Location was great very close to downtown where we spent most of our time, the breakfast exceeded expectations had waffles and sausage and eggs much more than any other complimentary breakfast I’ve had at other places. Pool looked great I wish I had more time to take a swim but we were busy lol. Room was nice and cleaned daily while we were out, and the staff members we met were kind and accommodating. We will definitely book with quality for future stays

The last night while we were packing we did see a bug of some kind possibly a cricket in our room which was a bit off putting but we were leaving anyways.

Clean and affordable, except for the surprise charge for parking - $10 plus tax for parking that was not mentioned on the Booking.com website.

Location was great . Bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was nice . Most of room was clean.

Even though coffee machine in the room .There was no tea bags . milk / cream pots or spoons/ stirrers in the room . Bath had rust /limescale. Enamel coming off bathtub around the plug hole so looked dirty . Fridge in room had all plastic still on it but half of missing so made it look like was in cling film . Fridge worked fine just not nice to look at and made room look u tidy .

se anuncia como Quality inn e qdo cheguei estava outro nome, se apresenta como 4 estrelas, depois que reclamei colocaram uma faixa por cima do outro nome de hotel. tenho tudo documentado, se tiver 1/2 estrela é muito. NAO DORMI LÁ... UM NOJO!!!!

Close and accessible to historic district.

The exterior was dirty and badly in need of a paint job. Rooms seemed okay, but due to the dirty exterior, we wondered how clean the rooms were. Breakfast should have been spread around three walls instead of two so to get around. By the time we got through the line, our eggs and sausage sausages were cold. And then we couldn’t find a table.

Clean functional rooms, nice shower. Big tv, nice pool, decent breakfast with some hot items. Shuttle to downtown area for $5 was a bonus.

Rooms and lobby area were clean and functional but a little plain. Outside facility needed a little updating and cleaning. During the day heard dogs barking. Was told they do enforce no barking in the evening so that is good.

Good price and location

Had about 4 bugs come through the door including spiders and centipedes. Shower was very small and with just the curtain would get the rest of bathroom floor wet.

It was a very reasonable priced hotel. Perfect for one night stay for us.

El personal de recepción fue muy amable y atento. Nos lo pusieron todo muy fácil e hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera muy agradable. Un hotel puede ser solo para un par de noches, pero eso no significa que deba descuidar la calidad ni la atención. En este sentido, quedamos muy satisfechos. Me encantó lo céntrico que está. St. Augustine es una ciudad complicada y, sobre todo, muy cara para aparcar. El hotel se encuentra a solo 10 minutos del centro histórico, y resulta más económico pedir un Lyft o un Uber para ir al centro que llevar tu propio coche. Me gustaría señalar que en algunas críticas se ha mencionado el sonido de los trenes al pasar. Es cierto que se escuchan, pero de forma muy puntual y no resultan una molestia en absoluto.

El desayuno un poco justo. Me hubiera gustado más variedad pero la calidad de todo lo servido ha sido buena.

La piscine sale et non entretenue. Pas de navette pour le centre historique comme annoncé. Le parking payant, 10€, sans valet ! Le bruit infernal de la ventilation dans la chambre.

Specifically booked this facility because it offers a shuttle service to downtown, only to be told that it was not available on the day we were there - no reason provided by staff. Broken cupboard/ unit in room, so wobbly it almost fell over

Clean and large rooms, we had a nice stay for our one night in the city. Great facilities if you have pets with you!

The breakfast was only a few options, but I never complain about free food. The night staff seemed less than enthusiastic, but the morning staff was wonderful. The shuttle into town wasn't running when we visited, which was part of why we chose to stay there, so we were a bit disappointed.

Het viel ons enorm tegen. Het zou een 4* hotel moeten zijn maar het was niet meer dan een oud en gedateerd motel. Kamers waren niet schoon en heel erg simpel. Vies bankstel in de hoek van de kamer waar ik niet op durfde te zitten. Er zou een shuttle naar het centrum moeten zijn, maar die reed niet. Kort samengevat: een grote deceptie.

Breakfast was very good, well presented, clean and stocked. I would have really liked to have seen some type of potato though. Whether skillet fried, home fried, hash browns, just suggest adding a potatoes of some type.

The room door didn't have secondary locks. When we pulled in there were two different police cars dealing with two different issues at the motel. Based on description it was located in the historic district, however it was a 10 minute drive.

