Everyone from start to the end of our stay was awesome. Thank you.
Your staff was awesome
Friendly staff, good location
Air conditioning was directly blowing on bed, noise level at night from street.
Location
An extra 58.38$ was charge on my credit card. Experience fee…? Surprise fees like that has to be mentioned at the front desk and should not be a surprise after the stay. I will not recommend Hotel Indigo.
We stayed at The Countrypolitan – Hotel Indigo Nashville for one night. Overall, the hotel has a beautiful and appealing aesthetic. The décor and atmosphere are definitely a highlight, and the property is visually impressive.
We stayed at The Countrypolitan – Hotel Indigo Nashville for one night. Overall, the hotel has a beautiful and appealing aesthetic. The décor and atmosphere are definitely a highlight, and the property is visually impressive. However, there were a few issues that affected our stay. The walls are quite thin, so you can hear noise from surrounding rooms. The AC and plumbing were also noticeably loud. After flushing the toilet or taking a shower, there was a prolonged, loud plumbing/deposit-type sound that was disruptive, especially at night. I also found the booking information regarding breakfast to be misleading. When booking through Booking.com, our reservation indicated that breakfast was included. However, when we had breakfast at the hotel, we were still charged out of pocket. If breakfast is not actually included in the reservation price, that should be made much clearer when booking. Overall, the hotel is aesthetically beautiful and has a lot of potential, but guests should be prepared for additional fees and should carefully confirm what is actually included in their reservation. Between the noise, plumbing, AC, and unexpected breakfast charge, the stay wasn’t quite as relaxing as we expected.

staff, breakfast, location
how small room was. wanted a double queen room but got a single king room
Staff especially “Heather”
Noise from the AC unit in our room.
clean hotel, nice room and bathroom, professional staff and wonderful restaurant
parking is expensive but expected in Nashville
Rooms and bed were good
Front of house staff were terrible
Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Great location would definitely stay again.
Decor in lobby and restaurant was gorgeous. Reception desk personnel very friendly and welcoming.
Location was great, 5 mins down 3rd Ave to Broadway, plenty of shops and amenities in the immediate vicinity. Staff were super friendly, breakfast was great, fresh from the kitchen, recommend the chef's Nash Hash.
Location
The elevator was a little shaky
Great location, and staff was very friendly!
We loved everything about the Countrypolitan. It was a perfect location, close to Broadway and all the attractions. It was clean and comfortable with a friendly staff. We especially enjoyed the live music every evening. We stayed at the hotel to listen to music rather than fight the crowds on Broadway at night.
The interior design is cowboy chic. An eclectic mixture of mcm and boho style.. very warm and inviting. The bar and restaurant was fantastic. Daily live music in the lounge was a wonderful treat.
Nothing- it was great
Great stay and relaxation in
The staff was amazing — we had a wonderful experience and the entertainment was great too! Food & service was excellent. We will definitely stay there again.
Classic and Comfortable. Front desk persons fantastic

Lovely Hotel indigo a great location. Very close to Printers Alley and Broadway but the rooms were so quiet and spacious. Definitely recommend this hotel.
Great vibe and location. If breakfast is included in your rate then you are in luck! Breakfast is amazing, ordered off menu (not a buffet) and includes great local specialities like biscuits, hot chicken, proper hash browns, brisket, you will not be leaving hungry! Happy hour is great, with $6 mules (plus tax etc). There is music in the bar in the evening but we were so busy elsewhere we didn't actually get the chance to see it. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Great location right at the top of Printers Alley - although there is not much else around other than the bars on Printers Alley and Black Rabbit, but a good central position for exploring beyond Lower Broadway - Ubers can easily come right to the door. The decor and ambiance throughout the hotel is great. Really nice big shower in our bathroom with good water pressure. Free wifi.
Its clearly an old building thats been recently refurbished. Its not a modern building, so there are a few flaws. I work in construction and noticed it, my wife however was completely oblivious so your opinion may vary. Small issues like they have clearly removed the carpets in the bedrooms but kept the original doors so there is quite a gap under the door that lets in noise and light form the corridor. The air con is kind clunky and noisy but it worked pretty well. If you book with booking.com make sure you check your booking details are correct at check in. They're system didn't show us as having breakfast included, when it was. To their credit, the staff were extremely polite and corrected it with no fuss, but it was a bit of a faff and concern to get presented with a bill for breakfast and resort fees (that we had already paid). Playing music on your TV in your room was like $20 extra, which seemed a bit excessive, especially as we were in Music City. But you can screenshare off your phone and play spotify/youtube if you need some music in your room. Our bill at the bar was wrong both times, each time the server corrected it without fuss but make sure to check it. We were on the 4th floor and it was kind of noisy with trash cans being collected from Printers Alley at 5am, and you can hear every sound from the corridors. The walls are pretty thick though so no noise from neighbouring rooms.
The people, ambience, location.
very nice and a great price and in a perfect spot. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. I’d fully recommend staying here.
only thing i didn’t like was one of the elevators was scary but other than that everything was nice.
Friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Excellent food and drink on premises. The MonteCrisco and Avocado Toast and Burgers were delicious!!
Nothing I did not like!
Amazing choice. My room was spacious—even the bathroom. I loved the vibes. We had lunch, dinner, and drinks down there every day. The people at the hotel were extremely nice. Perfect location!
