Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was kind. Easy to get to.

Having to pay extra for breakfast. An extra $25 a day for parking was absolutely ridiculous given the price of room per night.

We stay here every time we go. We live the rooms have bathtub instead of just shower. My autistic son won't use a shower. The pool is great and it's always clean

Location was mid. Its surrounded by parking lots over looking an industrial area that didn't feel safe walking around at night. The hotel offered a free shuttle into town which was nice, but the shuttle ended early (maybe 8pm?) so we had to uber back. The location is fine if you have a car, its less than a 10 minute drive into the city. However it is not walkable. The exception is the Nissan Stadium was in walking range.

It was an outstanding location to stay at for the Ole Miss football game. Shuttle service to downtown was convenient too! The bar was awesome and Shasta, the bar tender was outstanding!

I paid extra to have breakfast every morning. The breakfast was better than the usual at hotels where it is included. We also ate at the bar some. It was quite good. The check-in person was very helpful, the hotel shuttle driver was excellent as were the breakfast hostess, and the bartenders.

Housekeeping was disappointing, but the front desk brought extra towels promptly. The location is not ideal but the courtesy shuttle did make that more convenient.

Comfort, amenities, and secure parking. The taco truck by the gas station nearby had some delicious food!

Would have loved if the shuttle to DT ran a bit earlier/later, but we had a car so this was not really a big issue.

The bartender was extremely excellent. So nice and comfortable.

The water pressure was extremely too low.

Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming and the beds were huge and comfortable, amazing to have a shuttle service downtown. I appreciated the coffee station and fell in love with the mini coffee creamers, I brought 2 big bottles to take home to the Uk 😊

We stayed for 5 nights with our family celebrating a special birthday . We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and how well equipt it is for a 3 star ! The place is in a great location and the free shuttle bus was a great added bonus !

I like that the location is close to downtown. The hotel was very clean, and comfortable. All members of the staff I encountered were friendly and willing to help. Checking in was a breeze as well as paying for on site parking.

Parking fees for three nights were $75. Par for the course in Nashville unfortunately where you pay exorbitant fees everywhere you go, even coffee shop parking lots.

The staff was very nice. The location, spot on! Was within walking distance to the things we needed it for.

The cost, paid OVER $300 a night for a basic standard Queen size room! No kitchen, no suit, just twin queen beds…BASIC. THEN they added on a $25 a day to park my own car AND wanted $14.99 a day for a “breakfast buffet” (which is the standard free breakfast you get everywhere powdered eggs, bacon, cereal, toast, etc). But they advertise as if it’s this magical huge buffet of breakfast foods. They bend you over as if they’re a resort, when they’re just a basic holiday inn located a few feet from the Titans stadium, that’s ALL they have going for them! Will NEVER stay there again…plenty of better places to stay in Nashville for this price that are worth it. This room wasn’t worth $310 a night let alone the $110 it went to after the concert (yea they jacked up the price cause there was a concert in town.) Total rip off!!

Very clean with friendly staff, free lemon water, a water bottle refill station, and free coffee in the lobby. Great atmosphere.

No laundry facilities and expensive paid parking when I first booked and paid for my room online the reason I booked it was because it said free parking I did this months in advance but when I got to the property the concierge said that it would be over 75 dollars for my stay to park , if I would have known that I would not have stayed but it was too late and I felt trapped into staying and the parking lot was so packed one night I had to squeeze into a very tight spot for having to pay that price it should have valet parking

The free breakfast each morning was wonderful. Lots of food options, different each morning. They also provided a free shuttle service to downtown Nashville every hour till 5 pm and then every 1/2 hour till 8:30 pm. So nice not to have to hassle parking downtown. Also had a wonderful indoor pool open till 10 pm. The bar was small but great service, and great bar food to order.

Close to downtown attractions and stadium, delish breakfast and I still think about the amazing orange juice daily.

Key fobs kept needed to be reprogrammed so after long days just wanting to get back to our room we would have to go back down stairs 2-3 times to get our key to work. We unfortunately had a flood in our bathroom from the room above and only we’re compensated with breakfast vouchers and useless reward program points when the overall inconvenience this caused and materials we had to throw away were not considered. Should have been offered a discounted price on our stay but that wasn’t an option. A/C in our room was on but it didn’t get to a reasonable temperature to keep up with the heat. Shuttle services should be more accommodating for guest wanting to go different places

We flew into Nashville On Thursday and found this wonderful Holiday Inn looking for an affordable and nice place to rest our heads before a long drive. Andrea Fletcher, guest svc manager was on duty an was very informative and kind. First timers to Tennessee and she gave us the 411. The facility was very clean, easy access, great happy hour, coffee and refreshments all day, she even helped me get my hair date ready with great advice. Basically everyone there went above and beyond to make everyone’s stay pleasant!! Thank you for the first taste of Tennessee hospitality 💕 And that’s from a Texas girl. Thank you

We had the most pleasant experience at this hotel. The location was ideal with easy entrance and exit off the interstate. We never heard any traffic and had a lovely view of the city from our room. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. The staff were amazing, especially Robina and Carlos. We took advantage of the free shuttle to the center of Nashville. We will definitely return.

This location is absolutely the best down town. From Shasta and Melinda at the bar and restaurant we’re absolutely great and personable! Our group was entertained and served some of the best food and drinks in a hotel lobby in Nashville!!!!!! Must also mention the front desk ladies Dana and the others that made our stay and experience awesome !!!

We thought we were staying right downtown -- so this was a bit disappointing. Especially since the cost was fairly equivalent to staying in a hotel downtown. The additional charge for parking was disappointing.

Our room had cockroaches, the tub looked like it backed up bc we came back one night to a tub full of black stuff.

My son and I traveled to TN for a baseball tournament and stayed at the Holiday Inn. The hotel is very nice, clean rooms, excellent staff. The boys all enjoyed the pool. The food at the morning breakfast buffet was very good. I would especially like to compliment Heather at the front desk. Any questions or concerns, Heather went above and beyond to assist us. Heather’s help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Fantastic hotel. Amazing staff and accommodations. July 4th weekend was lit. Shout out to Bartenders Jordan,Justin, and my girls Malinda and Wendy for bringing the best energy. Always a great experience every time we stay. Our room had a fantastic view for the fireworks show without the traffic and crowds.

Breakfast. I am member and had to to $12.99 each. It was all you can eat but the lines were so long you didn’t want to wait to go back through. It states restaurant on site but it was basically a lounge. Breakfast was not very good and things were not restocked very well. Stayed three night. Beds got made and our personal items pushed aside on dresser and bathroom but nothing wiped down coffee was still on dresser. Candy wrapper left on floor 2 days in plain sight one day took old towels but didnt replace. Front desk did replace and very pleasant

The location of the hotel was good as it was not far from the airport and downtown. They also offered a shuttle service downtown. The staff were so friendly and helpful especially the breakfast staff. The breakfast was also of good value

Breakfast was buffet style. The hot food was hot and plentiful. Everything was great. Rovina was on top of her game. Shasta, who worked the bar, was awesome. Drinks made to perfection with a little wit.
