Yes, the room smell musky. I had a flareup of asthma so I checked out and I had to wait because it was a third-party cancellation.

I like that they conveniently put me on the bottom floor and next to the pool and it was dog friendly

It was convenient to my friend’s home and the gal at the front desk was super helpful and friendly. The place is being remodeled so the facilities are improving.

I like the convenience of the location.

I ended up sick bc the room had previous water damage and mold on the ceiling. The hot water randomly not be hot in the middle of showering or get entirely too hot. The 2 curtain hoops were broken so the window didn’t shut all the way.

Drain flies, dirty flooring, loud abnoxious neighbors, not enough towels provided, fridge wouldn’t get cold enough, in need of a serious update, was doing renovations during stay without forewarning us, pool was not very clean, the concrete seemed to be falling apart.

The fact that the light socket caught on fire on its own while sleeping, I woke up to that. Then the maintenance worker came and said "yep, 3rd one that week". Thank goodness I didn't have children with me. Also the sheets were dirty, smudge marks in the shower towels,sheets,Blankets, and pillow cases. Definitely unsanitary

I liked where it's located at. And how nice and clean the hotel was . The staff was very nice and very helpful.

I really didn't like the fact that it's wasn't any smoking rooms. And I didn't like that it was only one elevator in the whole hotel so my whole stay I had to use the stairs cause my room was on the third floor on the very end of the hall.

Breakfast wasn’t good

I liked how well the housekeeper cleaned our room, the pool area was maintained very well...

I didn't like the short Mexican lady that was serving the breakfast. She was highly rude and she literally stood and watched me and my children as if we were going to steal something. The breakfast choices were very poor, and not diverse at all. Waffles tasted like cardboard, no meat choices, bagels were stale.

Suficiente para lo que representa un desayuno de hotel tipo self service. me gusto mucho la maquina de pancakes, que estaban muy bueno realmente en sabor. había jugos, fruta, huevo, carne, cafe, la verdad que si era suficiente.

Por ahi lo que no me gusto mucho un tipo que se lo veía bastante drogado o borracho que anduvo por los pasillos.

i booked a handicap accessible room when i go there i received anything but that not only was it not an accessible room it was on the second floor all the way down the hall from the elevator. the person at the front desk told me all those rooms were booked i said yes i know i booked one to which seemed to have no comment and no interest in helping i was there long before most guests and the hotel was no where near capacity if i booked an accessible room then why didn't i get one

The Hotel states it's not a SMOKING HOLE but their guests are permitted to take their room chair outside and SMOKE....so much that I found myself walking through the parking lot to avoid the MORNING SMOKERS as I went for breakfast!?

It was within walking distance from where I was stationed. Lots of amenities nearby. Staff were all super friendly and accommodating. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