We booked two different rooms and one of them was not as big and cool as the other. Although it was completely fine, it was supposed to be an “upgraded room”
The location
The bar and restaurant were too crowded
Location is everything. Only a couple blocks from Broadway, but it’s far enough for it to be quiet and peaceful. I loved this property. From the cleanliness, to the friendly staff, to the atmosphere.
In all honesty I loved everything except the price. I wouldn’t typically pay this much for a hotel, especially for one night. I paid less for a hotel on the strip in Las Vegas, but it was a really great experience and I would recommend staying here if you aren’t worried about spending a little more.
No parking $65 valet and a $29 resort fee that was not mentioned till checkout
Breakfest was very good. Staff was also very polite
WAS NOT A KING BED AND BED WAS UNCOMFORTABLE. POOR SLEEP IN THAT BED AND ALSO WHEN A/C KICKS IN, IT IS VERY LOUD AND WAKES YOU UP. TOILETTE KNOB GETS STUCK IN DOWN POSITION AND TOILETTE KEEPS RUNNING
The location is perfect, 5 minutes and your on broadway but a very quiet area.
The resort fee charged everyday.
Has a country feel albeit dark
Staff seems too casual. No uniform. Not very attentive.
Location, staff is friendly, and the music bar scene
We found our room to be very dusty like built up dust everywhere, didn’t experience that the time we visited before. Bathrooms could have used more detail cleaning and there were two different color light bulbs in our room and throughout the hotel, one is warm and the other would be bright white, it’s in the details.
Staff amazing and location
Nothing
Great music at night in lounge
Poor room storage
Hotel was not very clean and smells musty room was very sticky
It could’ve been cleaner or at least smelled better
Excellent hotel. Great location. Not too close - not to O far. Excellent hotel bar with live music.
Really noisy checking in on a Friday night as check in is essentially in the bar but no other issues
Large rooms and cool bar and bartenders!!
It was a great location, and that was ideal! I did not feel like the rooms were even close to the value of what I paid ($576) for one night. The beds were okay, and the rooms just felt old with paint on them. The staff were mostly nice.
The rooms were not worth almost $600 a night. I was very disappointed about this. The night I checked in the rooms had dropped down to $400 for a night for the same room. They would not change the price for me, and gave me a card for a free drink instead.
Location
Poor condition of rooms for the price. The value is not there
Great location, excellent hotel and bar with live music. Big room and very clean.
I'd prefer iron and ironing board, aircon a little noisy as is the door shuts from other rooms.
Beautiful hotel, great staff and great location by Printers Alley. Live music every night and it was very good. Nice bar and lobby! Would stay there again!
The customer service went beyond expectations. The rooms were big and extremely clean.
I used a 3rd party to book; the rooms that I booked online were not the rooms assigned to me when I checked in.
Staff was very helpful and kind.
We enjoyed the hotel overall and location as well as the live music in the bar
They didn’t make up our room one of the days even after requesting to be made
Great location!!! Just on the end of Printers Alley. Close walk to anywhere but nice to be away from the busy main strip. Staff were lovely, especially the young blonde woman at breakfast she was super attentive.
Close to broadway
Outrageous parking costs, hidden “resort fee” of 29 they dint tell me about.
Love this hotel! It’s a great location and staff were so friendly and helpful. I’m a coeliac, and the breakfast waitress was super knowledgeable on what to offer and what was suitable. Excellent!
That i left a day early
They didn't disclose a $80 security deposit and didn't refund it even after I called twice.
I got engaged this weekend and your host at the front desk. Heather was amazing.! She made everything about this process super easy and even congratulated my fiancé now I’m becoming an engaged!
Beautiful and close to the fun!
Loved it all!
Breakfast and music entertainment were fabulous. All staff were very helpful. Quiet rooms. Gorgeous lobby bar and restaurant.
Lots of homeless in the abandoned building next door.
The breakfast being provided was enjoyable. The room was clean and enjoyable. And the music was great.
The valet service was severely overpriced. Just to park our vehicle added an extra $180 which we did not anticipate and should be made a disclaimer. The valet also did not help us with any of our luggage. They watched us as we got all our bags out and put it on the trolley. For the prices we paid, we would expect a bit more or at least someone with the hotel to help at the greeting.
Location, good music, friendly staff
Renovations so no gym
The staff were phenomenal! So friendly and accommodating! The location couldn’t have been better either.
Nothing. My only complaint would be the pillows. They weren’t the most comfy, but we survived. Otherwise, I wouldn’t change anything.
Truly everything — the location, the spacious and clean rooms, and the beautiful decor — was perfect.
It doesn’t have a pool but it’s fine.
The location was fantastic! The room was clean, comfortable and the staff was incredible. The bar area, live music, and food and drinks were 1st rate. I will definitely stay at Indigo again
Beautiful lobby, great food and beautiful rooms!
The location
The cost
Breakfast is incredible, the bar is incredible, the music is wonderful, my wife and I needed a getaway to come and see Vince Gill and Amy Grant. Thanks for a great stay! This is the 3rd time we have stayed here! Will definitely come back!
The property is great! Nothing to complain about! The staff, bar tenders, we had an issue with the refrigerator in our room, the handyman came up and replaced the refrigerator in 15 minutes!
