seat. Maybe more room with higher commodes. Thanks for a nice stay!

The room was extremely nice and roomy. The two T.V.'s were great to have. All the apliances in the room were much needed and appreciated. A sitting room and sleeping room was very nice. Overall thought is that we were very happy there!

The Front desk lady was not very friendly when we were checking out. She seemed in another world.

Very close to everything and the staff were nice! You get two free drinks at the hotel bar. My fiancé and I stayed here for his birthday weekend. This hotel is very close to Fords garage restaurant and the mall!

There’s nothing bad about this hotel. It is beautiful and relaxing!

firstly the front of house staff were very friendly and helpful. we were able to check in early without any charge. the room was very spacious and had a separate bedroom and living room/kitchen. lots of breakfast options and a omelette station. room and environment very clean. x2 free drinks from the bar included per night

perfect hotel, would stay here again

The property was very clean but the 90’s called and wanted this embassy suites back. If you went to church camp where everyone in the state met up you have definitely stayed in this place and it hasn’t changed. All the staff was nice except for the girl working in bar she was rude and didn’t want to be there and that old saying holds true …one bad egg.

From the moment we checked in we were pleased with our experience at this Hilton property. Customer service for all of our needs were addressed with courtesy. Spacious, clean room, comfortable bed. Evening happy hour could have had a few more snacks, but we got there close to 7. Breakfast was outstanding. Everything was well stocked and tended to. Will stay here again if we are in the vicinity.

Breakfast was not as good as previous stays. Mediocre sausage and bacon. No one doing omelettes while we were there No restaurant menu in the room. We called to ask and they said they were outdated and we would have to come to front desk to get one. Did not offer to bring to room.

Super happy to have landed here for surgery at UK! We have kissed a few frogs closer to Shriner’s but this is a straight quick shot up Nicholasville Rd and you’re there! Easy peasy! The general manager and head chef (Mike and Mark) go all out in ensuring customers’ comfort and health! We are so appreciative we gave this hotel a chance! Sadly for us, we are frequent flyers to Shriners and UK Hospital, BUT we never have to worry about where we will stay again! It will always be at Embassy Suites Lexington Green!! Thanks so much!

When we first arrived here we were greeted and promptly by Grant and a manager named Mike. the front desk was very efficient as were headed to our room under 30 seconds. When we got to the room it smelled clean and was beautiful! The hotel was gorgeous! It was truly a hidden gem. We had a gentleman named Daja come to the room to help with the TV and he was kind and very helpful as well. There was an event there of some kind and it was alot of fun. The Hoop and Barrel restaurant was delicious as well! The breakfast is always made to order and was exceptional!! We will be back!

Lock and door knob to adjacent room were busted up and the door knob was barely hanging. Room stayed very cold. You literally had to wait at least ten minutes for the shower or sink to produce water hot enough to actually use. There was trash under the bed. The breakfast downstairs was good but the area was uncomfortably cold while trying to eat

Great location, mall, plenty of restaurants nearby. 45 minutes to Louisville Slugger factory and museum and 90 minutes to Noah’s Ark (fabulous, BTW).

Clean comfortable room and friendly staff. Go for the breakfast!! Chefs. Pry and Phil are awesome and the other staff are very nice and attentive. Truly enjoyable even though they had to work through the holidays.

Did not like that when I checked in , no one at the desk to help with my luggage. Also, when I got to the room the toilet was running non stop had to make a call down stairs to the desk for someone to fix it.

No one at the desk to check me in at first, even though they offered keyless entry to the hotel at check in, I had 2 rooms reserved I needed for the night and had to wait for assistance for this reason till someone came to desk for at least over 10 minutes. I checked in about 9:15

The hotel was clean and the staff was wonderful! Cory, the breakfast cook, was so pleasant and made our eggs and add ins delicious. Cory also makes his pancakes from scratch! It was very cold outside but the hotel was warm and cozy and the staff made our stay great!

Breakfast made by CORY !!! specifically the OMELETTE, we had to get it twice. Very good breakfast preparation & hospitality from CORY & ALEXIA. Alexia made sure everything was organized and stocked up for breakfast. They were very friendly & helpful .. great vibes, great stay. Great location and service, especially from Phillip at the omelette station! Had to extend stay last minute and did not have any issues, also was able to receive critical business packages at the hotel.

During the breakfast hours, Alexia and Sheryll were so wonderful. They always had a smile on while doing their job. They were very nice to the guests and attentive to making sure the coffee and food was replenished along with keeping the tables clean. Loved their attitude!

We booked a two-room suite here. The door into the suite opened into the living room, which had a window looking back into the hallway and atrium. Past that was a narrow hallway with a closet and a door to the bathroom, followed by the bedroom. The bedroom had an outside window, in our case overlooking the pool (currently closed) and pretty little pond. It was a comfortable set up, and since our room was on the 6th floor it was fairly quiet, although I suspect the first floor might be a little noisy because of the atrium. The premium room also came with a lot of free snacks, and we were very happy to have a Keurig. Over all we had a good stay here.

I am so thankful for the servers Alexia and Shyrell who went above and beyond at breakfast to make sure I got the items I needed. My son was sick and I came down close to closing time. They made sure I got his waffle made by a really kind chef, even though it was a few minutes before closing. Thank you ladies for your compassion and superior customer service. Y’all are top tier!

Water was a little cold to shower

The hotel is in a great location, and has been renovated well. We found occasional lapses in service, such as an inability to refill the body wash after multiple calls for help to the front desk. The breakfast buffet is very comprehensive and the chefs were very friendly and talented.