Unglaublich! Ich übertreibe wirklich nicht und das ist nicht unser erster roadtrip, aber so was hab ich noch nicht erlebt. Hotel macht Werbung mit Shuttlebus, was wir wirklich bewusst gebucht hatten, weil parken irre teuer ist im historischen Zentrum. Tja, gibt's nicht, weil kein Fahrer. Ich hatte auch geschaut bei der Buchung um eine waschgelegenheit...außer Betrieb...und der Pool, den wir bei fast 40 Grad unbedingt nutzen wollten, außer Betrieb weil umgestanden. WLAN wird beworben, wir wurden so dermaßen am Ende der Anlage eingebucht, dass auch das nicht ging. Wir hätten an der Rezeption um einen Rabatt gebeten, wurden lästig abgewimmelt, auch als wir gebeten hatten, den Manager zu sprechen. Nachdem wir nicht mehr weg gegangen sind, wurden uns völlig genervt 10 Dollar Nachlass gewährt...tja, Parken hatte dass ohne Shuttlebus schon 20 Dollar gekostet. Quality Inn wieder, weil wir es schon kennen und z.b. in Charlotte gute Erfahrung gemacht haben, hier aber unbedingt die Finger davon lassen. Man wird nur enttäuscht. Auch bevor ich jetzt diese Bewertung geschrieben hatte, hätte ich nochmals per Mail Kontakt aufgenommen...tja...wieder ignoriert worden.

The pool was filthy , the property wasn’t landscaped. Our bathroom was filthy and our drain in the tub had a big clump of hair in it.

Shower head was broken. Our first room smelled of marijuana, so we were given another room. After a day at the beach, our new room was filled with the odor of marijuana. Front desk was zero help. I was told the manager would call me the following morning. I never received a phone call or a room visit. My children had to breathe this all night. Nobody cared!

There was a roach in our room climbing the wall. The thorny bushes around the rails stuck out too far and scratched you as you walked by. Yard was not mowed.

My stay at this hMy stay at this hotel had both positive and negative aspects. On the plus side, the room was quite comfortable, providing the rest I needed, and the breakfast was excellent, with variety and good service. However, there were notable structural and operational issues. The bathroom door lacked a latch, which significantly affected privacy. Additionally, the wireless network did not reach the building where I stayed (building 3). When I reported the problem to the front desk, the staff member showed a lack of preparation and empathy, simply assuming the issue was on my end because the signal worked fine in the main building. It became clear that the property lacks a proper network infrastructure, like a mesh system, to ensure coverage throughout the property. In summary, this is a hotel with potential, but it needs improvements in maintenance and staff training. I would consider staying here again only if there were no better options nearby.

The breakfast was okay. My sister's thought it was alright. I personally didn't enjoy it because it was basic .

The property didn't look inviting. The grass was not cut. The neighbors were loud and it was irritating.

Az ágyak jók. Van Shuttle, ami szobánként 5 dollár naponta, bevisz a belvárosba, ha ráírsz, érted megy. Ez szuper . A pool is jó, elég mély és viszonylag nagy, tényleg úszómedence, hőfoka is klassz.

Zajos. A pool a parkolón túl van, a szobában sokszor őrülten zúg valami gép a falon, talán páraelszívó, és meleget áraszt közben. A szoba pici, a nyitott, gang-folyosóról oda lépsz be, ahol alszol. A reggeli elég vacak, minden nap ugyanaz, és nagyon "economi". Egy nap még a waffel tésztaadagoló gép is rossz volt, pedig az volt a reggeli fénypontja.

Gum wrappers behind the nightstand, small blood-looking stain on the bedsheet, and the sink pop-up assembly sitting on the counter.shower head was looking rough. You can hear everything if you are staying on the bottom floor from the upstairs. Also the traffic from the main road was a little much

We had a very good stay. The unit was notably clean, and Nick, the shuttle bus attendant, was especially kind. The hotel is in a great location—close to the historic district, several beaches (about 10–15 minutes away), and nearby pharmacies. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had some delays arriving on time, and it seemed this caused some inconvenience for the check-in staff.

I would never, ever recommend this hotel or return to it. Honestly, it was a very difficult night—not because the room was simple and small, but because of the filth. I never imagined I’d have to sleep in a bed previously used by a stranger; that was just too much. It is sad that the hotel staff—especially the housekeeping team and supervisors—lack empathy for the customer, who is the one driving the business's growth; we deserve to be well looked after. It is unbelievable that they don't change the bed linens after a guest leaves; I had to smell a stranger's sweat on the sheets and pillowcase all night long. And that wasn't all—I assume they didn't vacuum, as there was hair all over the floor, and the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly either (the toilet paper wasn't arranged, and the tissue box was empty 😕). Unfortunately, I couldn't ask for a change of sheets because I arrived late at night to sleep; my husband fell asleep quickly because he was exhausted, and I didn't want to wake him. But my night was awful—I even developed an allergic reaction on my body. You never know what kind of skin issues the person who slept there the night before might have had—issues that the staff ignored by failing to change the sheets.

We did not expect to have to pay $10 to park in hotel parking lot so be sure thoroughly check the hotel info. I mean, why should we have to pay to park in ungated parking lot or no valet parking , just a regular hotel parking lot at a hotel to we've paid for a room which said taxes and FEES were included in total. Of course, they said breakfast was free, wifi free, pool use free. So what, we have had that at other nicer hotels. Only $10 but not deserved.
